With very narrow feet, finding slippers that will stay on them is difficult, at best. This is the third pair I tried from Zappo's. While not perfect, they do work. The top covers a substantial portion of the foot so they don't fall off of my feet like many others. There is just a slight "lip" at the back (heel area) that helps keep them on but does not interfere with an easy slide onto the foot. They apparently have a slight arch support built-in but it doesn't seem to hit my arch in the correct spot... but this has not caused a problem for me since it is slight. I will likely continue the search for slippers that fit my "skis" but this will certainly do for now. They definitely feel good and keep my feet warm.

I ordered about 6 pair of shearling slippers from Zappos, and these were the best. The fit was exactly right. They have cushioning and good support for my bad feet, and they are warm and cozy (of course). I only wish they had more of a back on them - however the Acorn slippers with backs did not fit or feel right.

This is a beautiful slipper. The style and workmanship is above what I've seen in retail stores. When the slippers arrived I realized that they were small and I was concerned that a full size larger would be too big. They were not These slippers are so comfortable, cozy and warm.

Normally, I wear a size 6W but when wide isn't available, a 6.5 is fine. I listened to the reviews and sized up, purchasing these in a 7. The size 7 hung off the back of my foot almost a good inch so I reordered them in a 6, confident that the size 6 would fit since the 7 was so huge. Not so! I ended up stepping on the back heel part. I'm sad to have to return both pairs, they were really soft and cushy but I guess I'm like the Goldilocks of slippers, I'm looking for a pair that are just right.

These slippers are fantastic - for a season. After that, the insole loses its fleece and even sticks a little to your heels. I'm trying to find replacement insoles because they really are comfy otherwise, and I know this is a problem with sheepskin in general.

I was mildly disappointed with theses slippers. I would have liked more cushion in the insole and the felt a bit lopsided when I wear them. I guess I have to create an instep by wearing them.

These were a little tight around the foot, and I don’t have wide feet. Also the fur is kind of bushy around the sides and back and I don’t love the way they look.

They were comfortable but I didn't like the cold open heel feeling and the fur that sticks out in the back making the slipper feal way longer than my foot, just a bothersome affect. Other than that, they seem to be well made.

After reading all the reviews on Zappos, I thought these were going to be the "one". Although, these slippers seem to be well constructed, the heel doesn't come up high enough which leaves the back of your foot exposed. I only slipped them on twice, but the sole also seems a bit stiffer than other brands.

I thought I was replacing my old worn out acorn slippers with this one. Turns out this one now has a back heel. I have a partially paralyzed left foot and I was turning that ankle left and right; I sure don’t need a sprained or broken ankle! Loved my old ones; wish Acorn hadn’t gone and changed the design.

These slippers feel really good. I would love them except that after a little less than one year there are areas inside foot where fleece has worn off. I do not know if this is normal, or something to do with quality. They were great for first 10 months.

very nice materials and workmanship; I wanted warm slippers with decent arch support and they meet that requirement but yes they are too wide; I am keeping them anyway because the toe room allows me to wear my bunion spacers in them which other slippers and shoes do not; I figure the health of my feet overrides the inconvenience of sliding around a bit with my heels

nice to have real sheepskin - but the ring around the heel is just awkward

The size was true to size, but the footbed felt oddly shaped when I tried it on. It didn’t feel very comfortable to me...

I normally wear an 11 wide. I wanted to keep these because they are comfortable and provide features I like. However I found they were too snug for the top of my left foot and the right foot bed was cut so that I could feel my foot hanging over the bed in the shoe. Needless to say they are not right for my feet.

Left slipper fit, right one felt defective. Will try one more pair...

Slipper was comfortable. However, the quality of the finishing where the edge of the sole was glued to the slipper is sloppy. I've worn Acorn for several years, with my current pair of Oh Ewe II bought in late 2010 well loved and ready to be retired. In comparing the two pair--new and existing--the grade of the shearling and the way the sole is finished are noticeably different, with the new pair inferior. If bought at half the price, I might have debated keeping them. But at close to $100, the new ones are definitely not worth it. I can't vouch for how long they'd last, but it's a good bet they wouldn't last as long as my old babies. Will keep looking....
