It's very hard for me to find shoes that fit correctly because I have uneven bunions and somehow the arch support in shoes always hits me in the wrong part of my foot. It took me a couple tries before I found the right sizing in the Arcopedico brand because they tend to run a bit small. Normally I wear a 7.5 size shoe, but for this particular boot, I wear a 39, which I believe is about an 8 or 8.5 size. I'm very happy with my purchase and love that the shoes are vegan and washable. Very much worth the price!

Very comfortable and supportive boot. I bought this boot to wear with jeans when I am doing a lot of walking or traveling. They are very light weight and seem to mold to arches and feet after a few wearings.

This boot is super cute and so comfortable. I have serious bunions on both feet. This boot did not bother my bunions at all. I have received complements on the boot. I purchase the gray suede and love them!

I love this brand and this boot did not disappoint. So comfy. Very high arch support. Soft, soft upper. Warmer. I wear them all the time.

I bought the Arcopedico L19 in black and it was a great short boot. Very comfortable on my bunion. Also very durable in the rain and mud. I liked it well enough to buy the brown boot and will soon buy the red. Excellent all around boot for comfort, style and durability. It would be nice if the same boot came in a knee length to wear with skirts. Thanks.....

I can’t say enough about these shoes. I have arthritis and these are one of the few brands I can wear. I own some styles in different colors. People compliment them frequently and ask for the brand.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. They fit me like a glove and I love how they have this built in arch comfort on either side. Super cute and comfortable. A MUST!

the boot felt smaller than the size should be

I have wide, flat, buniony feet. I’m always looking for shoes that feel comfortable and hopefully stylish too. These boots fill that bill. I can wear them to travel as well as hike with my dogs. I need to wear slightly thicker socks with these to fill them out and stabilize them for walking and hiking. Yes, hiking. They grip the ground when hiking trails and going up and down hills. They are not even bad on decomposed granite which is notoriously problematic. I have regular hiking shoes I usually use though. One note: My feet are right between the 38 and 39. The 38 I’d too tight. The 39 is roomy but that works well because of the bunions. I have 4 pair of these and 5 pair of the knitted Arcopedico lace up shoes. They are both comfortable.

I love these Arcopedico boots. I have them in a few colors. You just can’t go wrong with them.

I love these boots !! I wore them last year and figured I should have a spare pair because when I say I wore them... I really wore them ! I ordered 2 pairs in my size and they both fit differently and weren't as comfy as the original pair. I ordered 1 more pair and they fit fine ! I usually were orthotics in my shoes and don't need them with these because of the arch. I haven't washed them so I can't say how they would do ! Love Zappos .. been a VIP for over 10 years ... keep doing what you're doing ... great customer service and the best return policy !!

I ordered these shoes based on previous reviews. They were not wrong. I love them. I have a high arch and have always had trouble getting my foot in a boot. These were perfect! I got the red, which I love, and may need to get the black as well!

I usually wear a size 8 so ordered a size 39. Too big. I ordered a 38 and it is a great fit. I have a few pairs of Arcopedico Lytec shoes and boots which are so comfortable with my bunion. The L19 is no exception! Comfy from the start. Cute too...got complements. Great with leggings.

I read all of the reviews and I found the boots were true to size, great arch support and very comfortable. I do feel they were a little pricey.

I also have bunions, and these are fabulous. I bought them in black last year, and had to have the Cafe' this year. They wear well long term, for casual to casual/dress. If you have issues with your feet it is such a pleasure to find something that feels as good as these do. I love them.

I bought the size 41 because I wear a size 10. Way too small. Had to exchange for 42, which was perfect! This boot fits like a comfy slipper. With socks, a warm boot for cooler weather. Would definitely recommend.

Finally, a pair of boots that fit the bill: cute, comfortable enough to wear all day (I have bunions and flat feet, I can't believe how comfortable these are) good arch support, water-resistant - and I can wear them with jeans but could also get away with them with dressier pants worn over the boot. I'm going to Norway for two weeks and I want to pack as light as possible...I can't believe I'm saying this but, I think these may be the only footwear I bring with me!

Firstly, I join the club raving about these boots, I totally love them. I happen to think they are also cute with ankle jeans; not sure why some think they are ugly. I have a somewhat wide toe area w/bunions too but these boots fit my foot like a soft glove, as other reviewers have stated. My only issue was with the sizing chart/recommendations by Arcopedico. I went by their chart and ordered a 38 for my size 7 feet tho I feared they might be too big based on other reviews and the fact that they fir 7-7.5. And my fears were realized when I received the boots and they were 1/2"+ too long but also too loose vertically in the toe area. I was afraid if I sized down (6.5) they could be too small. But, I bit the bullet and, with Zappos able assistance, returned the first pair and reordered a second pair in size 37. Hallelujah they fit perfectly! They are snug, tho not tight, and I can wear a thin sock with them. If I had kept the larger pair, I could have worn with a very thick winter sock and put a foam piece in the toe to make them wearable but for this price I really wanted them to fit better and thankfully the lower size did. So, these are great shoes IF you can find your right size. I read every review and so few really wrote about how they found their right size and their experiences seemed to be all over the map. So good luck finding the right size; if you do these are well worth it. Oh, and #1 on my list was finding a nice comfy VEGAN boot which led me to these. Thank you thank you thank you for making a cute, comfy, VEGAN bootie! Been wearing them all around the house all afternoon and hate to take them off :)

This is an amazing boot! I might just have to get a black pair too. The support and comfort are excellent. I love this brand, I have had a pair of Mary Janes by Arcopedico that have held up for nearly a decade.I look forward to having these boots for a long time!

These shoes are incredibly comfortable...like slippers. However, the high arch support was just too much for me. I really like the way they are made..the fabric used. If it wasn't for the arches, i would be buying multiple styles. I'm still giving them 5 stars because i think they are amazing.

These are seriously the best for people with problem feet. I have had foot surgeries (for CMT) and have hammer toes, large ankles, and very little movement/flexibility in my feet. It is very hard for me to find shoes that are easy to put on, and that don't cause serious discomfort in the toe box and with long everyday wear. Not to mention, shoes that look nice! These check all of those boxes. I love them so much that I bought them in a second color. Finally shoes that are comfortable and don't look like granny wear. Definitely recommend!

LOVE!!!! These are so awesome for my on-you-feet-all-day job! AND they are adorable. They are extremely comfortable as is but I am considering getting some UGG insoles to really amp up the feeling of wearing slippers at work all day. I highly recommend these booties!

I decided to purchase these boots after reading an earlier review. The person who wrote the review mentioned that she had various foot afflictions, including bunions and hammer toe. I have had a hammer toe for awhile and can no longer wear some of my other, beloved shoes and most new shoes are too painful to wear now. So this review got me to take a chance and order them. I am so glad that I did because wearing these boots is like wearing shoes that used to fit. They feel heavenly and don't aggravate my foot at all. So happy.

These are really cute, but they have zero support. I returned them.
