Customer Reviews Havaianas Top Flip Flops

Wrong item was shipped. The straps were thin like the Slim Flip Flops, not the Top Flip Flops like I ordered. The size was also wrong. I ordered a 9/10 women's and I received a 7/8 women's.

I wear 8.5 and felt confident after reading reviews about Zappo correcting the sizing issue, that 7/8 would fit. (I wear 8 in Reef's). The 7/8 was short...my heel went off the end.

The straps are way too loose and misshaped but somehow rubbed a blister after 3 min of wearing them. I do not recommend!!!

Absolute garbage! Extremely uncomfortable. The straps dig into my feet. Also, they keep breaking. I've caught the edge about 10 times and the strap rips right out. I hate these more than anything I've put on my feet in 45 years.

They have made these so narrow that you walk on the strap! Not the old Havianas that I have purchased many times. Awful!

Ordered these to replace the pair I loved and lost. Received the High Light Wedge instead. Will be returning them.

I was very disappointed with my white havianas as I have many pairs of havianas and I have never felt they needed to be broken in. These are stiff and scratch my upper foot. I don't know if they have started making them elsewhere or what but the size was bigger than my previous havianas,much wider. I always get the same style and size. Very disappointed.

I have no idea why this flip flop has such great reviews. Old Navy $3 flip flops are more comfortable. The straps are really sharp on these. I never felt anything like it. Sending them back.

I wanted to love these, I really did! But the strap cut up both my feet (between first two toes). I've got big gashes on the tops of my feet! I"m hoping that they'll turn into callouses and I can wear these flip flops again, but it's not looking good.

Best rubber thong on the market.

Beware! If you are not overweight, shoes will be loose. Manufacturers are now making shoes to fit fat feet.

BEWARE - Zappos cannot get their act together with the sizing of these shoes. I ordered the orange pair in the biggest size they carry...I believe it equates to a womens 11/12. I ordered 2 styles, and the first black style came exactly how ordered. The orange pair came in a completely different style and a size 4/5! About half the size I normally wear. I called and had it exchanged, and at the time, customer service was great. I got the new shoe and it was STILL the wrong size, 4/5. I called customer service again and the guy had the nerve to ask if I had double checked the size. Uh, YES, I can tell the difference between a 4/5 and a 11/12! So, they sent me another pair. I ended up getting the different style I received the 1st time, again in a size 4/5! I am now going on a week of them trying to figure out what the heck is happening with their shoes. Good grief, not worth it! Buy these at Nordstrom or directly from Havaiana and save yourself some hassle.

Boy did the quality of these shoes take a dive. I always buy these flip flops, every summer. The pair I just received, the top straps are half the thickness from my last years shoes. So I see, keep the price the same, cut the quality, and think we will not notice? Cheap cheap cheap - I can now get the same quality from the local drug store at 2 pairs for $5.00. What a disappointment.

These are my gazillionth pair of Havaianas and I literally wear them every single day of the year. Outside in the spring & summer and in the house instead of slippers when it's cold outside. Having said that, these newest pair are very poorly made in that the toe piece frequently pops out of the flip flop when I am walking and I have to stop and wiggle it back in. So bizarre and such a pain in the butt. I've loved Havaianas in the past but I am looking for a better flip flop to take their place.

The sizes as listed are very confusing. I purchased these through Zappos based on their suggestion of the US/UK equivalence and I got the wrong size entirely. Be sure to order a size up from what the website specifies.
