I love these shoes and wear them daily to work. It took about a week to break them in, but the comfort level is a 10 out of 10 for all day wear. I would like them in a smooth leather as well as suede. The seams do not irritate my bunions.

Not only was the delivery exceptional, but the color and fit of this shoe was wonderful. I wear a woman's 13M and many shoes present a problem. Zappos has made my task so much easier with the return policy. These shoes fit well and seemed true to size. The red color is spectacular. I am most pleased!

I adore this shoe. Just ask Zappos about how many shoes I ordered and returned to find this beauty. I have it in Mink and Black nubuck, and I'd have it in every other color in 12WW if they carried my size. My feet are almost two different sizes, and due to health issues I have a hard time keeping shoes on my feet. These are almost perfect, just had to add a bit of velcro to make one of the shoes tighter. And the adjustable straps help to accommodate that one ankle that sometimes swells. Munros manage to make my feet look very slender and elegant, even while having the feet of a female Yeti. The inside of the shoes is so smooth and comfortable. I have a neurological condition that make my feet numb and weird, let's just say that these feel great to my poor feet. I do not wear stockings and I wore them 9 hours the first day with extreme comfort and style. I walk with a cane and believe me, my shoes have to be comfy. I sort of forgot I was wearing these. Miracle! Style-wise they have a bit of sport due to the construction but in black nubuck they are extremely pretty and appropriate with anything from jeans to dresses. The Mink is that great grey/brown/taupish color that goes with everything. But comfort is the name of my game, 2nd to vanity. These fit both bills! Do yourself a favor and go to the Munro website. Each shoe has a "last number" and the site also tells what other shoes are made from the same last. This can help you figure out in advance if a particular style will work for you. Buy this shoe! Even at this price, the most I've ever spent. I purchased Munro Jolie last year and have never looked back. Well worth the price in construction and durability. And Zappos? Big kisses!

Cute, comfortable, worth every penny. These are actually a tiny bit dresser than I expected because the shape is slim and contoured, which just makes them more versatile. I could have used a wide, which wasn\'t available, but the medium is fine with a slippery sock.

My narrow feet are difficult to fit as my heel is very narrow - 5A and I need a 2 AA in front and so this model fits well as it is comfortable in front and yet the adjustable strap across the instep prevents my foot from sliding forward and causing discomfort and a poor fit all around. One of the few styles that I can wear besides a lace up sturdy shoe.

A good shoe, but not great if you need cushion in the toe box. Otherwise, a nice look and good fit. Won't hold up for arthritic feet.

Cute and mostly comfortable, but the back s too high and rubbed. Had to return them.

Love these shoes! Great with jeans or pants, very comfortable. I have them in black also. My go to shoes for Texas fall and winter! I have a very narrow foot, 11 SS, and buy Munro shoes almost exclusively.

Just returned from two weeks in Turkey. These shoes were perfect on long walks over rocky surfaces. The stabllity of the sole kept me comfortable all day. Is true to size and looks great even for a dressy casual evening. Packing a pair of versatile shoes saved on luggage space. Saw lots of pairs of Munro shoes as I climbed through old ruins, palaces and historical sights. These shoes are a travelers best friend.

Loved these. Feminine, fashionable, good gripping soles. Deep enough to allow for custom inserts. Hooray for fitting my wide feet plus bunion. Success after trying 20 pairs in a month.

I love this shoe. I wear size 10.5 narrow, which is very very hard to find. I put these shoes on and wore them all day every day to work. No break in period necessary! They are very soft and with the Velcro strap they fit perfect. I highly recommend them.

I bought these for my daughter in a size 10W. They arrived at her apartment when expected. I love that Zappos has wide sizes available easily. I was able to get these Munro shoes to her before she left for Japan, where it is impossible to find shoes to fit her.

Comfortable shoe! As I get older I realize that ordering a wide shoe takes less time to break in. So that's what I did! I'm happy!

A nice shoe and good fit all around...even for the very hard "to fit" foot.

I love these shoes and own two pairs of them. I removed the padding and inserted my orthotics for custom arch support. Even with the orthotics, the shoes fit very well and are super comfortable. These shoes look great with jeans and black slacks. I've even worn them with black tights and skirts in Manhattan where I live and they are passable.

I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit my wide feet and have good arch support while looking reasonably stylish. These are the ones. They look professional for work, I can wear them comfortably all day and actually do some serious walking in them. I recommend them highly.

My feet are very hard to fit. They are extra wide with a very high arch. These shoes are comfortable, fit well and look good dressy or casual.

This is my second pair of Munro Journey shoes. I bought them in the brown nubuck a couple of years ago, and they have been great; so decided to order the black nubuck this year. Unlike some of the other Munro styles, these fit true to size and work very well for my narrow foot. They are relatively dressy and dainty for a walking shoe. I bought them to wear for an upcoming trip, because they are so versatile.

I needed orthotics but resisted getting them because I imagined that ugly shoes would be my future. Then I came across Munro American Journey, which I found under "extra depth." Not only do they accommodate orthotics (their own insoles are easily removed), but they are very comfortable, and youthfully styled...definitely not the old-lady shoes I had dreaded! I have a pair in black nubuck and in black leather.

My other shoes from Munro were M, but these run wide. I'm returning them for an N.

My 13 year old daughter has been wearing these for years. She does a lot of walking and loves them - they are very comfortable. It is an expensive shoe but she doesn't complain so it is worth it! They hold up like steel.

I had to wait until Zappos notified me these shoes were available again. I bought another pair in black suede previously and they are so comfortable for my feet; and, they do not make my legs hurt either when I walk a lot wearing them. I only wish Munro American keeps making this shoe - as a recurring item.
