I wear size 10 and needed size 11 in this boot. I returned it for 4 reasons: 1. I live in a place with subzero winters. My feet got cold in this boot while out in the snow for an hour when it was ten below. 2. The toe box is too narrow and the heel too wide for my foot. I need a large toe box and have normal B width heels 3. The lacing system is impossible. To tighten the laces enough to support my foot inside the boot you need four hands--one pair to pull the laces and the other pair to hold them in place so they don't just slide back to where they were. 4. I need support and there is none.

These are very warm and dry. I live in Minnesota, and they are perfect for the extreme cold and deep snow. Cute but bulky-looking and the laces don't pull as tight as as I'd like.

I needed a good pair of boots so I could walk our dog on the snowy sidewalks during the winter. Cleveland winters stink thanks to lake effect snow. These boots were awesome! Excellent grip hardly ever slipped even on ice. Very warm; did an excellent job of keeping the cold and water/snow out. Loved these things. My only issue with them was whenever I took them off they would always, always pull my socks off with them.

I ordered these boots for my 11 years old daughter. She overgrow the kids sizes, so I looked for something to please a very young women style. She really liked them when they arrived. They were relatively lightweight, they looked nice and warm, but size 9, even for my daughter (she fits 8-8.5 women shoes) with very narrow feet, was much too narrow and overall small. On other hand, she noticed poor ankle and foot support resulting in socks slipping down when walking. For that reason we decided to look for different boots instead of exchanging those for a bigger size. I would like to mention remarkable customer service at Zappos. Thank you!

Excellent boot, no seams to rub foot. The liner seems protect from that. I care for animals outdoors on a daily basis, below freezing most mornings. Boot is light, easy to wear and water tight at least to junction between rubber and fabric.

I just got the size 11 today. Usually wear size 9. I went up to size 10 as I normally wear thick socks with outdoor winter boots. Size 10 was tight in the toe area. I have to get wider shoes normally due to bunions on both feet. Size 11 fits fine with light sock and read the instructions regarding pulling liner out to see how the feet fit in them and works with thick sock, too; so I will keep size 11 and boot should mold to my foot with time. Other than that, I think these will work out great for mushing my dogs this winter There s plenty of room for tucking in pants, but not so big that I can't put snow pants over the outside, either. I got the brown and picture is true for color, seem very stable to walk in. Like the height and gator for deep snow when not wearing snow pants. I'll give 5 stars for style because they are stylin' pack boots!

These are fantastic boots. I feel like i am walking on the moon. The most comfortable snow boot I have ever purchased! Make sure however to purchase these boots 1½ sizes bigger than your true size!

I loved these boots but unfortunately I wear a size 11 in regular shoes so I ordered a size 11 but my toes bump the front of the boot with thin socks on so I'll have to return them. Had they been big enough I would have loved them!

I live in MN and have Raynauds Syndrome. This is the first pair of boots I have ever owned that keep my feet warm even when it's -0. They run small so buy a size up.I am a smallish size 9 and 10's fit exactly right with thin socks. Be prepared for your feet to sweat if you wear them inside for any length of time - like to go shopping. (a problem I've never had before!) All in all these are the warmest, squishiest, most comfortable snow boots I've owned. If you have Raynauds or poor circulation these boots are a must!

These boots are AWESOME!! They are so easy to slip on and off and are super warm. What I like about them is they don't feel heavy at all and are nice and cushy with the liner. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 and I ordered a 7. They fit perfectly! Love these boots!

The upper seemed very rugged and the liner was very warm. Seemed sized small. I usually wear a 6.5 and got a 7 for thicker socks - found that too tight at the toe. Otherwise felt like good support and comfortable to walk in.

These are the best boots I have ever owned. I live in snowy, cold, upstate New York, and frantically bought these from Zappos before a week-long trip to Vermont in January. I had to return them for a larger size, but they are warm, waterproof, comfortable and easy to put on. I wish the laces were shorter, but I couldn\'t be more thrilled. Seriously, if your feet get cold, buy these boots. I love them when I have to shovel snow and sometimes I even wear them when it\'s sunny!

This is a very solid, nice boot; however, so very narrow across toes, even in 2 sizes over what I usually wear, and then of course, the heels slip. I had to send it back. If they could just make it more balance in box width and heel.

I love these boots! I read so many reviews before purchasing. Read about the tight toe box, that they run small and you need to order up, so I did. I’m a 9 in shoes and usually a 9.5 in boots and sneakers, and I ordered these in a 10. They are the most comfortable snow boots I’ve ever worn and they are super warm. I’ve worn them to walk my dog when it was 2 degrees out and felt like -12 and my toes were toasty warm! I want to mention my feet are fairly wide and I have bunions and hammer toes and these do not bother my feet at all. I definitely recommend!

I LOVE these boots. Incredibly warm, I wore them outside, without socks during our recent Polar Vortex of 30+ below--feet were warm then entire time. Have worn them outside, again without socks, through cold, slush and my feet stayed warm and dry. Stuck in a blizzard for 14 hours--again, not one complaint when I would go outside, clear the tail pipe. My only wish---other companies would learn from Baffin in terms of quality products!

Great Boots - warmest boots I ever owned. Great in snow and cold weather of Wisconsin I ordered 1/2 size over normal size as some of the reviews suggested and they fit perfectly. Not the most stylish - but warm and comfy.

These were a Christmas Gift. My woman loves them. They are warm, comfortable and she said she would not wear boots to work because she was embarassd and now she wears them everday to work. They are stylish for the quality of the product.

Great value. I purchased these for snowmobiling - so far very happy with them. I have not been in sub-zero temps as yet, but hoping they will work as well then. I always order a size bigger for boots and it works perfectly to give some room for heat circulation. Easy to pull on. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice looking boot. Seems to be good quality. But the size seems to be way off? Typically need a nine. Tried a nine, then ten, still too small.

Very warm. Very comfy. Love that they cinch at the top to keep out deep MN snow. Not super flexible in the sole but I did just start wearing them so maybe that comes more with time.

I ended up with an 11, though I normally wear an 8 1/2 in a tennis shoe. They feel amazing, warm, and stylish too. Can't wait to test them in the snow!

These snow boots are great. They are very warm, and feel light on the feet for this type of footwear (not heavy and clunky). The inner liner is thick and makes them feel extremely comfortable. One of the best things about these boots is the ease with which they are pulled on and off--no laces to deal with. The cinch cords with toggle closures keep them snug but never tight around the calves. Oh, and they look cute and stylish--a great combination of fashionable and functional! And GREAT service, as always, from Zappos.
