This is a replacement pair! I bought the husband a pair for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately they did not wear well at all! Within a month there were bald spots(missing fur) on the inside. As a frequent ugg buyer for many years I know this should not be the case. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a return invoice to refund my money. Great customer service! I couldn't be happier.

LOVE LOVE LOVE slippers and uggs took it to a whole other level. Best quality for price and worth all your time! Slippers are true to size! Don't be afraid to "break them in" because the fuzz does need to set some.
