I wear a shoe size 9.5 and I could not get my foot into a size 10.

I wanted to love these. The color is great and the warm lining is what I was looking for. However, the bottom of the shoe is wider than the outsole---so my foot tends to roll out over the outsole.

I wanted to love these because they look great. They do run narrow, but I was prepared to deal with that. What I couldn't get past was how shallow the heel is. They don't look it, but the sole inside comes up high at the back so there isn't much room for foot. My heel pulled right out at every step.

I normally wear a size 7 but I ordered an 8 because of the lining. They were very tight but if I had ordered a 9, they would have been too short. I wish they came in a wide width.

Wow the reviews for these are all over the place. I decided to take a chance and ordered my normal size 8 since I rarely have an issue. This was likely a mistake. The slippers are very narrow and fit very tight and I don’t have wide feet. The thickness of the lining makes them feel even smaller. I am convinced if I order a size up they will be too big in length and slide off my heels. Right now I am debating sending these back or trying them out for a bit to see if they will stretch as suggested in some reviews. Long story short I would say buyer beware! Even on sale and with Zappos awesome return policy probably not worth the money or bother.

I cannot give an honest STAR review because they were too small! The color is gorgeous! I am not sure why but these did NOT feel like an 8 at all. i feel like UGG isn't as consistent with their production as they used to be. I have many ugg shoes/Slippers/boots and they are all size 8 (as are all of my shoes!0 and these definitely are not a true 8. no way!

I've worn the Dakota Ugg slippers since they first came out and the quality and fit were great. Now every year the quality has gone done hill. The sizing is inconsistent and the quality is lacking. I ordered two pair of the black Dakota slippers in the same size. One pair is doesn't have much shearling and the bow is very short. The other pair has more shearling but is a half size smaller and lacks shearling where your pinky toe hits. It's really a hit or miss with these slippers anymore and that's a shame they used to be a high quality slipper. Haven't decided if I will even keep either pair, may need to look for a different brand in the future. Please Ugg get your act together and your quality control in line.

I usually take a 10 in Dakota. While these were snug in toe area, my foot slipped out of back. I cannot wear size 9 either, as they are truly, painfully uncomfortable (won't stretch, can't hurt myself waiting for them to stretch). Why don't you make 1/2 sizes, UGG? You are my favorite, my coziest. Please listen to your customers.

Sorely disappointed in this purchase. And Za pp os won't refund your money if you're not completely satisfied. I ordered my regular size - too small. I re=ordered a size larger - too narrow in the tow and didn't fit right in other places. I won't be ordering anything from Za pp os ever again.

I ordered a full size larger than what I normally wear hoping these would be roomy and comfy and allow for room due to the lining. I was wrong. These were so tight on my feet and the lacing is purely decoration. I'm so disappointed! *Oh... and the brown is MUCH lighter in person. More like a dark tan. Definitely NOT a chocolate brown!

I'm a 7 in UGG's and these slippers fit just fine, a little snug, but expected with new ones, they sort of form to your feet over time. The real problem was even though they were tight and fit well, the heel slid up and down, all over the place. Super annoying and not fixable. It's a design problem. They look cute and are well made, I was happy with the feel, except for the heel problem. Am surprised at the rave reviews, that's really what prompted me to try this particular style. Very disappointed! But I do appreciate Zappo's easy return policy in situations like this.

UGGs have become so unpredictable since they began manufacturing them in China. I ordered a size 8 to have at our vacation home. In spite of the fact that is what I have at our primary home and i love them, these mocs felt like they were just cut wrong. Love in the back high front, just all around weird and not the same feel as my original ones. Sending them back....
