I was given a pair of these as a gift. A first all I thought was "oh, those are cute!" Then I worked a twenty hour shift in them. Twenty hours straight on my feet. Never in my life have I worn a more comfortable shoe. At the end of my shift, my feet barely ached. I was dead-tired, my ankles were swollen, and I was about ready to drop but my feet did not hurt. basically they're magic.

Here's the thing--I have major leg problems (varicose vein surgeries and diabetic) and need good supportive shoes that also look professional. I am very overweight and very tall. It is nearly impossible to find shoes that work. I ordered the US women's 12 in a size W and ohmygoodness these are amazing. At first the top "bit" into my foot a bit but after 30 minutes of wearing them they are just so amazingly comfortable. The strap lets you adjust the width a bit, too. Great great great support. The red were only available in M width. I wore 'em anyway but BIG MISTAKE. Two painful blisters on my heels; I could barely walk by the end of the day. My recommendation is get these shoes, but ONLY in the wide width if you have wider feet. They are pretty true to size, though. Definitely recommend if you have trouble finding shoes that are good for your feet/legs but also pretty. They are WORTH THE PRICE. Be good to yourself and your feet. Don't buy cheaper shoes that, in the end, you'll have to replace again and again.

Most comfortable shoe ever! I have a narrow foot and this foot bed, although it is listed as medium is actually narrow to medium. I am an 11 narrow and this 11 fits me perfectly! I can stand all day in this shoe.

Fantastic fit. I own 5 pairs of this because the fit for my wide foot is perfect...plenty of toe room while not being too wide in the heel. I can walk all day without my feet feeling tired. Two suggestions: offer a dark brown without the copper accent. I wear a fair amount of brown, and the copper's a nice touch for some outfits, but it clashes with just as many. Second, bring back the taupe color, as it's perfect for summer. I have 2 pair and I've worn them almost every day of the past 5 summers. One looks great, but the older one has started showing some wear along the baby toe. I'd like a fresh pair, but you don't currently offer this color.

I cannot express just how much I love these shoes. First bought them in gray and now in this beautiful navy that are perfect with slacks, skirts, or jeans. The supportive footbed is a dream for bad joints, and the mary jane strap accommodates my narrow feet. I receive so many compliments on my Naots. My favorite shoes.

I have been looking for that one shoe that fits like a glove, and this is it! I live in Seattle and I walk everywhere. I also teach, and I am on my feet all day long. After trying several different "walking shoes" from brands like Ecco, Merrell, Gentle Soles, Campers, and some other European brands I was thrilled to finally find these. I have them in both black and grey. I plan on purchasing the blue soon. These are definitely worth the money. I absolutely love these shoes!

I got these and a pair of Cobb Hills for our Viking River Cruise in Europe which involved walking tours on cobble stone streets and sidewalks. I used these for the flatter walking tours, and they were great. I used the Cobb Hills for the steep walking areas. Although dinners were not formal, a nice outfit was appropriate, and these shoes were great again. A definite five star rating. I wear between an 8½W and 9 in American sizing so in these shoes I got a 41.

Best shoes I've ever bought. They're cute with jeans or skirts, make bigger feet look smaller, and they're (mysteriously, magically) more comfortable than no shoes at all, right out of the box. The price does sting on ordering, but they're worth every penny. True to size.

I am a big fan of Naot sandals and have purchased them for previous trips to Europe, so Naot was a no brainer when I needed shoes for a trip to Paris in October. I wanted something comfortable yet fashionable. They were perfect! I walked all day every day for 10 days straight and had no issues at all. I got the black suede and patent option. The only problem I had was during the few times we walked in gardens, and the suede got a bit dirty. If you buy them for a trip, just remember to bring a suede brush with you.

These are a nice color. But they are too short. I bought this style in nave and they fit fine. This pair is cramping my toes.

I have heel problems - no other shoes give me the support and the comfort that these shoes do. I get compliments all the time from strangers. We want shoes that look nice but are comfortable, besides athletic sneakers! I love them and have two in every color!

To start off...I have an incredibly hard time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. My lot in life I guess. But I knew as soon as I put these on, that these were going to be my favorite pair of shoes. They have a lot of support and are comfortable but yet very cute and you can wear with pants or dresses. I wear these shoes 4 out of 5 days during my work week. I would definitely purchase another pair.

I've worn these shoes for a conference - three 12-hour days on my feet, and my feet don't hurt at all! I've worn these for walking all around the city and am amazed each time how comfortable they are. Not the most stylish shoes, but they're cute enough with the Mary Jane look and they work.

Absolutely the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Just spent the past 3 weeks walking all over the British Isles and my feet felt great. Shoe quite stylish and well worth the price!

These are the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever owned. I have problem feet too. Wide foot, narrow heel, high arches and I had foot surgery for a cyst just 10 months ago. The first time I tried these on they didn't seem to have much cushioning, but that was after wearing running shoes all day. The next day I tried them with different socks and I didn't take them off all day. They really are that comfortable. My feet weren't tired or achy at the end of the day. I can't wait to pair these with tights and fun socks this fall.

I got this shoe in black suede. It's a dressy flat that will be nice for the holidays, and with the removable inner sole, My clunky orthotic fits in the shoe. This shoe fits a lot like the Naot Rongo which is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Some Naots are too deep in the foot bed for my skinny foot. I never thought I'd spend this much on shoes, but for once in my life to wear shoes look pretty rather than orthopedic, they're worth it

I had read to order a size smaller in this shoe. Do not! They are true to size and if anything, order larger if you wear a heavier sock. All said, they are feel like heaven on. The quality shines through!

I like these shoes, just wish they were a little wider. The shoes are very comfortable and stylish.

I'm a teacher. On my feet at least 12 hours a day, counting after school activities, rehearsals. These are the best Mary Janes I've ever owned: pretty, comfortable right out of the box, with just a little heel for my 5'4 frame. I got Wides and they were probably Wide Lite, but that's perfect for me.

The very best shoes. Out of the box to on my feet, can wear them for hours. Also, have removed lining for orhtotics when needed. LOVE THEM. Replace them every year. :)

I love this shoe. It provides good support, is VERY attractive and comfortable. I'm trying to buy more in different colors but Zappos seems to out of stock in my size. I'm looking forward to email notifications when the shoes will be back in stock!

After having problems getting the correct shoe, and by the way Zappos customer service was great to work on it three times, I got this originally ordered shoe and I left on my Ireland trip three days later! I wore it on the planes, walking cement streets and hills on the tour. It was very comfortable, and nice looking! Several compliments too. For me , my orthotics fit in, the toe box was roomy, strap adjustable so even though it was wide for my narrow foot it was comfortable and the heel did not slip. I also have the metallic strap heel pair and they are a favorite. I wear a size 8 and ordered a 39.

Bought these for a trip and wore them all over Europe - walking up and down some pretty narrow and steep staircases, keeping up with my 25 year old daughter, and never once felt uncomfortable. I've never paid so much for a pair of shoes but the reviews convinced me, and I agree. Totally worth it! (I also did what the #1 reviewer recommended and got the smartwool peds - works perfectly!). Now I've been wearing them to work and still very happy with them.

I wear an 8½ and based on the reviews, I ordered the size 8. I found this too small. Zappos was fantastic with my return and had the size 9 out to me in a few days. The 9 fit perfectly and they are very comfortable. I love my Naots!

This is a fabulous shoe! Nice construction, great materials, so comfy. I disagree that it runs large. My regular size fit perfectly on my left foot. Sadly for me, the right shoe was a bit short...not the shoe's fault. So disappointing.
