Love these boots! What a perfect boot! I was a little hesitant because of the price. I've never owned Uggs, but these were the perfect fit for me. And ridiculously comfy. I will definitely be trying out another style of Uggs, or maybe these in another color. We went on vacation, and I did tons of walking and touring in these boots. One word: Awesome! I did go with everyone else's suggestion to get 1 size down and they worked perfect (I wear a 7, bought a 6 and 7, and the 7 was definitely too big and 6 was perfect once broken in).

I was very pleased with the response and service that Zappos gave me. The product came promptly and was as advertised. I would order from Zappos again.

I bought these for my 12 year old daughter. They look very cute on her, with pants tucked in the bottom or pants fit over them nicely also. Great fashionable boot for a 7th grader. Warm and dry feet? No complaints of either, but she's not playing outside in them!

What an awesome boot! Please take our advice when we say go down a size! I wear a 9 1/2-10 in a shoe, so I got a 9 in these. Way too big and I had to get and 8. The heel does slip but it's just like any other boot you gotta get used to it! They don't have fur lining on the top of the foot so they aren't quite as warm as I thought. Trouser socks work great!

Great Ugg! Very cute and comfy! No need for socks. Order a size smaller than you are. Great with skinny jeans, leggings, and snowboard pants after riding!

You guys are awesome. I just ordered them yesterday and it came the next day. The only problem was that they didn't fit my mom.

I love these boots, but the inside lining gets worn quickly so my heel slips, which is annoying (I would say they were true to size when I first put them on). They are very cute, and were quite comfortable when I first started wearing them. I normally wear a 7.5 or an 8.0 - I wish that I would have kept the size 7 because I think they would have been perfect once they were worn for a bit.

I received these boot yesterday. Thanks Zappos for yet another prompt delivery! These boots are very cute and extremely warm. I do not like the sweater material in the toe area. They lack structure, which I don't like. It felt like my toes were going to break through the knit material. I am going to return these for the classic Ugg boots. I think those boots will cure my frozen toe syndrome.

These shoes are very cute and super comfortable! They don't offer much in the way of support, so I'd avoid them if you have plans to do a lot of walking. However, for casual days at the office, they are perfect. Also, maybe because I have a wider calf, these don't always stay in place and sometimes will bunch at my ankle.

These are comfortable and so cute! Wear heavy socks with them, because they are kind of loose fitting and tend to rub on your heels. I got a blister the first time I wore them. But they are so cute, they are worth the blister. Also I ordered these at around 5pm and Zappos had them on my doorstep the next day. I don't know how they do it. I love Zappos!

Sorry about that last review...I didn't realize I hit 'submit' without adding useful comments. This boot is super cute on, though I began to worry after reading a few reviews that eventually the elasticity might go and the boot might not stay up. But really the main reason I'm returning these is I ordered down a size, per review suggestions (which usually are right on, in my experience!). This time, though, the sized-down boot just was too snug in a seven. Wish they came in 1/2 sizes because I get the feeling that my true size 8 would be a little big, just like people said. If I were getting these again, I'd order true to my size, all in all, and then wear a bigger sock. That said, I decided against this boot altogether and went with the Chestnut Retro Cargo Ugg instead (which sadly Zappos wasn't carrying--had to get it elsewhere). At any rate, Zappos is wonderful when it comes to shipping and returns, and if I can find the style/size combo I want, they are the first place I shop!

I absolutely love this shoe for style and comfort, but I’d be lying if I said that the heel doesn’t slip a bit, which I was afraid of with this style. I have them in black and find them to be really cute with jeans, very warm, and extremely comfortable if I’m standing still. Even walking the boots are still comfortable, but the fact that one heel slips a little more than the other bugs me when I’m walking. Not a big deal (not big enough to not wear them or send them back), but it is a small problem. I also personally think that they are overpriced for what they are, but let’s face it, when you buy Uggs, you’re also paying for the name.

I love the look of these boots. I normally wear a 7 1/2, on occasion an 8 - I needed the 8 in this style...the 7's were too small. My heel really slips, it is annoying - but since I like the look (I wear the boot scrunched down) I deal with it. I think the slipping is going to happen no matter what, I did see this in other reviews.

These boots are very cute. I wear a 7 1/2, but got these in a 7 and that was a perfect fit for me, but for the money, I don’t think they’re worth it. They feel like you’re wearing only socks. I wish I would’ve seen and bough the Skechers Keepsakes before I made this purchase.
