This is a reasonably comfortable shoe and it is true to size. It is not as comfortable as other shoes I have tried (Clarks) but is still quite comfy (I wear it all day and walk about 6 miles in them). They are also stylish enough for the "comfort" shoe category. One thing is that they are heavy shoes and you do feel their weight at the end of the day.

I always read the reviews before I buy so I hope this helps someone else too. These are fabulous shoes, especially for someone with narrow feet and plantar fasciitis. They are heels that I can live with so I can have dressier type shoes. Thanks, Naot! Not to mention the fabulous service from Zappos, you rock!

Great heels for those who thought they could never wear them again! I haven't worn pumps in years. I tried several others (less expensive) but none were as comfortable. These look pretty, too. I was slightly put-off by the long velcro strap, but once I put it on, I was glad for the adjustability and support it provides. "Trendy" is definitely expensive, but well worth it if you've got problem feet and still want to wear something dressy.

I have a hard time finding dressy shoes that will accommodate my bunion. These fit the bill perfectly. This is my second pair of Naots and I will definitely buy more.

I was really hesitant to spend this much on a pair of shoes but they are worth it. So comfortable and supportive. My feet take a beating and these shoes are great for standing a lot at work.

These shoes are the only high heels I have been able to wear a full work week without my plantar fasciitis becoming too irritated. I would highly recommend these for long days, or sensitive feet.

As I'm still recovering from foot surgery and have to be very selective as to what kind of shoes I can wear, I was worried that I'd have to wear a pair of clunky-looking shoes to a wedding yesterday. But I took a chance and ordered the Naot Trendy in the crinkle patent in the hopes that I'd be able to walk in the small, dressy heel of this shoe. I ordered up a size from what I wore before my surgery as my left foot seems to have grown a half size larger. I was thoroughly delighted when I put these shoes on and found them to be exceedingly comfortable and thoroughly supportive, and they a so attractive to boot. I was able to walk around the catering hall at the wedding for hours wearing these, and I didn't even need my cane to balance. Naot makes the most amazingly comfortable, supportive, and stylish shoes. I love them!

I have problem feet (bunions!) so finding dress shoes is a nightmare. These were such a nice surprise! The toe box is high and wide enough to be very comfortable and the strap helps keep the shoe stable, as does the well-designed heel. These shoes look terrific with skirts and dresses. The insole and arch support offer both cushion and support.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! My experience with Zappos was exemplary... the associated who helped me was kind and patient. I expressed guilt at buying and returning shoes; they assured me Zappos wants their customers to be happy and not to worry!

I love these shoes. I am a plus size with a wide foot, but Naot seems to conform to my shape and fit sooooo comfortably. I looked for a long time for comfortable, stylish dress shoes in vain until I found Naot on Zappos. I never have to dread wearing nice shoes to work as my feet never hurt in my black patent Trendys. I have been wearing them for 10 months now and love them as much as the day I got them... well worth the money. I have invested in 2 other styles to support my professional wardrobe. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box, and super cute on top of it! The soles are both supportive and cushy, and they have just enough heel to look a little dressy.

I'd been "dying" to get these shoes for months. This "Narrow to Medium" last seems typical of B width shoes found in stores. When I tried them on they felt much more balanced and supportive than any other dress shoes. All dress shoes are a bit narrow for me so I thought these wonderful Naots would be the answer. I own 3 pair of casual Naots and 3 pairs of Naot sandals already. But my forefoot is wide, and while they felt good trying on, with just a little pinch, the second day I had to walk and stand for two hours in them. The ouch factor was more than a bit noticeable - lots of pressure on each foots little toe. It took me several days of wearing flat shoes with orthotic inserts to recover from those two hours! I hope that they'll stretch. A quality shoe. Wish Naot would make dressy shoes in wider widths. Why not use the same style construction, but just build in another half inch in width? We all want to look nice without hurting! I also wish these came in smooth leather instead of patent, because they did seem to retain heat. A beautiful shoe, better for some feet than others.

These shoes are heaven! I wear them with suits to work. I am comfortable in them all day long. I just love them! They are stylish and versatile.

These shoes are so pretty, but just not wide enough. I am so sorry to have to return them, wish they would come in a Wide.

Very comfortable, supportive, elegant shoe although at first I wasn't so sure about them. After several hours wear they felt like they fit perfectly.

I wanted a pair of comfortable shoes for work that still looked cute. My sister recommended these because she has the same pair. I can wear these all day with lots of time spent on my feet and they are still comfortable at the end of the day. The best part is I can go straight from work to going out at night and still have cute shoes on.

These shoes are comfortable and dressy! I bought two pairs, one in black and one in navy. The navy pair seems a bit looser than the black pair although both were a size 8. I love them! They don't squish my toes and they don't look like "old lady shoes!"

Great shoe for work. The shine of the patent leather and cute button looks great and the stretch around the trim makes it easy for walking. The all leather Naot insert feels so nice that I don't want to take them off at the end of the day.

Love these shoes! This is the first pair of heels that felt perfectly comfortable. I can even run in these. The heel is small, plenty of room for your toes, and the velcro strap is skinny and flexible. Please note that my feet are slightly wide and these shoes fit perfectly. I bought a size 40 but normally buy 8.5W in other brands.

Over the last few years I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes that are not comfortable and wish I had found these a LONG time ago!! I am a runner with plantar fasciitis and work on my feet in a corporate health care environment. I have tried every type/brand of footwear in hopes that they will look good and keep my feet feeling good enough at the end of the day so that I will be able to run. I found it all in this shoe! It looks cute in skirts, not too frumpy like danskos. (which I would never wear in a skirt) I have a narrow heel and plump forefoot from being on my feet for years and again..this shoe works! It is not too narrow. I am a true size 7.5 and that is the size I ordered. I ordered the black crinkle patent...LOVE! I can't say anything bad about them. I even walk my dog in them when I get home from work! LOVE THEM!

I have a hard to fit foot, wide across the toes and narrow at the heel. The adjustable velcro strap helps keep my foot in the shoe. I ordered a half size up to give my toes extra room and it worked. These low heeled shoes fit me well and are comfortable. The insole is very supportive for a dress shoe. The velcro strap does show if you don't take the time to match up the two straps exactly.

I very much wanted to love these and they are awesome. But they hit the sore spot on my bunions like a knife. Oh, but that aside, I would completely recommend them. They are very comfortable, except for that bit, and very attractive. Naot is my favorite brand and I totally recommend them. I am still giving them five stars and it is unfair not to. The problem after all is my feet.

I bought these shoes at a store that, luckily, offered adjustments, because they fit me when I was in the store but after a day or wear, were a little narrow in the toe box. (My foot is medium width.) If you have toes that aren't tapered (square feet) consider ordering a size larger on this or going to a cobbler, especially if you're a half size. That being said, these are pretty much my go-to shoes for teaching now along with a pair of Naot boots. They are extremely supportive and look good with everything -- it was definitely worth having them adjusted so I could keep wearing them. I will probably buy these in another color -- right now I have the red, which is super cute. Honestly, these are such a wardrobe staple that I have recommended them to everyone who's complimented me on them.

I wasn't sure about this shoe from the pictures, but it is cuter in real life. I'm easily able to fit my orthotic in and it feels great on. the velcro strap really makes it secure. Only drawback - it is really heavy! It's a bit clunky for me with a skirt but will be great with pants in fall and winter.

Foot heaven. These pumps were super comfortable from the second I tried them on. Perfect for work with a dress or with slacks. I like them so much I will probably purchase this style in another color.
