The comfort was immediate. I felt like I was walking on the beach. The style is such that it is generous in the toe area.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn in my life. I've never bought such an expensive pair of shoes before, but I got tired of my feet hurting all the time. I have a very narrow heel, high arch, and wide front due to bunions. It is generally impossible for me to find anything that is comfortable. These were great, right out of the box. To be truthful, I find them a little ugly because of the mary jane strap going across which secures with velcro. I will probably mostly wear them with pants, as the pant leg will cover up the strap. But they are so comfortable I actually don't care that much how they looked. I think they run a little big, as I took a size 39 when I usually wear an 8 1/2 or even 9 shoe.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. They are very pretty. I am on my feet most of the day, and these feel great all day. I have even worn them at home when I do not usually wear shoes, to give my feet some comfort as I am cooking. They are squishy soft inside, like padded slippers, but still provide good support and are not sloshy like slippers or ballerina-style shoes. I have a high instep, but the band along the top is plenty big enough and does not pinch.

I have this shoe in blue and black and would buy it again in red and green. Great shoe, great fit, super comfortable, and holds up beautifully. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I love these shoes so much that I own 3 pairs. I wear them all day to work and they are just great. I wish they were available in more colors that I could use.

I bought a pair of these shoes in the brown and the black since I am on my feet all day at work. They are very comfortable and look cute with pants or a skirt. My only issue with them is the fact that after just a few times wearing them, the soles began to squeak pretty badly, that's not something I feel should be happening given the price of the shoe. Besides that, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable shoe for work!

Wonderful shoes! Great fit and arch support. I love the mulberry color. Bottom of the shoe has great tread-a fiddlehead fern. So comfortable. Thanks Zappos for always providing excellent service.

This is my second pair. Lifesaver. And cute! I ordered the brown a couple of months ago and had to have the black.

I bought these shoes specifically for my 2 week Europe trip. The first day wearing them barefoot I got a little sore where the strap hits. No blisters though. After that, I had absolutely no pain, walked miles in them and they were so comfy! They went with everything I wore, too (I bought the shimmery merlot/purple colored ones). I love these shoes!

I love these shoes. Bought them for a trip to Europe this summer, they felt good from the first day. For longer walks (over a mile at a time) I found I needed thin socks with them as they began to rub and hurt. I walked miles and miles, and they held up well. Around home I don't wear socks with them, and after only 2.5 months of owning them they stink. :( This is sad considering how much they cost. When I take my feet out of them you can smell them. Yuck. I wear a 7-7.5, and ordered the 38 and they fit perfect. I have the black. They look great with everything. If the price was lower I'd buy another color. Thinking if I can take them to a shoe repair to get the smell out and replace the inside sole maybe? They do stretch some in the width.

From the moment I put my feet in these, they were so happy! I originally purchased the taupe and grey colors, in preparation for a trip to Europe. Kept the grey though the taupe was probably the better choice for coordinating with my trip outfits. However, I didn't love the shiny plastic Velcro strap on the taupe version. It looked too shiny and pleather for me. I got blisters on my heels the first time I wore them (for a 4 mile walk with a giant hill along the way), but that's so normal for me I would be surprised if I didn't get blisters. Since then, no blisters and they perfectly molded to my feet after that first walk. I now put these shoes on when my feet already hurt and feel so much better. For comfort shoes they have great style. I wish the price was a little lower so I could justify more pairs. Also wish they had a version not in suede since we'll be partly in Ireland with lots of rain. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 37-38, and ordered a 38--fit perfectly. With Zappos great return policy there's little to lose in trying these out and happy feet to gain!

These are very comfortable except they pressed on the top of my toes--my toes need a tiny bit more wiggle room. Possibly they\'d stretch out but for the price they need to be a sure thing. I\'m going to try a larger-than-usual size but am afraid it will be too big. I disagree with Naot that these run large--if anything the toe area is slightly small.

Beautiful shoe. Well made co for table. But the heel area is too wish and loose for my feet.

These Naot Kirei are really beautiful shoes. They just don't work for me. I can wear them without any peds but with peds they seem too small. I think that the next size up would slip for me. Also, there isn't much room in the toe box for my foot. I normally wear an 8.5 m and these in 39 m did not fit me. I also prefer a more rounded toe like the Ziera black gummibears style which Zappos does not have. If the Naot Kierei fit you, you will love them. Thank goodness that Zappos is such a wonderful place to buy shoes online. I am still searching for the perfect shoes for my sensitive feet.

The size and fit are great, however, I am very concerned about the strap. I have worn and loved Naot shoes and Kirei Naot's for years and this was the first pair where the quality had gone downhill. The worse part was the strap. It is about half the size of the strap on my older Kirei's. The quality of the strap material is also inferior. I'm so bummed, I love my Naot shoes but am afraid to keep this new pair, especially because I just read a negative review about the patent leather strap falling apart after 1 year and that is the shoe I just bought! Even brand new, the strap looks cheesy, velcro and strap are bumpy where they connect. $200.00 is too much for me to pay for a shoe that isn't high quality. I will repeat, I have always loved my Naot Kirei's until this last pair. Super bummed, will probably have to return them. For purchase verification, the shoes were shipped by Prime under our families account.

I wear a 10.5/11(42). This 42 felt like a 41. Very comfortable with great support. BUT, the strap on top is really short. It doesn't allow you to hide the velcro strap on top once you put it on.

I was expecting to love this shoe. I have a black pair of a similar style I bought in 2014 and I still wear them. But this shoe has a problem in the way it was sewn. The cross strap angles in a way that is mismatched to the ring it slides through, causing the strap - which velcroes to itself - to buckle and not lay flat across the top of the foot. It is not for a acceptable for a shoe this expensive. I am returning them.

The straps were attached to the shoe incorrectly. They are slanted, causing a gap. I have been wearing this shoe for many years and the strap has always gone straight across the instep, not on an angle.

I have worn this style Naot shoe in several colors for years. These shoes are marked as 37, but they are much smaller than other Naot shoes I have. This is the second time I have purchased shoes on sale from Zappos. I returned the first order because they obviously had been worn. I’m returning this order because the shoes must be mismarked and are too small. This last order of Naot didn’t come in it’s original box which is odd.

unfortunately, the naot kirei shoe apparently is being made narrower across the toes. i have another pair from about a year or so ago, and they fit perfectly. i compared them, and it was obviously there was quite a narrower cut. i was disappointed because all three of the kireis that i ordered were lovely to look at. the next size up is too big. they would be terrible to walk any distance in. hopefully this was just an error in sizing, and not an attempt to use less leather! (or suede) back to the matteis....
