These boots are so cute. Hard to get on and off at first. Soft leather, so should not be a problem for long.

I loved these boots from the moment I saw them. I like that they are leather instead of suede and the logo is metal not fabric which makes them hold up better and easier to clean. These boots are super cute, they look great, feel great and following the advice on the previous reviews I purchased a size 7 since I'm a 6.5. They fit perfectly and, yes, they could be snug around the legs but thankfully they fit me just fine.

These boots are awesome! They are very warm! Almost too warm for NJ's odd weather right now. Very comfy! Zappos is he best too!

I bought the 8, I wear a 7.5 and it fits fine (maybe a bit big). I love these shoes - they are comfy and warm. I love the buckle detail. I will confess they look a bit like Santa boots but I still get many compliments.

Love the look and feel of these boots. I wear a 6 in all my other Uggs but I could not get my foot past the ankle curve on this style, even after I undid the buckle. Going to try a 7 because they are so unique!

These are the most comfortable Uggs I have bought. I am a US 8 and ordered a US 8 and they fit perfectly - I am a wide fitting and these are so comfortable. I have never had so many people stop me to compliment me on a pair of boots before! As with everything Zappos excellent service and very prompt delivery.

These boots were a Christmas present. I wasn't sure of the size, so I bought two pairs of these boots, knowing I would return one after Christmas. The return process was excellent. I had the refund to my credit card 24 hours after Zappo's received the boots. I telephoned about the return process, and the customer service rep was very pleasant.

Love these boots ! People always ask me where I found them. They're more snug compared to my other Uggs but are still comfy.

Favorite boots EVER! I got them in Toast and they're a perfect brown leather color to go with your jean belts. First time I've ever worn a boot without socks and I absolutely am in love with the feeling! I didn't experience any of the "can't get them on" troubles of several reviewers. It surprised me 'cause I've got a fairly square, fat foot with a high arch and instep and big ankles and calves. These are perfect and slipped on like magic. If you have trouble getting them off (and I really don't), consider getting an inexpensive boot-jack... works great! They're warm and I find that I reach for them every morning; they're that comfortable! Thanks Zappos!

OMG! I just received my Kensingtons! I love them! They are beautiful! Seriously, I love them. I got them in Toast, and I was a little worried about the color! But it's perfect; it's like this brown tone with a few faded areas; really stylish I would say! These are my first pair of Uggs and they re really comfortable! I had trouble getting my foot in, just like the previous reviews say. But after a few seconds of struggle my foot got in and they're perfect. I wear an 8.5 or 9 and I went for a 9 in these, they fit perfectly. I know when I was thinking of using these I was worried because of some of the reviews, but I seriously love them! :) I can't wait to try them outside.

Really love these boots. I read the earlier reviews and went with a size bigger than I would normally get and they fit great. They are stiffer than regular Uggs but are just was comfortable and a real high quality. Just size up when getting leather boots. Fits great on my wide calves.

My parents got me these for Christmas since I asked for them and I absolutely love them! They are so cute and stylish! Since they are still new they are quite stiff, but I hope that will go away after wearing them for a bit. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend them if you love Uggs.

I have these Uggs in Chocolate and Black. I have worn Uggs for many years and even though they are really comfortable, I don't like the way the suede breaks down. I wear a 9 and ordered an 8 and there is no problem putting them on. My feet are wide. These are by far my favorite pair of Uggs. I sprayed them with Burly spray to protect them, even though I live in San Diego. I can recommend them 100% in every area.

I own several pairs of Uggs and these are definitely one of my favorites. They look much nicer on than I thought they would. I have athletic (14") calves and the tall Classics are a little tight with jeans tucked in. Since these are a little shorter, they don't go above the largest part of my calf and don't feel as snug. I ordered these and the Retro Cargo style, not sure which one to choose. The Retro Cargo is very cute and will work well for those with thin legs, but were way too tight for me to wear comfortably, and I ended up liking the look of the Kensington better. If you want an Ugg with a little different look, these may be right for you too. Thanks to free shipping and returns, Zappos makes it easy to shop worry free from home.

My husband bought me these for Christmas and I was immediately in love. I have been wearing a cheap knockoff of Uggs for the past two years and I keep telling him how warm they were and how I wanted to try a pair of Uggs since they were probably even better. He picked these out for me since they are different than what everyone else has. They are a little difficult to pull on but that is only because I'm used to just putting my foot into the knockoff pair. These are way more comfortable and I'm happy they are harder to put on. I normally wear a 6-6.5 and he got me the 6 and they fit perfect. I would definitely recommend these for anyone considering the purchase.

Best winter boots ever! They are so warm and offer more protection than classic Uggs.

These boots are really great! I am pregnant and wanted something warm and comfortable for my expanding feet. My Frye biker boots are hard to get on and off these days. Unlike other reviews, I had no problem getting them on. Easy on and easy off, even for a pregnant lady. They feel true to size. I am normally a 9, ordered a 9, and have a little room to spare, but not so much they are falling off or sliding around. I tried a size 8 in another style in a store and my toe hit the very end. So, I am glad that I went with the 9. There is no arch support and they feel kind of hard on the bottom, so I may try to slip a cushioned insole in underneath the sheepskin insole. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I am really not a fan of the traditional Uggs and these give the comfort and warmth with a more polished look.

Love, love, love these boots. I am a size 8 and ordered 7 and fit is perfect. They feel tight getting on the first couple of times, but loosen up. They are so warm, and so cute. I get compliments on them all the time. Absolutely love UGG! This is my 4th pair and will always buy UGG.

LOVE! But let me start by saying, they run bigger than other Uggs I've had. Makes me wish they came in half sizes. I wear an 8.5 and in Uggs always get an 8. If they came in a 7.5, that would be perfect! That being said, they're awesome! Love that they're leather. Warmer than other Uggs. Definitely size down!

I had seen someone wearing these and I was intrigued. I went to Nordstrom and they do not carry this style. Another store did but do not carry my size so off to Zappos and they had a great sizing and color selection and availability was no problem...they arrived in perfect condition and fast. The only problem is they are a gift so I have to wait a bit. I did try them on. Others have said they could not get their foot into them. If you have a normal arch or flat feet these go on with no problem. Also if you have an ongoing ankle issue like I do you will be pleased and very comfortable. Zappos offers great service..prices are not discounted but you have their incredible service.
