I am a size 9½ and ordered the 10 based on product info and the reviews. The Baked Clay color is awesome! However, the 10 was too loose in the heel, even with socks, which I never wear with slippers anyway. I debated, thinking the 9 would be too tight but I reordered them in a size 9 just to see. They are a little snug, but I have plenty of room for my toes. I know they will stretch because they are suede. I am used to wearing cheap slippers which I end up throwing away. These Ugg Dakota slippers are the most comfortable that I have ever had and they are worth every penny. They will probably be molded to my feet by tomorrow. Ordering the same size as I do in Ugg boots, size 9, has worked for me. And I know when I order with Zappos I do not have to wait three weeks to get my order. I love Zappos and Uggs!

These are fantastic shoes. My mom loves them. She wear them all the time.

At first it bothered me that they made my feet look big. But after wearing for a bit I don't notice it as much. The color blue was a little lighter than on the picture. They are so soft and warm, without making your feet sweat! I wish they looked cute with jeans, like some have said, but I think they are too slippery looking for that! They are well made and don't just feel flat on the inside.

These shoes are the epitome of comfort. I love them so much that I am considering purchasing another pair. You will not be disappointed.

The Ugg Dakota is a great shoe/slipper. We wear them out in nice weather. Zappos is great, quick delivery, great customer service. I love Zappos, they are excellent!

I purchased these for my teen daughter and she wears them almost every day! I really didn't want to spend the money for them, but now feel that I am getting my money's worth as they are almost always on her feet. They run true to size and I’m told they are cozy and warm but not TOO warm.

Very comfortable. These run a little narrow so I went a 1/2 size up and the fit is perfect. Recommend buying Uggs water protector or any other brand. I like them so much decided to get them in tan also.

These slippers are true to size. Having had slippers made of sheepskin before, I know they will stretch at least 1/2 a size, so if you feel they are a bit snug, they will fit properly with time. I like the flexible yet gripper type sole so I can wear them outside.

I absolutely love these slippers now. At first I thought they felt too tight, but that was just because of the thick inside that eventually wears down. These are super comfortable! They are extremely warm as well. I can't wait to see how they hold up this winter.

OMG soooo comfortable you won't wan to take them off!!! These are great to wear out and about for errands, and I found they are great to wear to Yoga and then just slip off and on again! I get compliments all the time, and they are so cute!!! EXELLENT service as usual!!!

Best slippers ever--I actually look forward to putting them on when I get home from work. Could be outdoor shoes, too. For me, they're for putzing around the house. The fit is the same as Ugg boots; the fleece feels a little snug at first, but after a couple of wears they form to you tootsies and are perfect.

These mocs are incredibly comfortable. I live in the snowy frozen northeast and it feels wonderful to slip my feet into these warm fuzzy slippers every morning and when I get home from work. I have even worn them TO work on occasion when I couldn't get out of them. I wear a size 8 1/2 normally, but since there are no half sizes I ordered a 9 and they fit great with socks. Without socks I slip out of them a little, but not enough to deter my love for these shoes.

Snug as a Bug - This is a very comfortable slipper. This is my second pair and they are great for in the house. What is so nice is the fact that the sole allows for outside wearing. My feet have a problem with being cold until I wear these and I am "Snug as a Bug" with warm feet. Buy them you will like them.

I tried to wear them for 15 minutes, sitting down, and they were uncomfortable. They were really tight on the sides of my feet. Looking at the reviews, nobody said they ran narrow, and I have average feet, so I thought they'd be heavenly. I don't want to wait to see if they stretch out, so I am returning them. They also were a little too big in size. I always wear an 8, I ordered and 8, but they don't come high enough on my heel to stay on. I have 3 pairs of Ugg boots...all size 9, because I order a size up. These just don't work for me.

I absolutely love these slippers but I am so annoyed by the laces. On the positive side, they are comfortable, warm, stylish, and save my knees from walking barefoot on hardwood floor. The only downside is the laces keep coming untied, in fact they do not stay tied! It is annoying and I constantly step on them. Friends who have the same slippers told me to tie each of the laces in knots to solve this problem.

I wear them every day around the house and love them. I know there are sizing concerns. I'm a size 7 usually and got and wear the 7 because I knew the sheepskin would wear down over time. I don't really wear them with socks, because I wear them around the house. I love them!

These are really warm and hug the foot which is so nice, but two "negatives": 1)the strings don't stay tied which is frustrating and 2) when I wore them out to run a quick errand, I definitely looked like I was out in my house shoes. Wouldn't reco outdoor wear for those reasons. Otherwise, really comfortable and cute with my PJs.

I purchased this shoe Sunday night and received it Wednesday morning, thanks to Zappos' amazing service. I give the shoe itself a seven out of ten. Although it is extremely comfortable, walking in these shoes for a long period of time makes my feet wobble on the soles. Overall this shoe is very stylish and a great buy!

Very narrow - These slippers are cute and very warm but very narrow. I wear a normal-width shoe, but my feet are on the wide side. When I put these slippers on, they were tight around my toes but slipped off the back of my heels when I walked. I had to return them, unfortunately.

My girlfriend was looking greedily at my new lavender slipper Uggs. Beautiful color. Tie sewn together so it wouldn’t come undone. I know the lining is pure wool. Friend said, “They will never fit you!” (She wears an 8 1/2 and I wear a 9. Nine in an Uggs always fits me unless made in China. I checked the tag. These were made in The Philippines.) Worried. My foot had to be forced inside due to the front width being narrow. I understand Uggs sometimes need to be worn a bit to loosen up. I could wear this pair for a year every day and they would be tight. Being the owner of 15 pairs of Uggs, I know exactly where the buyer stands. Since Uggs moved their manufacturing out of New Zealand and into China or other Asian countries it’s hit or miss whether the wool is true authentic Ugg wool and the sizing is haphazard. Often too small with one Ugg differently sized than the other foot. I’m an on-line ordering junkie and broke my promise which I will share. Always buy your Uggs in the store and try them on first to save the disappointment and effort of having to return. But you can make a smaller-footed friend very pleased when you’re willing to gift immediately. Dratz!

Today I tried on a pair of Dakotas in two different colors, same size. I was shocked that one pair was much wider, loose and fit kind of sloppy unlike the other. The wide one was made in China and the comfortable one was made in Vietnam. The same size and style! Beware!
