SUPER padded. Order 1/2- 1 full size up. Light weight considering the warmth. Good for shoveling or tubing, but not good to wear with jeans or anything as these are very THICK! I found a better boot from Sorel for what I need them for.

These are excellent boots for Wisconsin harsh winters. They keep my feet very warm and dry. They are incredibly lightweight and comfortable for hours of wear. The only problem is the sizing. My feet are petite and I ordered half a size larger than I normally wear but they were too small. I recommend ordering at least one size larger than normal.

I have worn these boots for years and needed to replace. My original pair is a 7. I have tried an 8, 9, and am awaiting a size 10! Hopefully the 10 will fit!!!! Aside from the crazy size issue, these boots are amazing. I walk miles in them and my feet stay dry and warm. Why the size issues, Baffin?

The shaft of the boot is so small and tight. I could barely get them on. The laces are not even needed as you can’t make the shaft any bigger. I don’t have large calves. So disappointed because these are a cute style.

i usually wear between an 8.5 - 9. I found these boots to be unusually small. Tried them on with thin socks and they were so tight all the way around. i cannot speak to arch support or width since they were so tight.

I was extremely disappointed. I'm normally a size nine, but the size nines I ordered were too small (that's more my mom's fault for not heeding the warnings). I returned that pair and got the size ten today, and while the left one fits fine, the right one does not. We got six inches of snow yesterday and I am not looking forward to walking through that while waiting for another pair. If I could try these on in-store before buying, I wouldn't have an issue with this. However, with COVID going on, that isn't a safe option. I really had my hopes up since these boots otherwise seem top-notch for winter weather. They're good quality boots - IF you can get the right size.

Very narrow at toe box yet wide around heel. Add a full size bigger for toes but unsure how that will fit for overall foot.

The quality on these is amazing. They would keep your feet SUPER warm during the winter months. The traction was insane on the sole. My problem was that they only make full sizes. I am a true size 7, and these were just a bit snug in the toe box. If they made a half size, I would have ordered these. They are, hands down, the best snow boots I've tried on this season. If you are a size 6 1/2 or a narrow, slightly short 7, the size 7 would work well with good socks (not super thick wool socks, but the mid weight ones). Ultimately, I returned these and bought a pair of Kamik boots.

I found the Snogoose to be very stiff in the shaft. Most uncomfortable to walk in. My left heel kept slipping. I'm a size 8, but ordered a 9 to accommodate a thick sock. Still felt a little large and did nothing to prevent slippage. Will try a different brand.

I normally wear an 8 shoe, and ordered a 10 in these because other Baffin boots in a 9 were too small. These may have been a little on the short side, but that would have been tolerable. However, the heels were much too wide, and my feet kept coming out of them. They appear well-built for really severe weather conditions (think Iceland), but what I face is less severe. Their uppers are very wide, so I felt were less attractive than some other designs.

I wear a size 7 1/2 to an 8 in shoes. I tried an 8 and a 9 at a local shop but they were still too small. I ordered the 10 (a full 2 or 2 1/2 sizes larger than I wear!) and they squeezed my feet and toe was rubbing at the end. These are very, very odd sized and uncomfortable. That is unfortunate because I really liked the style.

How I wanted these boots to work! They are so cute and lightweight. Alas, the first big snow storm, out I go - only to realize that the boots are not really waterproof. They are fine if there are a few inches of snow on the ground, but once the moisture gets into the nylon front where the laces begin, it just soaks through. Too bad.

Very nice boot, but the sizing is way off. I wear a size 10.5 or 11 shoe. I ordered the 11 in this boot and could not get my foot into it. I thought it was probably mismarked until my daughter tried on the size 8 I bought for her (she's usually a 7). It was way too small as well. Just for fun, I told her to put on my size 11's... they fit perfectly. So if you order this boot... order it 3 to 3.5 sizes up!

I ordered a full size larger than what I normally wear in athletic wear, and half a size larger than eccos waterproof footwear I have worn for 17 years. These were much too small. Having not worn snow or warm weather boots since departing Seattle in 2000 I expected following other reviewers advice and selecting a larger size would work. Even with just silk liners there was no way to put these boots on my feet.
