The shoe is comfortable but they run a little small. Overall they are cute and comfortable, just right for the summer.

These shoes are very cute and look nice with lots of outfits. They add a nice pop of color. However, they are VERY uncomfortable when you first put them on. You have to break them in for a few days before you wear them for an extended period of time. This is a little bit annoying to me, but I like them enough that I will go to the effort. I have these in gold (which are older and already broken in) and also in pink (the new ones I need to break in). I know they will be comfortable eventually, but it will take a while.

I'm mostly pretty satisfied with these shoes. Two points of contention: the insole it comes with seems very slippery, almost as if the thought of someone wearing these shoes without socks/tights never occurred to them. Secondly, sometimes the outside of the shoe rubs against my foot. Mostly, though, these shoes are great, and I really like the denim look!

So cute and comfortable. My foot is narrow but not narrow enough to get an "N" in width. There is really no arch support but is comfortable anyway. The only complaint is on the inside heel where the trimming meets the inside material. I put Dr. Scholls "tape" on this seam and it is fine now.

A really cute shoe, it looks great. My only problem is that the toe box, just like with other ballerinas, is very low, so my large toe gets squished a bit. I hope that it will stretch to become perfectly comfy, as it was too cute to return.

Maybe flats are just not for me!! I have very high arches and it just seems like I can't find flat shoes that don't hurt my feet. These are really cute though!

Comfort shoes, really soft and trendy. Size felt true, love my shoes! Color very similar to the picture.

I have myriad foot issues, including 3 surgeries, and have had to retire many of my favorites because of it. I tried these on a whim, and am now on my third pair. I had them in the all-patent black, the reptile black and the leopard "fur," which I don't see on here currently. The absolute best part of these shoes are the comfort level. They feel better than if I were to wear tennis shoes all day to work (not going to happen). The included insole is very thick for a shoe like this (my other flats are hard or leather-soled and not nearly as comfy as these). I have walked miles in these shoes around Germany (where I live) and in Paris, where many streets are cobbled. However, there is no arch support to speak of. These shoes also run wide (you can maybe tell in the videos) but I also wear a narrow so keep that in mind. My only complaint about these shoes is that the toe gets scuffed very fast and looks very cheap after a short period of time of frequent wear. (The patent leather gets rubbed off and reveals a grayish, cardboard-type thing underneath, right where you see the seam on the photo. This has happened to all 3 pair.)

These shoes fit a little big and don't have any support on the side but have support on the bottom and are comfortable to wear. I purchased them for work and they have been great.

Cute and generally comfortable, but not leather, so they don't breathe well, which is why I am marking them down a bit. They are more of a driving shoe than a walking shoe. No arch support, so long walks might not work in these.

The shoes are cute and comfy but they do need some breaking in on the back of the heel. It rubs pretty bad the first time you wear them.

These are really cute and super comfortable. A little wider than I'd hoped. But I have narrow feet. I'm keeping them!

These are cute, comfortable shoes (a little bigger than previous shoes from AK I have bought in the same size), but since they are so cute decided to keep them and just add pads in the front of the shoe - fits fine now!

I am not one who wears flats very often but thought I would try a pair. These are incredibly comfortable and go with just about every outfit. It took a few wears to break in the heel but no major blisters. Very soft against bare feet as well. Would recommend these to anyone.

These shoes are really cute and comfy. Maybe a little more casual than I was looking for, which was a basic black flat for work. What I don't like is that around the toes, where maybe I've scuffed the toe -- the black patent tip has rubbed right off. This makes it look like I'm wearing old shoes, which isn't great. All in all, they're fine but I'm not blown away by their awesomeness.

These are very cute shoes. They don't match very well, so it looks like I'm wearing a mismatched pair. They are fairly comfortable for what they are.

These are cute and comfortable shoes at a good price. I wear an 8½ and these are a tad big but in the summer my feet will like the extra room. I think an 8 would have been too small. I read about heel discomfort and first wearing I thought that I would need cushioning, but after a few wearings, there were no problems. I got the navy and the gold. The trim is a little plasticy looking but still they are great shoes and at a great bargain.

These shoes are very comfortable and are true to size. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10. I ordered a 10 and they are slightly loose but still comfortable. They're more padded then I expected. Also, they're a bit cheaper looking than I'd hoped. I like them but I think they'd look less cheap without all the patent leather.

This is a cute shoe, but the color was darker than I expected. It is not silver, but a very deep gray-silver. Since I cannot use this color I returned them. Zappos is wonderful!

Looks great online and in person - but the gold was more gold in person than online. Fit was okay - probably good for most. I have a narrow heel, so not good for me. Slipped right out when trying to walk in them.

I bought these to have an all purpose travel shoe - they're great. They go with everything, fit easily into a suitcase, and are nice to have after hiking or walking in sneakers all day. Could not walk in them all day though because not enough arch support for me.

Considering that these are flats, they are fairly comfortable. I plan on adding my own arch support with some insoles from Foot Petals. Chic and comfortable. What more can I want? Maybe every single color these come in?

Very comfortable. Just have a problem finding the correct size…Can't figure out why. Bad quality control?? I have in 3 different styles, from size 6.5 to 7.5. Zappos has an excellent return policy which allows me to try on multiple sizes and return the rejects :-)

Bought a size 6, but had to return it for a half size bigger because it felt too tight. And as always, Zappos service is phenomenal. I love this pair, but it does hit a few spots on my feet that rubs them raw. I can wear them all day long, as long as I'm not walking around in them too often.
