I found this shoe to be very uncomfortable. The length of the shoe is fine, I did not find that I needed a larger size. However, the toe box of the shoe is not large enough and compresses on the top of the foot, which makes it hard to wear. I also did not find that it was easy to walk in as the platform sole is not flexible.

Very painful toe box! I have been wearing the Tsubo Acrea for 2 years and they are so comfortable that i bought them again. But the Asmik is another story! The downward pressure on my big toe, mild at first, was debilitating by the end of the first evening. What's odd is that the toe box design and construction is the same on both models.

While this shoe has a unique style, it can be dangerous! The day I received them and tried them on - the narrow sole design of this shoe is very unstable. Due to the instability, my ankle was wobbling and my knee popped and buckled and I was in a lot of pain. I am a physically fit person who wears high heels. I just wanted to write this review so that other people don't have to experience the same unpleasant experience I had.

Super stylish and super comfy. Per other reviews, I ordered a 7.5 and I normally wear an 8. Also, I have a narrow foot but these fit perfectly. Love them!

This shoe is adorable except for the bar velcro on the side - snags my tights and serves no purpose.

This is a cute shoe but I didn't waqnt the navy patent. My error.

I am in the transition of moving from 3 & 4 inch power heels needed for my former career, to more comfortable shoes, but still keeping a style to my look. I didn't want a high heel, but these are only 1.5 elevation from platform height. So I really like the overall height without the extreme lift in the the heel. What makes these particularly better looking than say, a Dansko, is that the heel is covered which makes for a much more styled kind of look. I have a very average size 10.5 foot, but the 10 fit perfectly (the 11 was just overall all too long & wide, even with socks). After a few wears, I can tell they will be perfect. I am not a maryjane fan, and own nothing of the sort, but the slanted strap, combined with covered heel, makes the overall look of these nice & stylish, while also being comfortable. I am 6"1, and don't have a problem with the narrow heeled sole. While it works for me (my gait must match well with the line of the sole), I can see where it didn't work for others, and a wider heeled sole would have been helpful.

I love these shoes. They are cute and comfortable all at the same time. The front area is a little snug but I am certain the leather will give way after a few wears. I have the infinity color and they are really nice because they are a deep rich navy blue leather on one side and patent leather on the other which makes them different from any other shoes I have seen.

Beautiful and made well, but it ran snug. I usually wear 7.5, but in this style it was too small. I will exchange for an 8 and hope for the best.

Gorgeous shoes. Seems comfy, though for me, a little bit narrow. As such I will return them since I walk for 20 minutes at a time through the city. Normally, I say I have a slightly wide yet normal/regular food width. I wonder if all Tsubo's are this same width, anybody know?

So comfortable! Great for standing in all day. I have a narrow foot and they fit me perfectly!

These are my all time favorite shoes!! This was my second pair. The first pair I bought last year in brown and I still wear them. So comfortable - for everyday wear. Both dressed up and down.

In my opinion, these look way better in person than online. I got the black patent and somehow missed through the photos that they are actually half leather, half patent -- a very nice touch. I bought these on the basis of strong reviews here and elsewhere. I have arthritis in one of my big toe joints, with limited mobility, and I (very sadly) absolutely cannot wear regular heels anymore. I live my life in Danskos and Birks but have almost despaired of finding closed toed shoes that go well with (non-summery) dress pants or dresses. Well, I am pretty sure these are my answer. I have only worn them around the house so far but I am extremely confident that they will be as comfortable over time as they are now. My foot rests at a comfortable angle and there is plenty of room in the toe box. On the negative, they are a little big and my right foot is slipping. Since I bought them on sale (and they are no longer on sale), I think I will try putting in a little pad before returning for a 9-1/2. Also I wish I could make the strap a little tighter that's not a big deal though.

I love these shoes! They are are super comfy and kinda funky. Unlike the other reviewers, I found them to be very true to size. I am ordering another pair in a different color.

WOW!!! Why did I wait so long??? They fit perfect, true to size, crafted well, and so darn cute. I am an eclectic person, and I want to buy more of these. I like that they look ao different from other shoes

Wow! These shoes are everything everyone says, "fabulous". They are heels without being dressy. They are comfortable. They come in many colors. Now I don't know how my life will be complete if I don't have a pair in all those colors. Great shoes. True to size, although not wide. A wee bit on the narrow side.

Okay, I do not usually do reviews; however, I am on these Tsubo's! Ladies, I am a hairstylist, I stand all day for 12 hours a day. I am not going to lie, my feet can hurt at times in these shoes. 90% of the time they are happy feet. I am 5'3 and I feel super tall in these, without clunking around ungracefully. They run true to size. Medium width perfect - narrow feet might not fit, wide foot you will have pain - don't even try. I can even put my orthotics in them and I get so many compliments on this shoe. I even walked all day up and down stairs at Hearst Castle in Cali - no foot problems. I own ever color in this style and now I am off buying the patent leather, so happy! Now if they would make these in pink I would get even more super excited!

This is my first pair of Tsubo shoes and I love them. I purchased the black with half patent leather. They look great with leggings, skirts, or pants. When I wear them, I always get compliments. They are definitely on the funky side, but look great with all styles of clothing. These shoes are also very true to size. I also love the heel on this shoe. I am tall, so I have a hard time finding shoes that look great that aren't either flats or have too high of heels. I love you Zappos for the great selection and awesome return policy!

I'm so sad I have to return these. I ordered my normal size 11 but my heels don't sit quite right iand they keep slipping out. These shoes look like a work of art!

This will be my second pair of this style. Love them! Very comfortable and stylish. I can wear them all day with no issues. Fantastic pair of office shoes.

Love these shoes! Right out of the box, they were probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I walk a lot in my job and have truly put these to the test. And I've already gotten several complements to boot!

I bought these in brown first because the black was not available (and was not, for quite some time) and absolutely love them. They are remarkably comfortable and are cute with both skirt/dresses as well as slacks. Oddly, the brown felt true to size but I was disappointed that the black felt slightly small. I wear an 8 and probably could have gone with an 8½; however one would never imagine that in the same shoe there would be variation in size from color to color and the brown 8 fits great. My only beef with these is that the strap's Velcro closure, if not lined up exactly right, catches on the hem of my slacks. Obviously this is not an issue with skirts/dresses and that is mainly what I bought these for. But overall a unique style and very comfortable.

Just received my black pair, and am now ordering a red pair! Love! Cute, funky, comfy, different! Works with jeans of all lengths, jeggings, skirts, dresses, casual/smart. My fav pair already! These ran true to size, 8.5=8.5. So soft. I'm excited to wear them to school!
