Perfect shoe for business casual office work. Solid arch support, and I am an over-pronator. Tight enough on the heel to keep from slipping too much. Decent rubber sole that is functional for walking from place to place without looking too casual.

Just as you would expect from ECCO. Great fit and comfortable right out of the box! Very nice business casual shoe.

These are by far the best shoes I have ever owned. I am getting ready to purchase my third pair in the last 10 years. 5 years may not sound like shoes that last that long - but I wear these EVERYWHERE. They are more comfortable than tennis shoes for walking about and look great. These are the only shoes I have ever had someone compliment me on. I can wear these with anything from jeans and a sweatshirt to a suit. So comfort is amazing and style is top notch! Happily ordering my third pair and will be back for another in 5 more years I am sure as I won't be wearing them any less.

Easily the most immediately comfortable dress shoe that has ever dawned my feet. Also, a shout out to the folks here at Zappos. They were flawless in helping me land this shoe. I had originally ordered this shoe and the Ecco Melbourne and it fit me fine in a 43, but the New Jersey 43 was at least a size big, but the 42 fit perfect. And when I say perfect, I mean it. What a gem. Too bad Zappos has to eat the shipping due to the discrepancy though. I hate that. But they take it like champs and have earned my business for good. Why go anywhere else?

These shoes ran a bit too big. I normally wear a 7.5 but my heel was slipping while walking in them new. I could only imagine that that would just get worse overtime. In the shoes defense I am a women wearing men's shoes and my feet are narrow.

These shoes are great, very supportive especially in the heel. The heel also has good cushioning and the arch has appropriate support. As someone who walks a decent distance to and from work everyday, these shoes are my new favorite for something comfortable and supportive to wear while looking professional for business attire.

Second time I'm ordering these for my husband... He loves them for work shoes! Says they are very comfortable and don't make his feet feel too hot. Ordered a size 44 (he usually a size 10 1/2 or 11) fits perfect!

My husband loves these shoes! These are the third pair I have purchased for him. We live in NYC so he walks a lot in them. They are really comfortable and hold up well. Highly recommend.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I feel they were a tiny bit big, but not worth sending back. After wearing them for a day, I didn't notice anything. They just feel like very comfortable shoes. I had bought these and another pair (http://www.zappos.com/p/ecco-helsinki-slip-on-cocoa-brown/product/7532986/color/6008). The others were $150, but I liked these 10x better. Oh, and they look great too.

My husband's favorite pair of work shoes. These shoes hold so well compared to cheaper versions. Great long lasting shoe for the price! They do run smaller than traditional sizes.

I never write reviews, but I had to for these because they are truly exceptional. I've worn several other brands, primarily Cole Haan and Brunos up until I discovered Ecco. These are much higher quality, way more comfortable, and last far longer than any other dress shoe I have worn. The quality is there in spades, buy these you won't regret it.

I have back problems and exact fit and height is essential. I ordered 5 pair of different brands of similar type of shoes. Tried them all on, one was a no-go, 3 were possibilities, and 1 was this Ecco. From the moment I slipped them on, I knew I had found the winner. I have a policy of wearing them around the house for at least a day before making a final decision. This pair was on less than an hour when I exclaimed "Game Over!" Decision made. I wore them outdoors, a finalization of the process. Zappos makes it so easy to return the other 4 pair. (There was nothing wrong with these 4; just the fit on the Ecco was so perfect for me!)

man these shoes were great. I do a great deal of walking on my commute to work, lots of standing come to think of it. Typically any new shoes will give me blisters or hot spots until they are broken in, not so with these. They felt comfortable right from the get go, first 3 days and I have no complaints. I like them show much I am considering buying another pair in a different color. Great product, will shop for more Ecco shoes in the future.

Shoes run large, I had to return 1st pair and order next smaller size. Once I had proper size they were comfortable right away. No break in required. I wear them daily, long days, lots of walking and very comfortable.

Got these shoes for my father. He loves the styling and quality, and it's great that Ecco offers shoes in small sizes. I agree with what some other reviews say about the fit; the chart details size 40 for a 6.5 size shoe, but we had to exchange them for a size 39.
