I ordered two pairs of this shoe in different colors. The gold shoe had a very different layer of material on the sole of the shoe then the pewter/black shoe which was a rubber sole. The gold shoe had almost a hard felt like material that seemed slippery on my wood floor. Look at the picture of the sole, if there is one. Only one of the center pads on the sole is rubber. I returned the gold colored shoes.

I ordered the black reptile. Loved the color and look of the shoe; however, it was a little narrow for my foot (my feet run a little wide, but I can usually wear medium width shoes). It felt almost like a rubber glove on my foot and made a squishing noise when I walked. I really wish they would have fit better because they're adorable. Sadly, I'm returning them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of these shoes. Because I have a long narrow foot, it has been difficult to find flats that do not gape at the sides. These shoes were a winner for me and very stylish too. I am able to dress them up with khaki slacks for work or pair them with a cute summer dress for a picnic. My only complaint was that after a full day of walking a lot in the shoes, the minimal arch support started to become noticeable on my feet. But the shoes are so adorable, I can overlook that tiny flaw.

Cute! These shoes are very cute and comfortable, they would benefit from a little more support.

I am one who is orders online very rarely, but, since finding size 11 shoes in department stores seem almost impossible, I thought I would try Zappos, again. And I am happy to say that I love the shoes. They were comfortable for the very start. Almost like wearing slippers. I'm not sure if they have other colors in this style (guess I should look again), but I would gladly order more!

I have not worn this shoe for any length of time yet, but I love the look, and the sizing was perfect. This is my second pair of Anne Klein shoes, and I think the quality of this brand is excellent, for a very reasonable price you get a stylish, well-made pair of shoes. This style feels a little stiffer than some of my other ballet flats, but it also feels more substantial and seems to stay on my foot better. So, although it might not be as comfortable right out of the box in comparison to most of my other ballet flats, I think once I have a chance to wear it in it will work out great.

Wore them to work and it almost felt illegal to be that comfortable. Now that I know they fit, I'm thinking of ordering more in other colors for summer.

Very cute shoe but unfortunately too small and not true to size but well made. If it had fit I probably would have ordered a second pair in a different color.

I really need a size 10.5 Wide but they are hard to find. This shoe is pretty good, flexible. If I take the inner sole out, then it gives me just enough width to feel like a wide.

I bought this shoe in two colors, the mesh gray leopard print, and the black patent animal print. I love the style, but the size completely depends on what material you purchase this in. The mesh fit perfectly and was very comfortable right out of the box (footbed is nicely padded for a flat), whereas the patent felt a full size too small. I couldn't even get them on my feet! Both were a size 9. So just watch out for sizing. Style-wise, these are adorable.

I love them, but I bought a 8.5 and had to return for 8. They are very stretchy so they seem lose but overall I like them. I also bought the colored stripes and the black and silver animal print which felt they same.

These shoes are not so comfortable at first wear; they look good, though. I hope that once they are broken in they'll be more comfortable.

After wearing these for 2 days, about 6-8 hours each day with a lot of standing and walking, I thought I'd write another review. The heel is beyond comfortable - no slip, no chafing. However, my foot is a little on the wider side and the outward bit of the toe box tends to pinch my foot. If I were to order these again, which I probably would, I'd order a half size up to better accommodate supportive insoles and to give my wider foot more room. All in all, I still love this flat. Very stylish and relatively comfortable.

Great flat for pairing with a little black dress or black jeans. Wish it had some arch support, but most ballet flats don't.

Most comfortable ballet flats I've found. I usually wear an 8 and thought the 8 ran a little tight, so I ordered the 8 1/2. It was too big, slipping off my heel. I kept the 8 and they have stretched a little. Very versatile color!

These shoes are so incredibly cute and comfortable, but the toe...it's made of a super soft, thin leather that makes for plenty of comfort, but I just couldn't stand to see the shape of my toes and toenails poke up under the shiny, stretchy leather as I walked! They made me too self-conscious. Sadly, I had to return them.

These are such comfy shoes. The fit is true with ample toe box room but not much in the way of arch support but. Still an extremely cute shoe that feels great after wearing all day! You can count on Anne Klein for style! These shoes look great with any outfit.

I bought the plaid. They are absolutely adorable. I was pleasantly surprised by how cushy the footbed is! These shoes are great in the office - mostly sitting, getting up and down to go to meetings or get coffee. But when I walk in them for more than 10 minutes the front edge starts cutting into the knuckle on my big toe. Still, they are too cute to return. I hope they will stretch - I have worn them in the office about 4 times now.

These are a cute shoe but as the day wore on it was rubbing up near the top part of my foot. These won’t likely stretch to stop doing that. It makes me reluctant to wear them again. I wore them all day so I guess I can’t return. I don’t have big feet so these being tight and rubbing is a shoe problem. They felt fine at the start of the day. If you want a cute shoe for a couple of hours you should be fine. I don’t know about all day.

I thought these were cute but didn't offer enough support and rubbed at the ankle.

Width was fine but it was too short.

They were okay. More of a "driving moc" style than I realized which did not match my needs. A more casual look. I am returning them.

Bought two pair a blue pair and a black pair: Blue pair was to short and wide; Black pair too long and wide. Have purchased Anne Klein shoes from Zappos prior with no problems. The distributor obviously has a Quality Control problem on this particular Ann Klein shoe. Disappointed... really like its style. :(

I bought both an 8 1/2 and a 9 in pewter. The shoes are darling. Length was true on both pairs. The width was a problem. Both sizes had huge gaps around my foot. Every step was like a huge yawn. No arch support either.

Super cute and fit my size 9 narrow feet nicely. Cushy inner sole and overall decent feel BUT....these shoes are all manmade material, not leather. I somehow missed that in the description. Manmade material is not for me--it doesn't breathe and doesn't wear well. I returned them. If they were available in leather I'd buy several pairs!
