These shoes are very comfortable to constant to steady walking. If you have to stand in one place for hours, then this is not the shoe.

Size does not appear correct - 1/2 size too small and 1/2 size too narrow.

I love New Balance shoes but these just did not hold up as well as my others. They ripped at the seams after extended wear. These are ood shoes, just not as good as some of the others I have had from New Balance.

I bought this shoe a few months ago. The seam on the side of one shoe started to come apart after about a month. I emailed Zappos but got no response. I like the shoe, as its really comfortable and light, so I just bought it again. Hopefully it wont fall apart in 30 days!

I ordered this new balance shoe. It is good, but not great, breaks down quickly on the tennis court.

I used to be able to trust New Balance -- but they turf it out to Borneo and market crap under the NB label. These are terrible -- you will regret buying them. So small they are like slippers with laces over the top. Anything to sell shoes. But I won't be back to NB -- they should have enough respect to at least put them under a different brand. Very small and tight, despite the picture and I bought a half size bigger than usual. Don't buy these!

I have owned several pairs of New Balance shoes. These are ridiculously small, both in width and length. The shoes are labeled as size 10. They are noticeably smaller visually than other size 10 shoes. Perhaps they are really an 8. These are not super expensive shoes and they look and feel like inexpensive shoes. They're China-made shoes, not made in the U.S. Obviously, I am returning them.

I always order these shoes, every 3 months. I have very bad arthritic knees and these shoes provide me with a lot of stability and comfort.

I started out to purchase a pair of Converse tennis shoes. The first pair, although marked my size, were way to small. So, I exchanged them for a larger size, these were way to large. The shoes I finally ended up with are these New Balance, they are very comfortable and I'm very happy with them. What I really want to talk about is customer service. Although I had to exchange shoes three times not once was there a problem with customer service. In every exchange my new shoes arrived before the old shoes had even been sent back (at no cost to me both way's). Every customer service agent was nice, courteous, and friendly. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending Zappos to anyone. This wasn't my first time purchasing from Zappos and it won't be the last.

I have bought this shoe twice to use at my retail job. I am on my feet for 7 hours a day and I do not have any foot pain at the end of the day. I have also noticed that these shoes last about twice as long as other shoes do for me.

These do what they need to do just fine. Look good, offer the traditional NB good fit and support. I appreciate these are monochrome, making these particular shoes very versatile. My man has stopped wearing the ancient Keens he so loved since I surprised him with these.

My husbands feet have not felt this good in a long time...has extreme arthritis in his feet and finding comfortable shoes is no easy feat! (pardon the pun!) Awesome comfort with these!

I am a customer who prefers functionality to flair in any contest. These New Balance MW410s give me the support and comfort I need without the bells and whistles of other shoes. For us with wide feet, New Balance has always been a distributor of well-made reasonably priced foot wear. I use this pair for all of my physical training and am very satisfied with my purchase from Zappos.com

Do not...I repeat...do not get these shoes if you are planning on working or being on wet floors, they are horrible when on a slick surface. They are, however, very comfortable and seem to be well built.

Bulky, rigid shoe that provides no support if you work on your feet. There's a piece of plastic in the back that wears through the fabric and digs into the back of your heel. This happened only a few weeks of using them for work only.

Very disappointing comfort for a New Balance shoe. My go-to shoe used to be the Model 408 in black. However, it appears that New Balance has discontinued that model. I purchased this 410 as a replacement. Very poor support. Despite being a 4E width, it feels more like a 2E width. It does not breathe very well, and makes feet feel "hot" all day long. The footbed is extremely hard and not very comfortable. Overall, a poorly designed and poorly fitting shoe. I was in a situation where I needed new shoes, so these will have to do until I find something else. Time to look at other brands!

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. Be warned, they run very narrow and the instep is very low. He cannot even tie the laces correctly. He does not have wide feet in any other shoes. They will have to be returned. Shipping was very quick though, thank you.
