These shoes are the ultimate in versatility. I can wear them with jeans or to the office and they do well in the rain. The heel is high enough to look nice but not so high that it hurts my past-injured ankle. They are very comfortable. Expensive, but given their versatility, worth it. I usually tend toward a size 7, but needed a 7 1/2 in this shoe.

I have difficult feet to fit--10.5, very narrow. In the past, I sacrificed comfort for looks and would wobble around on Eiffel Tower heels. I finally grew up and started buying Munro shoes like this Munro Allison. It not only looks nice but I can walk in it for a long time without my feet trying to separate from my ankles because of pain. They are true to size, comfy, I can wear them for daytime and evening, and best of all, my feet are not screaming for me to remove my shoes. It also is one of the few shoes that touts it is made in the USA. I'm sticking to buying this brand in the future. However, I still have one pair of disco killer shoes that I pull out once a year, wear for a few hours, and feel like I am back in college!

I have owned several Munro shoes that I bought at Nordstrom. This pair bought at Zappos fit exactly true to my size, 8 Wide. Very comfortable, cute and hard to find brown color.

I've had this shoe for over a year and it's become my favorite shoe. The shoe looks very classy. It's dressy enough for work and comfortable enough for vacations that involve a lot of walking. And it's the only shoe I wear on business travel because it's comfortable for those long walks through the airport trying to catch my connecting flight, I can easily slip it on/off when going through airport security, and it's dressy enough for my "dressed up" business meetings in DC. And even after 12+ months of extensive wear, it still looks good. I've always been pleased with Munro's fit and how well they wear, and this shoe is no exception.

This is a pretty shoe. It hit me wrong around my ankles and hurt around me heel. I think the cut just doesn't work for my foot. Other than that it is a nice looking shoe and looks narrow even though I have to order 10.5 WW. The front part fit fine. Just the fit around my heel and ankle bone that didn't work for me.

True to size. Although not narrow for my foot, the look is 'narrow'. I thought they were hugging my foot excessively but they really are quite comfortable. If recovering from an issue that may involve your ankle or sole of our foot, wait a year or two after you've addressed the problem to wear these. Something I learned the hard way? Take care of your foot discomfort before it is something you have to deal with for the rest of your life. I love Munroe shoes. I so empathize with your pain!

Wear 10.5 Slim. These fit perfectly! I am so excited to find a pair of shoes that fit so comfortably and that are American made. I hit the jackpot twice with this pair of shoes. Love them and highly recommend them.

Munro American is the most amazingly comfortable and well made shoe on the planet (without sacrificing style)! Just purchased my third pair by this company and must say that I am hooked. Worth every dollar spent and then some.

I love this shoe so much I also have it in brown (saddle I think it was called). Munro American is one of the few brands that always fits my WW foot. Their quality is also always superb.

I love these shoes! I am between a 12N and 12M and have returned many pairs of shoes because they were too narrow or too wide. The 12M is a perfect fit, comfortable, stylish and lots of support. Thank you Munro and Zappos!

This high quality, beautiful leather "bootie" shoe is a "best buy" for me. I tried ankle boots, but I cannot wear them as they are too high (tops over the ankle bone) and when bending the foot, the leather folding, or creasing over the front (even though my ankle fit within the measurements given), scrunches the front across the top of ankle boot, is very uncomfortable. These were a great compromise. They look like a boot with jeans, and with the well formed insole, make it feel almost like a flat. The lower cut across the top has no bearing how I turn, bend, or move my ankle so no problem there. They give excellent support, and I find them comfortable to wear all day. They look rich, feel great, and go well with my slacks and jeans. A win all around!

Beautiful shoes, but toe box a bit smaller than another pair I have. So I have to return them.

Wonderfully constructed shoe, but tends to run narrow. I usually find medium width shoes to be roomy, but these are tight. I ordered in wide (first time in my life) so I hope that'll do the trick.

This is the most money I've ever spent on a pair of shoes. I have to say it was worth it. These shoes are so comfortable and good looking. They make my big, wide foot look sleek and stylish. Having read the reviews I assumed (correctly) they would run narrow, so I got a WW (never wear a WW, but these fit perfectly). If you're considering it, go for it. Beautiful shoes.

Beautiful shoe! It does run narrow, though. I wear a 6N, but I do have a high instep. I usually will insert an arch support in my shoes. The 6M, with my arch support placed under the removable insole, fits perfectly. And there are no seems or stitching to irritate your toes; just smooth lining in these nice leather shoes.

Love these shoes; worth the price. I work long hours, retail. I can walk all day on concrete without back or foot pain. I like Munro American shoes; I have narrow feet. These fit true to Munro\'s sizing.

I love these shoes! They fit my narrow foot well, and don't slip (as many flats do). They also look great with slacks, and also with black tights and and a skirt, and they are very comfortable for walking. (I commute by bus often, and unlike some of my shoes for work, I can walk all over downtown in these.) I highly recommend them!
