These shoes are beautiful but they do not accommodate my rather clunky orthotics. I sized up and they still didn't work.

This shoe was marked wide, but felt like Medium. I think it was mismarked . I have another pair of Naot that fit perfectly.

39 was too small

the shoe was too big in length. The next size down is too short. There was a wire like stitch poking into my right foot. There were also what appeared to be loose stitches inside the ankle band. The shoes looked like they had been worn because the suede was scuffed in several places making them look used and not brand new.

The shoes were too long and too narrow.

The box was damaged and torn. I could not even consider the quality of the item when I observed the quality of the box.

Twice the wrong shoes were sent- once the wrong style and once the wrong size. I gave up and have not ordered a third time.

The back comfort flap is annoying and keeps rubbing against my heal, causing discomfort.

My order for wonderful cute shoe was so small that I could not get it on my foot.

There’s a problem with the Velcro and the strap. I have loved this shoe, currently have 6 which are great. However the last 2 pairs were very disappointing. On both pairs the Velcro and or the strap is not placed properly. Hope Naot addresses this problem.

The shoes did not feel like a wide. They were placed in a plain card board box and it looked like a gold sharpie pen was used to mark it as wide.

Naot recommended these as “wide”. I ordered a half size up. They were so uncomfortable.

I ordered a 39 Wide. There were no manufacture markings on the shoe to specify Wide. Someone used a silver marker to write a W inside the shoe. This shoe was not a Wide. It, also, felt smaller than a 39 (which I always wear). I exchanged it for a 40 Wide and it came with a W imprinted inside the shoe by the manufacturer. I was swimming in it. Come on Zappos...this is not good quality control.

These shoes would be great… if they didn’t make a horrible squeaking sound when I walk on uncarpeted floors. My first pair of Naots didn’t do that, but these are intolerable. Unfortunately, they have to go back.

A cute and comfortable shoe, but the soles squeak horribly on incarpeted floors. I had to send them back.

Too tight overall

Loved the shoe but it was for my mother who wears a size 4. I tried it on (I wear a size 5) and it was a little loose on me. So I was very disappointed.

This shoe is way too small and not worth the money. Also, they tell you it can be easily returned, but here we are a week or two later, and i still haven't gotten a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

The box had the correct size but the shoes inside were two sizes smaller! Very dissapointed!

Good fit, comfortable, but they come up a little high on my ankles and foot. That wasn't the deal breaker though. The deal breaker was the chemically smell that wouldn't go away even after airing them out for several days. I had ordered the Black Suede Leather Combination, I don't know if the others smell as bad as this. If you're sensitive to chemical smells and fumes, then avoid this shoe.

I have three pairs of this style. My oldest pair is at least four years old and although The suede is a little worn, the tread is still excellent and they are extremely comfortable. I can wear them all day for city walking, Which I can’t say about many other pairs of shoes other than clunky sneakers that I would not want to wear in the city. I am constantly amazed at how comfortable the shoes are and the support that they give. I have a narrow heel and the medium width is perfect. I generally wear a 9 1/2 or a 10 and in this style the 41 is perfect

Love this shoe! Purchased Navy and Black a few years ago and they are the only shoes that feel good on my arthritic, bunion toes. Pleased to see more attractive, jazzy colors so ordered these and another pair and was so disappointed that they were way too wide in the heel. The right shoe in this particular pair was even defective/misshapen in the toe box causing discomfort and had to return. Thank you, Zappos! I hope Naot hasn't changed manufacturers because this is the only brand that I've felt comfortable in.

This would have been my umpteenth pair of Naot's but these were waaaayy too wide. Huge gap around the ankle. Returned the same pair last week for same reason thinking it was just a fluke but not so. Grateful for Zappos super service as I have to return these also. Really hope Naot hasn't changed their formula for great shoes as these are about the only brand I've been able to wear due to arthritic, bunion toes. Thanks, Zappos.

I love the style of this shoe but it seems impossible to find a size that fits. I first ordered the size 8 as the recommendation is to buy a size larger than usual. The shoe gaps on both sides. I then ordered size 7 which is too small. I guess I have to give up.

Runs really narrow. Returned. Not that cute in real life.
