Although these shoes seemed to fit they were stiff and uncomfortable they had no give unlike the Rari by Naot which are soft and very comfortable I liked the colors and style and regretted having to return them

I wear a true size 12 medium, complicated by hammertoes on both feet. Neither the medium nor the wide would offer the comfort all rave about. Pressure on toes too uncomfortable. So disappointed.

A number of reviewers said that these shoes run large and recommended ordering down one size. I ordered my regular size and found them to run very small--I couldn't even get my foot into them, so I returned them. Too bad, because the shoes are cute.

Cute shoe, but it is too short for me due to the shape of the toe on the shoe. My second toe is longer than my big toe so this particular style, shape of shoe didn't work for me. The size is the same as what I always order from Naot. I really like my other Naots, comfortable and good arch support. I'm disappointed I have to send it back.

I am looking for shoes that provide more cushioning and support than my favorite Mary Janes that are becoming worn out. With all the positive reviews I was sure these would be the answer and ordered them in the black and volcanic red colors. I ordered my normal size which turned out to be quite small. Zappos happily and promptly sent out replacements in the next size up. The shoes appear well made and are beyond cute. The volcanic red color was gorgeous. Sadly these shoes hurt my feet! The insoles are actually poorly cushioned and the arch support fell in the wrong area of my foot, causing pain. I tried walking in them on the rugs in my home, hoping the insole would conform to my feet as they are advertised to do, but this did not happen. The straps, even when adjusted loosely, dug into the top of my feet with every step. The straps are not made from the same soft leather as the shoes. They are extremely stiff and have no side goring so they do not move and adjust with your feet as you walk. I feel like I received totally different shoes from the ones that are receiving such glowing reviews. I normally do not have picky feet. This is the first time that I have gone in search of comfort shoes. I had high hopes for these adorable shoes but ended up having to return them. I ordered these shoes in 8.5W but they were more narrow than the regular-width Kirei blue shoes I purchased about six years ago. The box was labeled as containing 8.5W shoes. One of the shoes also had a "W" marked on it by hand, with a felt-tip marker. Maybe that's how Naot normally identifies their wide shoes. The only problem is that these shoes weren't wide!

I was very disappointed in the quality of these shoes. I have 2 pair of Nato shoes. Quality is excellent but I purchased them 7 years ago.

Cute shoe but the sole deterioration was very upsetting. This happened in multiple Nato shoes and no manufacturer support. As a matter of fact this happened to several people I know. I love the comfort but the shoe is poorly made and not worth the price. I would give them zero stars if possible. (I had three other pairs that did the same.)

With so many reviews I was really hoping that these shoes will work. The top of the shoe in front was just digging into my foot as soon as I put it on.

I am returning these because they squeak when i walk in them.

Perhaps these were mis-marked -- size wise ---- and could not get any help from customer service. I have owned another pair of same shoe --- bought it in same size---this pair was not right; way too small. After my experience with your customer service, it's last I'll buy from you.

Kirei in wide width is not remotely close to being wide width. All Naots for me are too narrow except the sandal named Mikaela. I was happy to see this new style being offered in wides, but what a disappointment. These shoes are for narrow feet. Medium width at best, and I have tried on all the brands, more than a few. Insoles were nice and soft, the style was adorable. I wear a 7.5 or a 38, the length was great, the heels stayed in place without any slipping. But my toes and sides of my feet were scrunched together in this narrow shoe. The closure strap was also dragging the ground when I fastened it. The hook and loop closure felt cheap and insecure, it barely held closed.

I bought these in the sterling (grey) leather. I had to supplement the arch and then I was quite happy until the shoe ripped, a sudden large rip, where the suede connected to the patent. They can not be fixed. This happened after I wore them 30-40 times. I am not hard on my shoes and was very disappointed in the quality. Up until they ripped I would have rated them a 4 or 5.

Although I ordered and received these shoes many moons ago, I just opened them for the first time today. I have four pairs of this style because they work well with my severe foot problems. The reasons I waited so long to look at this pair is because I've worn two of the four pairs constantly and was sure they'd be as wonderful as those two pairs. When I took this particular pair out of the box, I was shocked to see they looked like they had been worn; the toes were actually scuffed in appearance. These are expensive shoes, and I would expect them to be first quality. This style, however, is wonderfully comfortable, so it's really difficult for me to give it less than five stars. Unfortunately, I can't do that with this pair because of the appearance.

I have bought these shoes before many years ago, I still have my original shoe which is a 41. This time I had tobuy a wide with as my bunion has gotten a bit bigger :( The 41 wide was too big overall, but the 40 wide fits me well.

Very well made comfortable shoe. Ran a bit too short for me.

These needed to be a little smaller for my difficult foot.

I was not sure which size would fit me, and the 38 was too small.

Fit very well and very comfortable. I have bought these before but this time I got a larger size and they are definitely a better fit.

Really good everyday shoes.

My foot is hard to fit. I wear orthotics and have neuromas. These shoes fit perfectly, look great, and are extremely comfortable without my orthotics. After ordering four or five pairs of blue shoes, none of which worked, I am so happy to have found these Naots. A little expensive but worth the price.

These are a wonderful shoe and are just as wonderful as the first pair of naots I bought many many years ago!

I love these shoes and look forward to wearing them for a long time. I also ordered the Agatha’s, which are also lovely and comfortable, but I can’t keep both, so I am choosing the Kirei,

I started a new job and went a bit crazy buying "pretty" shoes. I kept thinking about my Naots that I had six years ago and finally gave in. They are a dream to walk in - exactly as I remembered. For reference, I have wider feet and bunions. However, I have to admit they "squeak." This is pretty embarrassing, and I'm hoping they just need breaking in.
