Oh my gosh I totally fell in love with these shoes! Perfection. They are as adorable as they are comfortable. I only have two words for you: BUY THEM!

First, Zappos: I wish they sold everything including groceries because the offerings and service are top on the web. Second, this shoe: It is comfy if you are looking for a soft shoe that doesn't put pressure on your foot or require break-in. The snaps make it easy on/off, the leather is super cushy and the toebox and width are generous. The sole is adequately stable but not supportive as an athletic shoe is. The inner footbed is fine but not what one may call pillowy and substantial. I have foot problems and was thrilled to find this shoe that allows me to walk in comfort without pressure on my feet, especially in the toe box/forefoot. The heel is secure without being hard. I have one pair in red and two in black (one as back-up in case they discontinue this style). I appreciate this shoe because it has helped me out but I do consider it lightweight -- don't expect Frye's. These are not runway shoes, but we all see that, right? They are comfy shoes under jeans and do not look tacky or cheap.

I just received these and am so pleased! They are comfortable, cute, and roomy enough to get thick socks in on cold days. They seem likely to tolerate a little water due to thickened rubber sole. Also, the cherry red color is rich and low key enough to wear with many things. It does not scream "Santa's Helper." I love Archopedico!

Very soft leather, nearly seamless, good quality boots in attractive dark brown. I am returning them because I need more cushioning under the metatarsal area. The forefoot is very thin and flexible, which I cannot wear after multiple foot surgeries. I wear a 9 and ordered a 40, based on reviews. That was not at all too big, so I would say these boots run small.

Boy, I would love these boots if the soles were thicker. There just isn't enough support and durability for city walking. So, returning.

I expected to love these boots but they were difficult to get on. They felt fine once I had them on but I do not think that I would want to spend so much time putting them on.

Love the look, ease of donning and doffing the boot. They are soft and light - so easy to wear. Great for the fall. I have gotten many compliments on them.

Very soft leather and comfortable, but not as much arch support as the other lycotech boots Arcopedico makes. I'm returning them. They're really cute, though. Great with leggings.

Comfortable overall - the arch support was back too far for my preference. The leather quality is nice. The red color is darker than how it shows on my monitor. I don't think they are stylish enough to keep.

Really nice booties, great quality, leather is awesome! Unfortunately, the little snaps are located exactly where my ankle bone is and they rub. I'm going to try a larger size and hope that moves the snap enough without have the shoes too big.

I ordered theses in size 40 and 39, and the 39 fits perfect . I usually wear a size 9, have pretty high arches (starting to collapse a bit) and med to a little bit wide feet. I love these boots! Very comfortable, room for an orthotic, great red color, will be cute with skirt & tights or pants.

Just received my boots yesterday and it was love at first sight. First off, I ordered the Pine Green color, which is more of a dark olive, because for me black/brown are just too ordinary. When I put them on (no socks) it was like heaven and for the second day have been wearing them with not a one complaint. They are also very well made and in no way look cheap or poorly made. I have also received a lot of complements from my co-workers/friends. They are just really cute with just enough of a funky edge to set them apart from other booties. I love them so much that I am planning on ordering the red. Also, for the record I wear a size 11. These boots are true to size/width and will not disappoint.

These are fantastic boots, Arch support is great, and I love the cushioning (I have Morton's Neuroma) and they are cute.Pine green is wonderful! I took a size 39 for a size 8, and they are roomy enough for orthotics.

I am returning these black leather Arcopedico N42 ankle boots in the largest size available because the way the leather wrinkles over the upper feet and the ankles of my big, pronating feet is unattractive, and does not look like the photo that impressed me. Note that the photos of this boot in the various colors show a number of different ways in which the leather can wrinkle or fold. I was expecting black folds...but that's not what they do on my feet, sniffle. When these unfortunate things happen, Zappos makes it easy to fix. My hobbit feet are grateful.

I'd call these an expensive mistake. The good - nice soft leather, nice color, fit my wide/weird shaped feet. The bad - soles are very thin. After only 1 wear, I could see that these shoes weren't going to last long as there was significant wear on the sole. This is not something I look for in a relatively expensive shoe. I took them to a shoe repair place to see about getting some rubber soles put on them to make them last longer. Because of the shoe sole design, there's pretty much nothing that can be done. The shoe itself doesn't have removable insoles and the current insoles left my feet aching after a day of walking as there is nearly no padding on the ball of the shoe. To make the shoes maybe semi-wearable outside of just shuffling around at home would cost at least another $60. This is ridiculous for a nearly pair of shoes at this price. I do not recommend these shoes to anyone that plans on walking. If you mostly sit or at home most of the time, they might be okay.

How often do you find a pair of shoes, much less boots, that are as comfortable as slippers right out of the box? These are it for me. Cute and comfortable; I am sure they will be my winter favorite.

Even though I returned these boots I must say that they are beautiful, stylish and well-made. I returned them because the were too tight on my ankle. It is not their fault that my ankle swells. It was so hard to return them.

This shoe has a very nice padded innersole and was generally comfortable. My only problem was that it pinched across the instep of the right foot no matter what socks I wore. I am 72 years old, have a little arthritis in my feet and one foot has had two operations, one for a bad bunion and the second for an equally severe hammer toe. I wear 3/4 length inserts. I look for good arch support, soft leather and some padding in the innersole (plus an attractive and supportive style), all of which is a lot to ask for in one pair of shoes but, thanks to Zappos, I found it...Rieker's Lynn.

This is my 2nd pair of Arcopedico boots and they are both so comfortable! They are also stylish, these will need no breaking in at all and look great with skinny jeans or skirts. I also have a pair of the L31 which I can wear all day, I definitely recommend them both and will buy another pair sometime. (Go up a 1/2 size though.)

Great shoes! Perfect for travel, easy to slip on and slip off. Comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and the 7 fit better, even with socks.

I love these boots. They are soft, wear well, and I have worn them for two cold seasons here in California. I would definitely recommend them as a comfortable, all-day walking boot. Wonderful buy.

I have the black boots like these also. For those of us who choose comfort over stillitoes, these are fantastic. I have the black ones also and wish hey made them in navy. I wore them all over an American Craft Council show and better than any walking shoe I've worn. They are great looking and easy to get on and off with the snaps.

These are great boots. This is my second pair, and I wear them everywhere. Very comfortable and stylish too. True to size. They look cute with skirts. I may buy a third pair!

The boots are attractive and rather comfortable - just a bit loose which I have remedied with heel pads. Good in the rain and snow (up to a few inches).
