Didn't like the metal color of this shoe, but it's very comfy. Slightly wide toe area but my feet are more narrow. I'd probably like better in another color.

These are wonderfully comfortable. The velcro is very secure and can be adjusted to fit different widths, or even during the day as your feet swell. I loved the metallic Grey Pewter (which really has a touch of gold) much more than the black suede leather combo. I thought the latter looked a little goofy. So those went back and I kept the pewter.

Love Naot and Kirei comes in WIDE! Amazingly supportive footbed and high quality details. Made in Israel, these are some of the best designed and crafted shoes for people that care about foot health. Alas, I am returning them because the toe box design does not fit me. The inward taper of the toe presses on my big toe and my 4th toe. My squared foot with wide toes will not fit Naot even in a large size. Disappointing.

Beautiful shoe, a bit stiff at the top of the foot, good slip resistant sole. Am returning as I could not even get it on my foot despite the wide width. Difficult to establish star rating as I could not try them on, but I don't want to down rate a shoe based on my feet issues. The only remark I could make is that the edges seem a bit stiff so I'll give Comfort a 4 star rating as I doubt that would be comfortable.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I have bunions and use custom orthotics in my shoes. These are stylish and comfortable shoes that can be worn for work or play. I have worn this same style in different colors for over four years.

Great shoe--I love the gray color with the mixed textures. I wear a 7 1/2 wide normally and ordered both the 38 and 39. The 39 worked.

I have problem feet. from the 1st instant I put them in, I loved them. thanks to the sources who advised that these run 1 full size larger; I usually wear 9 1/2 - 10 med. I ordered 9 and they are perfect. Love the look; so glad to have found shoes that are so comfortable and nice looking, that I don't have to wear my black sneakers on a near future trip to manhattan and Boston. If I feel differently afterward, I'll update review.

These are my absolute favorite walking shoes. They are truly comfortable even with my bunion and wide feet. I can wear them all day.

These are not really my style, but I needed a wide shoe with a supportive footbed for my wide feet, plantar fasciitis and high arches. That's a tall order! But Naot delivers. The footbed is excellent and I wear these to work all the time. I only wish they were "cuter" (so much going on in the design here!) and that Naot made MORE shoes in wide!

I got these and a pair of Cobb Hills for our Viking River Cruise in Europe which involved walking tours on cobble stone streets and sidewalks. I used these for the flatter walking tours, and they were great. I used the Cobb Hills for the steep walking areas. Although dinners were not formal, a nice outfit was appropriate, and these shoes were great again. A definite five star rating. I wear between an 8½W and 9 in American sizing so in these shoes I got a 41.

Fabulous shoe! I just had a knee operation & needed support to help me walk naturally & this shoe does it perfectly. Definitely an investment shoe you won't be sorry to have purchased. I have a shallow foot but fits perfectly for a B fitting too. My job requires me to be on my feet a lot & I'm so glad I bought them plus no blisters!

I chose this shoe because I cannot walk long distances on a shoe without adequate support. I bought this shoes for a trip that had me walking on city streets the whole day for 9 days straight. The shoe was perfect from day 1 without the need for socks or stockings. Highly recommended.

I'm a senior citizen and I hate shoes. I literally hate them. If I'm not barefoot, I'm wearing running shoes. I bought these as a "quick release" for my travels. Things like temples, shrines, etc. These Kirei's are fantastic. I'm not a girly kind of gal. I'm 5 9", overweight, with a size 9.5 foot. Not only could I wear these right out of the box but they had a comfortable feel. They fit me as size chart suggested. I wear with thin socks cause I don't want stinky shoes.

These are great shoes. I have never bought from this brand before, but they are super comfortable - clearly high quality materials. Style wise, I cannot decide whether they are totally "me" but they are so comfortable I do not really care. An extra plus: They make my size 11 feet look smaller! One note: Given the message at the top that they run big, I ordered a size down and they were too small. They do run true to size so ignore that message.

These shoes are fantastic. I wear wide width and thankfully, I fit in them. So they're definitely not for a narrow footed woman, but regular and slightly wide width should love them. The back at the Achilles is pliable so no blisters here! I'm also very excited that the insole is removable and I can insert my custom orthotics (also probably what makes them wide enough for me). The shoe bed is deep enough for your own insole or orthotic. A well made shoe, I think. It straddles the classy, dressy, and casual enough to wear with anything. If you need a classy walking shoe, this is it.

This is a terrific shoe and I return my pair with reluctance. The prices of higher-end orthotics-friendly shoes is such that I can only afford one dress pair, and I ended up choosing the Aravon Maya Pump instead of this style. However, it's very comfortable and cute, and I may yet get a pair of these! I wear a 6M in dress shoes and find that a 36 fits me in Pikolino shoes, so I took the chance and ordered 36 in the Kirei. The fit was ideal for wearing tights or nylons or trouser socks, but it wouldn't have done for heavier crew-type socks. A larger size would be better for that. I have very high arches (cavus pes) plus a host of problems in my right foot--plantar fasciaitis, neuroma, capsilitis, and lots of ball of foot pain. I was able to fit my custom orthotics in these shoes, but found the standard cork insole was quite comfortable.

These shoes are so comfortable! Initially when they arrived I was wary of the high back rubbing against my heel, but there has been no problem. I wear them with my jeans everywhere and take them on vacations. They are a breeze to take off and put back on at the airport security check. I can walk all day in them without having to put my orthotics inside.

Just received a pair in black. I can only add to the raves below. They fit great, the style is flattering. I live in Texas and wanted something that would be as comfortable as a summer flip flop. This is it! As for sizing, I don't agree with the recommendation to order a size down. I wear a size 7 1/2-8 and went with 39. My foot isn't wide, but I have a high instep, and they fit beautifully. Not too tight; not too loose. Plenty of toe room. I'm going for the shiitake now!

I have a broken sesamoid and need to wear custom orthotics. I love that most of Naot's shoes have removable insoles so I can use the same orthotic insole between different models. They are wide enough, without looking cluncky, so that the orthotic does not deform the shoe and deep enough that my heel does not slip. I use a custom dress-shoe width orthotic with a hard arch and built-up heel to correct for pronation.

Great comfort especially for travel with a lot of walking! This is my third pair of this style, all in different colors. Can also add orthotics as inner soles are removable. Looks really nice, too.

I love the Naot brand. I find all their shoes to be supremely comfortable with practically no break in time needed. I have chronic back pain issues and a couple jobs that require me to be on my feet 7 to ten hours a day and Naot consistently keeps me up and moving and the removable foot bed allows me to switch out to my orthotics (but often I don't even need to). With that said I have been a little disappointed that the Kirei shoe has not held up to my work schedule. I have been using them almost exclusively as my sole work shoe for almost two years now and the velcro straps have deteriorated and the soles show heavy wear. I know I have been giving them a lot of hard use - but it still is causing me to hesitate about buying another Naot shoe for work. I know they are the best for me - but I really want something to last if I am going to pay that much.

I love Naot and wanted a pair of shoes for heavy walking in Europe yet with a closed toe in case of chilly weather. I am not one to wear athletic shoes other than working out...want my style. Although these are not super cute but they are the most comfortable Naots I have owned. I have owned many Naot sandals. I put these on and wore all day long with no rubbing or sore feet!

These are actually quite a good looking shoe and very, very comfortable. I wanted a closed shoe for the colder days when sandals aren't a good choice and these are perfect. Feel true to size and I think they work right out of the box without any breaking in time. So happy to have discovered this brand and Zappos!
