I love my New Balance tennis shoes from Zappos. I usually receive my order within 2-3 days which is unbelievable! They are the only shoes that I am able to wear due to some physical disabilities. Thank you, thank you for your excellent service.

After doing an easy exchange to a wider width, I found this pair of shoes to be just the right fit in the toe area and very comfortable to walk in. They look great to boot!

Comfortable shoe! Fits as I had assumed it would: just right. It has good grip on wet snow, too.

I always like New Balance, but these are my favorite. They are soft and light. It feels like walking on a cloud.

I ordered these for my husband; this was the second time I ordered from Zappos for him. He loves them! They are comfortable, fit well and are reasonably priced.

It's not easy locating shoes that fit me. I had an old pair of sneaks that had to go. I found a close match in the Zappos catalog and ordered 2 pairs the same size. Perfect fit! Zappos is a time saver. I'm a customer for life.

I usually take a daily walk (about 3 miles) with my wife so I needed something really comfortable for my wide feet. These ones were perfect.

I had looked in every store in town for these New Balance shoes. My wife found them at Zappos, ordered them and I got them the next day. I'll look at Zappos for shoes before I walk all over town.

It's almost impossible to find my size (men's 14) in the stores, so I really appreciate Zappos wide range of sizes! These shoes fit well and look great.

For nursing, working, or walking. I was looking for a nursing shoe in white. My program does not allow running shoes, which I prefer, as running shoes are more supportive and stable. Tried several brands and selected this New Balance. I have owned many New Balance shoes. My foot is extra wide (E or 2E). I have a 4-inch wide instep and 3 3/4-inch wide toe spread. My toes are almost as wide as my instep (duck feet) and I have a high arch, so I need a roomy toe box and room for an orthotic arch support insert. The fit in the toe box in the extra-wide is roomy side-to-side and top-to-bottom. Good but not super slip resistance. One downside with all work shoes is they not do have not enough air holes for me, that running shoes have. This makes sense, as you do not want liquids to get into your shoes while working. A downside for the New Balance is the heel is wide like the toe box. I have (I think) an unusual foot, my heel and Achilles are narrow but my instep and toes are very wide. The New Balance does not grip the heel as tightly as some other shoes, so thick socks might be needed. The shoes are light, less than a pound. If you need a D-width or regular width shoe, and you have a foot with toes that narrow from the instep, consider the Reebok Time and a Half III. Very similar to the New Balance. The Reebok is more slip resistant and the heel is more snug. The Reebok was not for me, as I needed an extra-wide and high toe box.

I think these may be the perfect shoes for travel. I took a new pair with me to Ireland and Italy, and they were comfortable and versatile. In Ireland we walked cobblestones, rainy cities, hiked hills and rocks, went into fancy restaurants all in the same shoe. Other hikers were in their high-tech walking/hiking/running shoes that screamed "I'm a tourist," yet my shoes handled all terrains with aplomb and could be worn into nice restaurants with a suit and tie. In Italy, the same thing. I noticed that most of the European men who were tourists had shoes that were similar to these - perhaps a bit more stylish, but I don't think they were climbing rocks and spending much time on medieval streets.

Zappos service is superb. This particular shoe was an immediate love affair. I think I am at the point where I look for New Balance Brand first.

I bought this for my husband. He wants sneaker that look business casual and he can wear to work. He has wide feet, this pairs worked out really well for him. He want to buy 10 more pair to keep for the rest of his life! Ha!

I love New Balance. This is an extremely comfortable shoe, great for exercise and outdoor wear and tear. I am very hard on my shoes and New Balance lasts longer than any other that I have tried.

I've been looking for a pair of work shoes in my size that are light weight and true to the extra wide with. These shoes not only met that expectation they've also exceeded it.

I was looking for a fairly inexpensive pair of walking shoes, and these fit the bill nicely. The quality, comfort, and appearance are good.

The New Balance sneakers I ordered fit perfect. I ordered at 9:00 at night and they were at my doorstep the next day. Zappos is lightning fast.

I bought these specifically for a nurse aide class I was taking. In the past, I've had only good things to say about New Balance. These are extremely stylish as far as the hospital ward is concerned, lots of support. My only gripe is that this is the only time I've ever been in a position to buy New Balances and wide was an option, the standard has always been fine. I don't have wide feet, but definitely wish I would have gone with the wide option here.

When I first put these on, they appeared to be too narrow and I was a bit apprehensive. These shoes have been as comfortable as all the other New Balance shoes I've owned.

I love these shoes. They are true to size, with a fade resistant color, and an arch support. The shoe is made of high quality materials. What’s not to love. Considering the large volume of walking I do, the shoe wears well.

After being a fan of NB 407/408 shoes, I was disappointed with the MW410. Hard to describe, but it seems they cut back on material to make this model. They don't fully "wrap" my foot like the previously mentioned shoes -- which causes them to slip on my heel when walking (and, no, it's not a matter of having the wrong size).

Overall comfort for these I found to be very good. I work in a warehouse on 12 hour shifts so I needed something that would give me more support and these did just that. All in all they are good shoes, just not very durable. Through just basic wear and tear the leather tore open in the front after just 9 months of owning them. So if you do get these, you would need to baby them in order for them to last longer than a year.

Shoe felt great at the start but quickly wore out even though I only wore it a minimal amount of time. Maybe one hour a day and they were worn out in 3 months. They felt good but fell apart fast.
