Tried Zappos in dire straights. They came through in 24 hours with one of the most comfortable Munro shoes I have been wearing for the past l5 years.

Love these shoes. I've recently had to start wearing orthotics all the time. It's hard to find stylish shoes that are orthotic friendly. Munro fits the bill!

I have a very narrow, hard to fit foot, and Munro is one of the few well-made shoes that fits and is comfortable. Best of all, it is made in America!

Wonderful from the start. I have Raynaud's syndrome and have to be careful that nothing rubs on my feet. I usually have to wear shoes that are too big but not with these! If the high back rubs line it with a piece of moleskin until you get use to them. If you have any kind of foot problem! I encourage you to order these in a couple of different sizes and try them. Zappos have excellent customer service and it was no problem to send the ones that didn't fit back.

These shoes are really comfortable and most importantly for me they fit my orthotics which I cannot walk without. The insole lifts out and there is enough room for the orthotics. They are soft and although they are flats they look nice enough so I don't feel like I look sloppy or am wearing grandma shoes!

I am thrilled that Zappos has finally begun to carry Munro American! Because I wear an AAAA width, I have been ordering Munro shoes from another online retailer for several years. They are beautifully made shoes and are both comfortable and stylish. So I ordered the Journey in mink from the other store before I realized that Zappos carried Munro American. Then I ordered the same shoe in black from Zappos. The Journey is my favorite style yet from Munro. It is extremely versatile and comfortable. I wear mine with or without socks. And they go with my casual professional clothes (pants and skirts) as well as with jeans and sweatshirts. Although they were comfortable right out of the box, they became more so after I'd worn them for a week. Because of their versatility, they would be excellent shoes for city walking or travel.

As always I am more than pleased with Munro. This pair of shoes saw me through Mexico City on their first outing. Never a thought that they wouldn\'t be comfortable and attractive.

I was so glad to find that Zappos is carrying Munro American shoes now. The Journey provides good support and fits my wide foot comfortably. I bought the Nubuck Mink to wear to work with pants, and I\'m thinking of getting the same shoe in black.\r\n

I am heading on a trip to Europe soon and wanted to get a good walking shoe that I could break in before departure. This shoe is a bit pricey, but I thought it would be worth it if it gave me good support. Major drawback is that the shoe runs narrow. I had to take it to a shoe repair to have the width stretched. I am defiitely a medium width, so these are not the average medium. I prefer a slightly higher heel, due to my high instep, but it seems like in the summer season most of the shoe styles are flats or those with a lower heel. Since this shoe has good arch and heel support, I will be okay. Hope slightly higher heels come back for fall.

I ordered this shoe in the hopes that I could find something that would be stylish and comfortable so I could wear it whilst traveling and not have to bring along a separate pair of dress shoes. These shoes arrived today and they are extremely comfortable! The toes are a little tight, but that's because my feet are wide and the shoe is a medium. (Dear Munro, there are few enough size 14 shoes in the world, why can't you at least cater to those of us with wide feet also?) I am going to order a 13 wide to see if it fits any better, since there is a tiny bit of room in the toes. Unfortunately, the style is not as nice as I had hoped. I feel that they make my long feet look even longer, the ski effect. The curve of the shoe should be closer to the toes, not so much as to show toe cleavage but closer... it covers almost a third of my foot in the toe area, which is unflattering. I think they look okay from the sides. I'll probably keep them (whichever pair fits better), because I don't really have many other choices in a size 14 (and none in a 14 wide)... but I wish they were cuter.

It's been a while since I purchased a dress shoe, or any shoe without a wide toe box. I was looking for a shoe with removable footbeds to accommodate orthotics. These have that but, unfortunately, my arthritic big toe doesn't fit comfortably enough inside the narrower toe, so I have to return them. They are pretty pricey, so I can't afford to keep them unless they are perfect. Too bad, because I like the styling. Also, they are a bit browner than they appear on the web site.

The style is nice. The width was not too bad. There was some gaping. Although I just need a smaller size.

I ordered a 10N and a 10SS. I wear either 9 or 10 in Munros. This 10 gave me plenty of room for socks. The heel on the back slopes - a little odd, and I probably will get used to it. These shoes are comfortable and easy to get on with the straps. I walked around for about 20 minutes in each size before I decided the SS just would not be comfortable with socks. My foot is narrow and I don't like the back to slip up and down.

This is my fifth pair of Munro shoes. I needed a wide in order to fit my orthotics. I like the light tan color for summer. I don\'t really like the Mary Jane style, but the shoes are comfortable. The fabric did not show water marks after being out in the rain. I am using these shoes for everyday wear with pants and capris. There is not as much cushioning as an athletic shoe, but good for shopping, and maybe for travel, if you don\'t need more cushioning.

It\'s a super cute shoe, but definitely not one for warmer weather. The material is a fairly thick nubuck. Otherwise, it felt fine except for a little roominess around my exceptionally narrow heels.

Excellent Mary Jane for a narrow foot. The strap is right next to the ankle, the perfect spot to keep the shoe snugly and securely on my foot. I could remove the insoles so as to fit in my own without any trouble. I just wish it had more cushioning. After walking around in these all day, I have to spend the next day in different shoes or my heels would get too sore.

This style, Munro "Journey" fits more loosely than other styles in my size. Normally the Munro American last for 11.5 AAAA fits my foot like a well crafted glove, with terrific support and style. I love the "Cindy" style shoe and the "Samantha" style boots. The "Journey" style feels like a wider AAA width. I was surprised to find it completely lacking in any arch support and found myself pronating and twisting my ankle when I wore this style. Fortunately my local cobbler had several styles of arch support that fit under the shoe liner and corrected these stability issues. It was surprising that I needed to do this as I usually find excellent support in a Munro shoe. I will probably order another pair though, as the style works well with my casual clothes. By the way, if you have a long foot (I wear 11.5), your color choices will be limited. I wanted the navy blue version of "Journey" to wear with my denims. They don't make any of the fun colors over size 10.

I recommend this shoe. It\'s comfortable and good-looking. True to width and length. Could use more arch support. I have a narrow foot, and got the SS, or 4A width. It may be too narrow with thick socks. Munro widths go from AA to AAAA. I wish their shoes came in AAA widths.

I had really hoped these shoes would fit. I liked the style and rubber sole. The velcro fastener is sturdy. However, the sides gap since my foot is skinny even though my forefoot is wide.

I got these for a trip to NYC, needed something that felt like a tennis shoes but wasn't. They are pretty comfortable but heavy. I did a lot of walking and the heel turns in and rubbed a hellacious blister. Not sure if I will ever wear them again, hence the rating. Pricey for almost not quite right

Munro American seems to have decided to specialize in narrow feet. I used to get a decent fit with their 7.5 WW shoes (after breaking them in so the leather conformed to my foot). However, the last several pairs I've ordered, including this one, were way too narrow and long! They they felt like off the rack mediums, certainly not WWs. Too bad, because I really need the combination last (narrower in the heel) to prevent slippage. But I just can't endure squished toes, so won't be ordering Munros anymore (the prices have become totally outrageous too -- they would have to fit perfectly and still hard to justify).

This shoe was cute and appeared to be well made. However, although I ordered this shoe in a SS (4A), it ran VERY wide. When I tightened the strap as much as possible, I still could step out of the shoe. There is absolutely no arch support. The shoes made me feel unstable. What a disappointment.

I have a very wide foot and a very high arch/instep. I own several pairs of Munro shoes, but these have a problem. They are wide enough, and have good arch support, but the strap is too short. It barely reached over my instep and the velcro just barely connected. Because of the placement of the strap on this shoe, it seems like Munro should have realized this might be a problem. Unfortunately, I\'m not keeping a pricy shoe when I might have to be constantly adjusting the strap.
