I was lucky I didn't buy mine through mail order so I didn't have to go through buying the wrong size and exchanging them. This is my second pair of Uggs. My other pair is the classic tall and I had to buy them a half size smaller which was perfect. My friend has these and I fell in love with them last year but it was too late to get them. So this year I got them before Christmas. I have neither a wide foot nor a large foot. I tried on the size 6 (since I wear a 6.5 shoe and it was the size I bought in 2008 or 2009 when I bought my first pair of Uggs). I got one on but it was too tight and I needed help getting them off, the other foot I could not get on my foot. I wound up buying the size seven in black and they were just fine. I love the styling and the fact that they are leather and have a sturdier sole than my classics. I haven't taken a long walk in them yet, but they are very comfortable. I don't wear my Uggs in bad weather. I wear my Merrells which are older and don't mind beating up.

I have three other pairs of UGGS (5,6 and a 3 kids). After reading the reviews, I ordered a 6. They were way too big. Zappos sent another pair the very next day. A size 5 worked much better. They are a little tighter in the calves than my other UGGS, but they fit great. I always wear UGGS without socks, but for those who like socks, you might try a sock that is called Zocks (they are very thin and don't fall down into your boot). I wear them with my cowboy boots that are a little hard to get on.

I absolutely love these boots. The only down fall is they are really, really tight to put on. Once on, they are great, however again they are really, really tight when taking off, just an f.y.i.

Love them! I was worried with all the negative reviews as far as how they fit tight through the ankle and are hard to get on. I am a size 6, with a wide foot, so I ordered a size 6. The Kensingtons fit great - I did have to PULL hard to get them on, but once they are on they're great! Very warm! It's also hard to get them off, but now that I've worn them 3-4 times it's getting easier. I have thicker calf muscles, so I loosened the belt strap at the top and that helped a lot! Now I feel I need to get some leather protector for them because the leather is delicate and scuffs easy. Love the color, the fit and they are very rough, tough cute! I wear with skinny jeans and leggings!

I purchased these in "Toast." I usually wear a size 8 1/2 or 9, and I ordered an 8, as I have with every other pair of Uggs I have. They are a bit more snug, but that is because they are more structured than the classic Uggs. They were really hard to put on and take off at first, but now they feel great! The color and material are nice because they already look a little distressed. Love them!

I meant to say in my first review that I never wear socks with these boots, why would you? I thought the point of UGGs was not needing socks. Maybe that's why I don't have trouble getting them on and off and why they fit perfectly. No stinkiness issues either despite never wearing socks with them.

I read the other reviews and I cannot agree with them being hard to get on. I wear skinny jeans with these and I tuck the jeans under my heel and slide my foot right in, no problems. I have wide-ish feet and am a true size 10. The size 10 fit me perfectly. This is my second winter wearing them and they are still wonderful. My feet always stay warm, in fact these are definitely cold weather only boots because otherwise your feet will sweat in them. I sprayed them with a waterproofing spray and they have held up really well. People constantly tell me my boots are cute, so much cuter then the regular Uggs.

I love these boots! I ordered a size up based on the reviews, and they fit perfect! They are a little snug in the ankle area, but I have wide feet and had no problem getting them on. I get so many compliments!

I wear normally a women's 8. I decided to order a size 7 in these Uggs because of the reviews. It fit a little too snug on my right feet. My left foot, however, I was unable to even stick my foot (mind you, I was wearing jeggings) in past the ankle where the buckles were. Exchanged it for a size 8 - fits perfect. Makes my feet appear smaller than the classic Uggs.

These boots are as comfortable as they look! Stylish and comfortable! After reading the reviews I ordered a size up. I usually where an 8 and I got a 9. I was a little worried because my feet are narrow and some of the reviewers said they went a size down, but I figure if my jeans will be tucked in, it's better to have a larger size. The boot fit perfectly! No resistance at all, I slid them right in. I wore them through 4 airport checkpoints and they were easy to get on and off even through the TSA hassle! The look also holds up in rain and snow.

I read all of the other reviews about these being too tight and hard to get on/off. My other UGGs are 9s, so I got a 9 in these and they fit fine. They are easy to get on but a little hard to get off. I still LOVE them, though. Very comfortable and super cute.

Great boots, cute and comfortable. This is my first pair of Uggs. I wear a 7 1/2 and after reading the mixed reviews on size ordered a 7. They fit like a glove. They were a bit snug getting on, but I unbuckled the straps first and put them on wearing my jeans and socks with minimal difficulty. Very warm and super cute. I don't want to ever take them off - not that I can, anyway.

Most comfortable boots I have ever had, never had such warm feet in Chicago before. Initially it's a little hard to get in and out of the boot. Highly recommended.

Once you get these boots on they are amazing. Super warm, comfy and stylish. But, good luck getting them off! I don't even bother with these unless I'll be wearing them for a long time because it takes forever and an additional person to help get them on and off. Such a pain and defeats the ease of the UGG.

I got these boots and even though some of the previous reviews I read said they were too tight to get on I didn't have a problem although I have narrow feet and little ankles. Unfortunately, my toes touched the top of the boot and would eventually rub over time. They are really nice on and look great. Sadly, I had to return them. I ordered a different pair of Uggs...hopefully they fit better. Zappos shipping was super fast and the return was so easy. Thanks for such great service and no hassles!

The new sheepskin lining seems a lot less absorbent and just seems cheaper. The sole is stiffer and the leg opening not as wide. I wear a size 11. The size 10 is too small. My toe was right up to the edge. The size 11 is too big. It felt sloppy. I had to return both pair. I want the old quality!

I love this pair of Uggs! But I really wish it fits my leg part. It's really tight and won't fit when I have my jeans on. I'm really sad I have to return these.

I usually wear a womens 8, but this ran big for me. I am returning and ordering a size down. Really cute boot, not much support but warm and cute.

Beautiful boots and comfy enough, but they didn't fit. I wear an 8.5 and I ordered a 9 and it was too big.

Love these boots! I put them on and did not want to take them off, they are comfortable but not as soft as my other ones. They are a bit more rugged. The brown leather is beautiful and looks better the more its broken in. I am a size 9 and I felt like it was about 1/2 size bigger but I don't mind since I still like to wear thick cozy socks. Well worth it.

These are great boots! They are warm and super comfortable but with a bit more structure than classic Uggs.

This boot looks sleeker and more stylish then the usual frumpy Uggs boots and are just as comfortable inside. They are difficult to get on and off as there's less give in the shaft. They keep my feet very warm but, be aware, are not waterproof so if you stomp around in the snow or rain your feet will get wet.

Despite what other reviewers have shared, I ordered a size 7 in these boots. My normal shoe size is an 8, my Ugg boot size is always a 7, so seeing that these are Uggs, I stuck with my Ugg size. They fit pretty good and I had no trouble getting them on. The boots are a bit stiff at first, but even after having them on a few minutes, the leather has already started stretching, giving them a nice, worn look. As one other reviewer has already said...stick with your Ugg size and you should be fine.

These boots are exquisite to look at, but I could not get my foot into them, so I don't know about the arch support. The heel and instep are way too narrow. I ordered my size 7 and it would have been perfect too. I have 13 pairs of UGGS, and never had this problem. Boo hoo. I am sending them back.

I just received these boots for Christmas. They are great! They are so light and comfortable! I definitely recommend them to anyone needing boots!
