I love these boots, I have 3 pairs and can't say anything bad about them. They are super comfy, super warm and fit perfect. Great with a pair of jeans to be comfy yet classy.

Oh my Goodness! I will never EVER use eBay again after Zappos. I ordered my boots around midnight - and they were here less than 36 hours later! No shipping - just a flat rate. I love it!

These are my new favorite shoes! Super cute and comfortable. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8, and I ordered a 7, and they fit perfectly. When I walk the heel slips very slightly but not enough to make me walk funny or be uncomfortable. Not sure if I will ever take these off. Super soft on the bottoms of the feet and the sock material is cozy. Love them!

Love them! They are comfortable and look great with skinny jeans. The only issue is that they are cut big - I could have worn a 10.

Comfortable and warm. I wear a 9 and I got an 8 and they fit well. Love the sweater texture.

I have received so many compliments on my new boots. They are very comfortable almost feels like I'm wearing socks with firm soles. My sister got the same style, but with buttons, she likes these better.

I bought a size 9 because I own another pair of Uggs that are a size 9, and they fit perfectly. What the other reviewers on here say is true - order a size down (and yes, I wear socks with my Uggs). The 9s slipped off my heel every time I walked. I ordered an 8 instead and they were snug for the first 2 days, but now they fit perfectly and I love them! Highly recommend these cutie booties.

Zappos saved the day! We had ordered the same pair of boots from another retailer and when they arrived, the other retailer sent the wrong size and color, plus it was 3 days before Christmas! There was no way our daughter would have her new boots on Christmas morning - then we found Zappos. Zappos was not only able to get us the boots we were looking for, but they came a day early with free shipping! Zappos really saved the day!

I got these boots for Christmas and I was not disappointed. These are the most comfortable boots for casual wear. It is exactly as pictured and described - I am a size 6 and it fits perfectly, even with socks. However, I would not recommend using it if you plan on walking a few miles - your feet will slide around and they could stretch the material prematurely. I don't think it is designed for an extended period of walking.

I purchased these as a gift for my girlfriend. She was so excited when she saw the box, she opened them a day early. She loves them! The price of these same boots at other websites was as much as more than they were on Zappos.com. She's happy. I'm happy.

This is my 3rd pair of Uggs and my absolutely favorite! The first two pair of Uggs (classic) I purchased I bought my true size instead of sizing down like you're supposed to. But I decided to try the sizing down method on this pair because of the knit material. I thought it would stretch. When they first arrived they seemed a little too snug and I almost returned them but wore around the house and they were perfect within 2 hours. I have pretty skinny calves and ankles and they do slouch a little but not too much. I wish I had these in every color!

These boots are awesome. They fit true to size and look great with jeans and a casual top. I'm 54 years old and they are great for older people too.

I absolutely love the style of theses Ugg boots. They're comfortable and extremely warm, even in the "Windy City"! Zappos has phenomenal service. I ordered my boots on December 23 and received them the next day, just in time to wear at a Christmas party! I am very impressed with Zappos!
