These shoes can dress up or down. I wish I did not have to return but they are more suitable for a full foot in the forefoot area. Also, seemed a half size large or maybe a little more. The insole is not removable but is very cushiony and the shoe is deep enough to accommodate an orthotic. Wish I could keep it. I am getting desperate for a dress shoe and with Zappos wonderful tolerance of my ordering and returning, I think it will happen!

The velcro-closure is blue on the gray shoes (not sure about other colored shoes). If you don't close it all the way, the bright blue will show.

I so needed some NAOT heels. I have to buy NAOTS with removable footbeds so I can put in my "made" insoles. Couldn't find heels that way (wish you would list those type easily to find Zappo). Anyway, took a chance these would work but immediately started rubbing the inside of both of my arches. Was no where near filling in for arch support. I wore, indoors on carpet, for several hours and even put on hose, but the rubbing kept getting worse. Cute shoes, but will be sending back.

Sadly, the strap showed 1/3 inch velcro at the end when strapped on. I do not have plump or skinny feet, ordinary. The velcro does not show when the shoe is in the box, but the strap is just a little too short in length. The flare pair I ordered did not have this problem, and I kept that pair!

I was hoping that these would look better in person than in the pictures but unfortunately they do not. I do not like the suede lining that they have along the rim of the shoe, it looks very cheap. The shoes fit great, very true to size but I was disappointed by the style in person.

I have worn Naots in the past and have been happy with them, but I was really unhappy with the Trendy Naots. I had to return the first pair I ordered because they were too small, then the second pair fit, but they were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I only made it halfway into my workday before I had to change shoes (luckily I had an extra pair)! Then my feet ached for hours. Luckily, Zappos is helpful with returns. Thanks Zappos.

Comfortable, but not as pretty on as in the picture. It looked frumpy to me, partly due to the strap being thicker because it's velcro. Nice if you need it to be adjustable, but it stuck up too much for my taste. Also, the cut just wasn't flattering on my foot.

Based on my short time of trying the shoe on, it seems like it would be comfortable but the toe is so rounded it made my feet look stubby. In fairness I have wide hobbit feet so maybe it's just me. Otherwise a nice looking shoe.

I love Naot shoes and these are a really cute pair with a nice low heel - perfect for work. Unfortunately they are too tight across the top. They pinch especially above the big toe. I do have wide feet, although I don't usually have to buy shoes in a wide size. Sadly will have to return these. I also ordered the Naot "Attitude" and they fit great.

This shoe is super cute. I like the fancier Mary Jane look with the small heel. I am a size 12 in Sneaker, and 11-11.5 in dress shoe, depending on the heel height. I have a pretty narrow foot and typically a medium width will fit great. I wear a size 11 in Clarks (Mary Jane's) and they fit wonderfully. This shoe fit great in length, and in the heel. But the toe box was super narrow and my toes were very crunched. I wanted to love this shoe, but after a few hours wearing them in the house, I got several toe blisters and had to return them. My pinky toes were very squished and it was not comfortable at all.

I already have these shoes. I have worn them so much I need a new pair. I ordered two pairs and they both feel like seconds. I wear Naots every day so I am familiar with their wear. These feel like seconds as my feet ache when I put them on. The sole of the shoe is off set so the bottom side is a bit away from the side of the shoe. It is uncomfortable. I love Naots but will continue to buy them from the department store.

As soon as I put these on, I felt that the arch was much too high for me. I don't usually have a problem with arches on shoes, but this one felt high and uncomfortable. Also, the velcro looks kind of tacky to me. It expands through the whole strap, so you have to be careful to attach it well or you'll see it. The length was true to size, and normal width (too small for my wide feet though). I didn't wear it for too long to determine the support because the arch bothered me too much.

I have never been so disappointed in any shoes before, especially from Zappos. I buy most of my shoes from them and 90 percent of the time the fit is good. These were narrow at the toe though in the photo they looked like comfort shoes. The worst part was the condition they were in. It looked as if someone had used glue on the side of the sole of the shoes. Zappos does not have many choices for navy and I think a lot of us wish to dress up our jeans.

I agree with previous reviewer, Jenna. I usually wear 7 or 7.5. I ordered a 38 but the heel was loose and slipped around as I walked, so I returned for 37. I ordered the shiny black leather color. After wearing them for a few hours of sitting at my desk and walking down the hallway a few times they rubbed horribly on my pinky toes and would have created blisters if I had worn them any longer. Even putting socks on did not help. The height of the toebox was also too small for me, and the tops of my big toe nails rubbed against it. The straps also must have hit at a funny place on my foot because I even found them uncomfortable. I might have been able to stretch them out somehow but they are way too expensive to have to do that, so I'm returning. Maybe the other types of leather would have been softer and more comfortable? Still love you, Zappos!

These shoes had such great reviews, I had really high hopes for them. I tried them on and thought they felt a little uncomfortable, but decided they just needed broken in. They're still really uncomfortable after weeks of wearing them. They leave blisters on the tops of my pinky toes and rub on the top of my big toes. If I don't make the strap tight they slip on my heels, but if I pull it tight it leaves a bruise across the top of my foot. These shoes are terrible and expensive.

This shoe is made of some kind of shiny mottled leather that looks extremely cheap and unattractive. Very disappointed since I had read all the good reviews and was hoping for a comfortable work shoe but this is not it for me. Had to return them.
As usual the service from Zappos was excellent. Arrived the day after I ordered them.

This shoe was not as attractive in person. The shoe size was way too big for a size 6, too. I normally love everything that I have ordered. These shoes are the only ones that I did not like. Zappos is still the GREATEST!! Easy return and I will find other shoes that I will like.

Very cute shoe but these are way too big. I wear either a 4.5 or a 5, depending on the brand, so 35 normally fits me in other brands. With these Naots, I could put my finger between the back of the shoe and my foot, there was that much room. These size 35 shoes fit closer to a size 6. Too bad, since 35 is the smallest size that they offer. If they had these in a smaller size, I would exchange them.

Terrible! I had blisters and corns after wearing these only a few hours. I normally love Naot's. I have several pair that fit wonderfully, so I was looking forward to these especially since they were in Navy. My feet hurt so bad by the end of the day I didn't know if I could walk to my car, let alone get home with them. We had a big conference that day, so it wasn't like I could just take them off or go home and get different shoes. Horrible...don't waste your money...there should be a policy where you can return them if only worn for one day. Money down the drain with these.

I wanted these shoes in the worst way because of the style. I ordered two different sizes but the first pair I tried was like having two different sizes! One foot was pinched and narrow, the other foot felt as if the shoe would fall off. I am a Zappos fan and have ordered Naots before but these are a mess. Zappos, we need more casual and dressy shoes in dark blue!
