These feel like soft slippers on the feet, but there is a nice firm foundation underfoot. I wish they came in Narrow; my skinny foot slides around inside the shoes, even with thick socks. I have to be careful not to twist my ankles while walking fast. The look is very casual, a little sloppy -- no shine to the leather and a sort of elfin appearance. Fine with jeans, not with tailored pants or skirts.

Perfect for packing! I plan to wear them touring Europe and Africa and they are cute and seem pretty comfortable.

This is a very comfortable shoe with excellent arch support. The support around the ankle and top of foot is not enough support for me. Feather weight shoes.

These are wonderfully soft boots on the top part, probably perfect for people who worry about swelling, bunions, or other issues that might cause tightness. The heels are what I was looking for, seemingly shock absorbing, etc. But I will be returning them, reluctantly, as I would like more support on the sides than the soft vegan "leather" provides. Finding that plus a shock absorbing footbed is my ideal.

I wanted to keep these boots because my toes were very comfortable in them. I returned them, because when I walked, the arch area felt like I was walking on a piece of hard wood. No matter what kind of inserts I used, cushions or gels, it did not make the arch comfortable for me. It was a shame because the rest of the boot is just great.

Arcopedico does not have the level of comfort I expected and it runs a size small. The outsole is formed to include the arch support and the outsole is not made of a material that provides any cushion. There is no midsole so the only cushion is the removable insole. It is a nice insole but not enough by itself for anyone who needs a well cushioned shoe. Also, the arch support that is molded into the outsole is very prominent and it does not hit my foot in the right place. The suede upper is very soft and good quality.

I am 5'11" so I need ample shock absorption in soles. I do believe this is not considered by most shoe manufacturers, the overall weight that is bearing down on the soles of feet. This boot is comfortable in its overall fit but there is nearly no cushion under the toebox, front of foot. The added height under the heel only puts more pressure on the toebox, front of foot. I wish the extra cushion under the heel was distributed to the toe box for a more supported, shock absorbed step. Sadly they have to go back due to this issue.

I'm usually size 5.5 or 6, I ordered this in 6 but it was too small.

These L19 size 38 were a bit bigger than the L8 size 38. The left shoe fit perfectly, the right was a little big which I could have lived with but the foot bed of the right also felt uneven. I've just ordered a second pair in the same size and hoping this time both shoes will feel right.

I bought these because they were the exact style I was looking for with wearing leggings or jeggings. And they are cute. However, their soles are very hard plastic, and the arch support is minimal. For someone with plantar fasciitis, this does not cut it. I got some memory foam inserts, which helps, but my feet still hurt when I wear them. There is also no sideways support at all. They are very light and like slippers. They are all right to wear if I am not going to be doing much walking. They are stylish but not good design for feet, despite Arcopedico's claims.

This boot was ridiculously comfortable, with probably the best arch support I\'ve felt. However, it looked too much like a cheap winter boot to me--not something I could wear to work. It pains me to send them back, but I must.

I've been buying these booties for years and they've always been my most comfortable shoes. But something has happened with the quality control on these L19s, And even though I'm ordering the right size the arch is not hitting me in the right spot. I also ordered the jaspers and the jaspers fit fine and are very comfortable.

Cute, flexible boots with a very high arch. Not suitable for winter's icy walks.

Didn't hold up a whole year. Love the feel and look, but they got a hole in the outside if the left shoe a little over 6 months after purchase. Just wish they would have lasted longer.

As much as I wear these shoes, they should by all rights get a 5 star review from me, but I can't do that because the seam between the upper and the heel material ripped on both shoes after just a year of wear. Granted, I wore these shoes a LOT, but the sole is in great shape, and the shoes are completely wearable aside from the torn fabric, which will only get worse if I continue to wear them. I'm sad because these shoes are not cheap, and I was hoping for at least another year of wear from them. I don't know if it's a design flaw? I'd be curious if others have experienced this issue too. I love these shoes and wish I could still wear them. I took them to a cobbler to see if they could be repaired and he said it isn't worth it. I also feel awful throwing them away because they're not biodegradable. Also, I misread thinking that these shoes are waterproof. They might be slightly water resistant, but don't be fooled, your feet will get wet if you walk around in the rain wearing these. Not a deal breaker for me, but the lack of durability/reparability is at the price point.

The shoes were a gift. They arrived in a sealed plastic bag, but the left shoe had a used Dr. Scholl's heel insert inside it. The gift recipient opened the package and discovered the dirty insert. The gift was ruined.

Good fit. But I do not like the dark color. I was looking for brown. I think I would like to exchange for bronze!

The arch was so high as to be painful. I always look for high arched shoes, but these were too much.

I own many 3 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of shoes from this company. I was disappointed that the zipper broke on this pair of boots. The toe area is nice and wide for my feet.

Soft comfortable uppers. Easy on and off with the side zipper. Great arch support. Absolutely no break in period. True to size.

I have been wearing Arcopedico Booties for years! They look great, feel good, and easy to wear. I am a musician, and these are my go- to stage boots, in black, and red! Personally, I don’t recommend them for long walks around town… there is not enough cushioning or support for “real walking”, but I love them anyway! I know the company says they are flexible, so widths are not necessary, but I wish they did come in wide width…

LOVE these boots. I feel like I am wearing slippers but they are nice and sturdy for outside. I have 4 other pairs in different colors. My first pair I wore out after 15-20 years, so they are well worth the money!

These are the most comfortable shoes I own! They are light as a feather and excellent quality. They also make my feet look really small. I love them and plan on buying more shoes from this brand.

These are very, very comfortable and super cute! I think they look great with leggings or jeans… very versatile. They are true to size. My MIL has had hers for a decade and can’t justify getting a new pair bc they are in such great shape.
