I bought these to wear for work. I am in retail, so I stand on my feet all day, and wanted to try out a comfort shoe. I normally end up putting insoles in whatever shoe I like, to make them more comfortable. I wore these briefly to test them out, but I don't think they would be comfortable enough for standing in, without adding an insole. However, there's not enough room for one without buying a larger size. Outside of work, I am used to wearing thick flip-flops, not heels, so to me these are just not comfortable enough. They are cute and very light-weight. I wish they would have had more cushion to justify the price. I normally wear a size 8, and they felt true to size.

Craving a pair of red flats, I found these. I already had the black button style and I loved them and sure enough, the architecture of the shoe is exactly the same so I knew exactly what size to get. These are cute and comfortable. I would not work on my feet all day in them because of the lack of arch support, but they are great day-to-day shoes.

I bought these to wear with skirts and dress pants. They look nice with nylons and are very comfortable for walking and standing. My feet are wide at the front and these shoes fit without pinching.

Awesome red shoes to add a pop of color to a neutral outfit! These shoes are both cute and comfy! I got lots of compliments at work. And it comes in wide for those of us who need it!

I love these shoes. I can wear them all day. I do not like to shoe shop because I wear different sizes depending on the style of the shoe. Zappos makes that easy. I can order the size I think that I would wear in that shoe and if it is not right they make it so easy to return them at no cost to me and I can take my time to return them when life gets crazy for me.

I was disappointed in the construction of these shoes. I had heard great stories about their comfort and was excited to get them, but they just weren't what I was expecting. They are very stiff and the construction almost feels like plastic.

I first ordered these shoes in my regular size (7) and they were too large. I decided to order both a size 6.5 and 6 in order to compare and the 6.5 fit perfectly. At any other internet site, this would have cost in shipping fees, not to mention that it would probably have taken weeks to get my shoes. Zappos, I love you. My shoes, in both cases, arrived within a couple of days; the return of the pairs that didn't fit was a breeze. I truly believe that your customer service is far superior to all other internet shopping sites.

These are so cute and very comfortable. The width fit nicely and I have very wide feet. The inner contouring of the footbed is comfy. They make my horribly large feet look better, think what they'll do for those of you with normal feet!

I have tremendous trouble finding shoes that support my poor arch and narrow feet. These are the most comfortable style of this type of shoe I have ever found. Great arch support, good toe box room, wonderful cushioning in insole, and leather that conformed to my foot while remaining supportive. I heartily recommend and love this shoe!

These shoes were pretty comfortable, and the wide width was actually wide enough (which often isn't the case for me). But I wore them to work ONE TIME -- in an office, sitting at a desk -- and somehow the red "leather" or whatever it is got badly scuffed or rubbed off entirely on all four of the buttons/rivets. I usually cross my feet under me, so yes, the shoes were rubbing on the carpet, but ruined in one day? Crazy. Total disappointment.

These shoes run about 1/2 size big. The wide size provides a wider toe box without being too floppy in the heel. They look nice with dress pants and business casual skirts. These shoes are crazy comfortable. Cute yes, sexy no.

I bought these in red. They weren't as red as I thought they would be.They fit true to size and were so comfortable I kept them. Love them.

I bought these because, in pregnancy, my feet have swelled beyond fitting in all my other shoes. These are great and they're soft, cushioned, good arch support, and they look cute both with jeans and with slacks. I definitely recommend.

These look much better in person than they do in the picture. They are comfortable and I have received compliments when I wear them!

These shoes are very well made and attractive. They are a bit snug where the opening hugs the front part of the foot. I usually buy a size 6.5 or 7 depending on the shoe. These I ordered in a 6.5, but probably should have gotten a 7. The more I wear them though, the more they are loosening up so I don't really notice it much. I would recommend them.

This shoe fit true to size. I take a 6.5 WW because of a bunion and it feels fine. It's a very cute shoe; makes your foot look smaller, too. A comfy shoe if you walk a lot at work like I do.

I ordered the 9 1/2 ww. I have a very hard to fit foot because of a large bunion. This shoe has a nice padding. It fits a little snug but I hope with wearing the shoe it will give just a bit. Really like the shoe.

Cute and comfy! Roomy toe box is very accommodating for those needing extra width. True to size.

Love these! I have narrow feet (AA) and Rheumatoid Arthritis so I need narrow comfortable shoes and these fit the bill. They're stylish and easy to walk in.

Wonderful shoe! Narrow fit is terrific for me. Good arch support. Very comfortable for me on my feet all day. Love the style. I hope Zappos keeps carrying narrow shoes like these! I usually wear a 7.5 but in this shoe I had to get an 8.

I ordered the tan leather color. While the fit is fine, the color doesn't match the website picture. I received a two-tone pair and that's not what I wanted.

Normally I wear a size 9. Ended up getting an 8 wide, so thank goodness Zappos return policy is so easy. They are super cute, and though they will take a little bit to break in, I can tell they will be super comfortable, too.

Love them but I chose the wrong size. I am reordering a smaller size. The heel is a bit higher than I thought it was going to be.

These are lovely shoes, but sadly they are uncomfortable. They provide no arch support and therefore they are no-gos on the foot with a small bunion. I am bummed.
