I've bought a few pars of these for my family. This year none of them fit. All are too small. The next size up was too big. Found something different from Ugg.

These did not fit at all. I wanted to love them but the heel was very loose and my toes were squished. I ordered a half size up and they just didn't work.

I have never worn Uggs before, and when my husband bought these for me to replace my old Lands End mocs, I thought they would be great. They do not work for me - at all. There is so much fur inside there is no room for my feet. The heel doesn't come up far enough, so I feel like I am constantly walking out of the slipper. But the worst is that I have moderately high arches and they squeeze about where the tie is and all the way out to the toes. I always wear a size 7 and my toes bumped into the end, so we returned for an 8, which is long enough, but still squeezes my feet at the arch. Too bad, because they look nice and seem to be very well made. I guess this brand just does not work for my feet.

These run small and painfully tight. The left one is worse than the right. Previous UGG slippers have fit well in same size (7). Quality has gone down since they are now coming from CHINA. Returning today without exchange.

Terrible sole! The sole doesn't not cover the entire shoe. After one day of wearing them I had to get a suede brush out and get the water marks off the tip of the shoe. I put them on after the shower and they got slightly wet from excess water that dropped on the tile floor. The slipper is good other wise but I would recommend getting L L Bean slippers over Uggs. For Uggs I was completely disappointed!

Really wanted these to work out since they were so cute, but unfortunately I will be sending them back due to the tag that is sewn in the heel of these slippers. That little tag caused so much discomfort to myself since I already have heel spurs. I think they need to place the Ugg sticker anywhere else on the shoe besides the heel. I can't imagine anyone liking the feel of that tag. I thought about removing it myself with a seam ripper but when I consider the high price of these slippers I decided I shouldn't have to alter them to make them work for me. Looks like it is back to LL Bean for my slippers. I do love the Zappos quick shipping and return policy though and will be back for other shoes.

These slippers are more like a stiff driving moc. They are super cushy, which makes them so tight you can't wear a sock - which I need in the winter to keep my ankles warm. These have to go back.
