I love this shoe. The size and width were both correct. It rubbed my heels a little at first but once broken in, that was not an issue. These shoes are classy and can be worn with anything from casual to dressy.

Bought them for my mom who is 83. After trying two other styles and my mom loved them. Zappos customer service is the very very best!

I love these shoes. The fit is perfect. They are extremely comfortable, and I've received many compliments. The color is a rich brown and the button straps are a perfect compliment.

I am a 10 4A and these fit great! The heel and sides are very snug, yet there is still room in the toe to keep them comfortable throughout the day. Anyone that has an extremely narrow foot should be happy with this style.

I am very happy with these shoes. I ordered them in the light brown and am pleased with their fit and style. They are true to size.

These are even cuter in person than they are on the website. I wore them without hose for a whole day of walking and working and they remained comfortable and relatively supportive all day. The black didn’t rub onto my skin, either. They are a little bit big, with space at the heel, so when I walk I have to make sure not to step out of them. The toe box is roomy enough to wiggle my toes, but not so big that it rubs or irritates my foot. I give these four stars for comfort because they would have to be as comfortable as a new pair of running shoes to earn five stars from me, and this type of shoe will never be that comfy.

Excellent style and quality in a reasonably priced shoe. A little dressier look for my jeans. Very comfortable and good looking leather. The color (red) is a neutral shade.

Hush Puppies Burlesque is a very comfortable & cute shoe. I wear it primarily with jeans (or my work trousers).

I ordered these in a 7.5 and 8 extra wide, and usually wear a 7.5 wide/extra wide. The 7.5 extra wide fit wonderfully and were very comfortable. It is difficult for me to find shoes that are wider in the toe box but not too loose in the heel, and these fit the bill! I am very happy with the comfort of these shoes. Also a pretty cute shoe, and a low heel which is comfortable to wear all day but still stylish for working in an office.

I have a very wide foot and I can always depend on Zappos when I am shoe shopping. These shoes are awesome if you're looking for a very comfortable flat. I had no break in period; wore them for 8 hours the first day. Hush Puppies have a very cushiony footbed and these are no exception. They also have a thick, non-slick sole that feels so soft when walking. So glad I ordered these! Now for Zappos' service - I have never ordered ANYTHING and had it shipped so fast. Depending on when ordered, sometimes it's here the next day. Returns are hassle free whether needing a replacement shoe or a refund. ZAPPOS IS THE BEST!

Very comfortable and cute. They definitely look different from the photo. The insole is tan not black and they just look different. This certainly happens with online purchases. I still really like them. Unfortunately one of the buttons fell off somewhere in day 2 :(

I love the shoes after they got broken in. Had trouble with the heel on the left one since it rubbed the skin off so am having to wear a band-aid for now. Not the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn but think they will be the more they're worn. Thought about stretching them a little.

I wear a 9 or a 9.5 In this shoe a 9. The heel is wide as well as the toes. They are not as good for thick feet as they are snug on top of foot. Like most in this style I suppose.

Shoes seem to fit ok, possibly a little rubbing on top bone of foot, however, they just don't seem to look right on my foot. The toe box appears so small on my large foot. I'm sure on someone else's foot they would look cute! Sadly, I will be returning them. Zappos, thanks for your patience, you are the only ones I shop with for shoes!

Very comfortable and a great way to get a slight lift in flats. The downside is that my friends call them my dowdy shoes though so these are more fun then fashionable.

The style is cute and they are very comfortable. The only reason I rated them an overall of four stars, was because I had to go up to an 8 rather than my usual 7½. In my usual 7½ my toes did not have room, there were very tight.

These shoes are adorable. The upper sole is a little stiff and takes some breaking in. During the breaking in process, the top of my foot felt pinched.

The size 11 in this shoe runs much wider than the size 10. This is a shame since they don't make size 11 Narrow or size 10.5. The tip of the toe is also very shallow and presses down on the toe-nail, so I would recommend going up a half size. If the shoe were available in my size, I think it would be very comfortable (although like most shoes it could use a better arch support).

I normally wear a 7.5 wide; however, even with a 7 extra wide - my big toes were getting/would have been -- blistered in no time! I tried half size smaller and wider than normal -- very disappointed - too cute to miss! I believe lack of proper fitting is due to curvature of toe area.

I was disappointed with these shoes. While I like the style and squarish toebox, they curve up at the toes and don't fit well. There isn't much by way of arch support either. The shoes run large, but not large enough for my inserts.

The shoes looked okay online. When I received them, they looked much more orthopedic looking. The leather is very stiff. I wear a 8W due to bunions and the heel kept slipping off. The toe box felt short. My toes kept butting up against the top of the shoe. Too bad. I'm looking for a good work shoe. Will have to return these!
