The style was nice. Was just too narrow. I bought the red and the color was more like coral. Wasn’t as dark as expecting.

???? Too Small!

Very disappointed! I should have listened to the reviewers that said this flip flop runs SMALL! I wear 7.5 and the 37/38 does not fit. My heel is right at the back edge. Guess I’ll exchange for a bigger size, but don’t have much faith it will work.

These would be great flip flops if not for the fact that the straps are way, way too loose. I will have to return them, which is a shame, because the footbed was lovely.

Ordering one size bigger

HEADS UP, DO NOT SIZE UP if you have not purchased these in the past year! I have always sized up in these but they were way too big....had to return for one size down. I'm a 9 to a 9.5 and always ordered 41-42 but ended up needing the 39-40!!

I've been wearing Havaianas every single day for the better part of a decade and it was time to replace a pair that a dog chewed through. I just ordered the same exact size (as stamped on the actual flip flop) and it is SO much bigger than my last pair! Not only is it slightly larger length wise, but the straps are so much longer and looser. I even ordered the next size smaller in case I was going crazy, but no, those were much too short (although the straps fit comfortably). I'm giving them a go, but I wonder if I'm the only one who has noticed a change in sizes/strap lengths.

These sandals are cute, but they offer no arch support and they slip easily when you are walking. They are okay for lounging around at the beach, but not for walking any great distance.

These looked like they would be super comfortable but they ran really small. I usually wear a 7.5 and the 7/8 was too small (my toes came to the very end and my heel was slightly hanging off the back)! I'm worried about sizing up because the next size sounds so huge. Disappointed!

I love havaianas and have worn many pair. Although usually i wear the more slim version. These give me blisters in between my toes.

Basic Flip Flop, nothing to get excited about but does seem well constructed and a bit thicker than Old Navy ones I've worn for years

Not sure that these are authentic havaianas. I held them up to another pair I bought from the havanias store and there is size discrepancies. They are nice sandals, but I really doubt there true havanias brand.

I purchased these flip flops size by the information given on he size chart. I wear a 6 1/2 or 7. I also have a pair of Havaianas purchased in the store tht are marked on the flip flop as the same size. They are not. I should have ordered at least a whole size smaller. The manufacturer needs some quality control!! For that reason I give these a 3 star.

Zappos was quick in fulfilling this order. However, I have found in the last couple of years that Havaianas has had a problem manufacturing a consistent product. I used to order from the company directly but found that some of these flip-flops would come with the straps a bit twisted and would be uncomfortable. I don;t know why I thought if would be different ordering from another vendor, but it was the same problem. The black ones I ordered were fine but the navy ones came with twisted straps. It's disappointing because they are comfortable if you receive them as they are meant to be made.

Havanias are highly marketed and are available everywhere now. I have had good luck with basic Reef flip-flops but the same style and size in this brand were huge on me (width-wise). The quality is also less than Reefs. This will not be a brand that I will buy in the future.

I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 shoe, and the 39/40 was the right size for me in this style. These flip flops were just okay. There wasn't anything about them that justified the price tag for me. The rubber straps are stiff and not particularly comfortable. I prefer the Sanuk Maritime 2 over these.

I got these and the Slim version and these are going back. The footbed fit perfectly, but the straps were loose and floppy. The Slims were much more comfortable.

I purchased these Havaianas flip flops for my 12 yr old daughter. She was looking for flip flops that offered a simple, sleek design with no pattern. I was hoping that these shoes would offer a little better quality than the cheap ones at the mall, however, they seem to be no different. The first time being worn the toe strap pulled through the shoe. We were able to push it back through, but we all know that once that happens it will keep happening. Overall, she likes this shoe. We will see how well they wear over the next few weeks/months.

Last year there were no problems with this flip flop. The first shipment had the wrong size sent, I ordered correctly. I gave them to my granddaughter. Now I just got the reorder and they run much smaller than the ones I bought last year. The bottoms are about a size shorter than the ones I have from last year. This time, I'm sending them back and will order any brand.

Absolutely nothing special about these flip flops and just an overrated brand name - they look like and feel like cheap flip flops you can buy anywhere at a MUCH lower price. Don't fall for the hype!

I had the same experience as the last review that was written. Zappos actually has the black "slim" flip flops coded as the "top" flip flops. The representative had told me after receiving the wrong flip flops three times that they were going to pull the capability of ordering the black top flip flops off the the website because they are coded wrong in the warehouse, clearly that hasn't happened. I love the top flip flops but please be aware that if they seem like a slightly different style, they probably are.

These are comfortable perfect flip-flops but if you wear them often they will fall apart in exactly one year. This has happened to me 3 times. Even though I love them, I'm not sure I want to repeat purchase for this coming year. Sad, because they are so nice when they are new.

I have a pair of Havaianas that I got in Brazil a couple of years ago, and they are extremely comfortable and spongy. I wanted a different color so ordered them from Zappos in black in the same size. The fit is different, looser, with the new ones. Also, if my feet are sweating then the rubber comes off and makes my feet black. I'm disappointed, but I'll keep them because they're not awful or anything. I hope the rubber stops rubbing off on my feet.

I ordered a size 12 which in european sizing is a 43. I received a 41/42 which they said was a 12 in US. The sandals are super cute but just dont run true to size unfortunately.

I have many pairs of these flip-flops. I return these bc their extremely larger and wider :(
