Love them!! My second pair of Baileys. I bought them in a size 8, but wear a 8.5, they fit just fine. I recommend these.

Love the boots. Super cute. Warm. They have no arch support so I won't be walking long distances in them. They are quite wide, which I prefer. After the first few wears, they are easy to take on and off.

Awesome! Great service as usual! I was worried about the size when they said to order a smaller size than normal. I put them on and they were a bit snug, I must admit I was worried. I decided to keep wearing them and they are perfect. They did exactly what they said and molded to my feet. I love them and so does my daughter. I bought her a pair also.

These boots are so cute and incredibly comfortable! If you’re a 1/2 size, I’d suggest going 1/2 size down rather than up. I’m a 9 1/2 and the 9s are perfect!

I had seen these boots in a store, but they didn’t have my size. Zappos not only had them in my size, but had them at my doorstep the next day! I love them, and I love the availability and speedy delivery provided by Zappos. The boots are very comfortable and warm and I like the way they look, too. It’s easier to pull them over my jeans with the button closure.

These are great, comfortable boots, but not heavy duty for snow, a great deal of walking, etc. Be sure to order a size smaller than usual. The color is lovely and I enjoy these boots for lounging about the house or quick trips out to run errands.

I love these boots. They were my second pair of Uggs. I wore them in snow and they came through it great plus kept my toes very warm. :-)

I first saw these boots in a catalog from another clothing company. I decided to order them from Zappos because I love the free shipping! This is my first pair of UGGs, so I looked at the comments about size and went with one smaller than I usually wear and they are great. Really cozy and comfortable, the color is perfect, a nice change from black which I wear a lot of.

I bought these UGGS for my daughter. It's her second pair. The gray color is nice and seems to hide the dirt better than the tan ones. She likes the way she can turn these down, and the button detail. Thanks Zappos for a great price and great service.

These are WONDERFUL boots! The lighter color is perfect for spring. I found them to be true to size. I would buy them again in a heartbeat!

I got a pair of these for when I go to the mountains with girlfriends in the fall. They are so comfortable. I ended up wearing them here in the coldest weeks of our Florida winter which by anyone north of us is a season of child's play. The boots were wonderful nonetheless! I think they are best with trouser socks because the black dye comes off on my toes. I wear an 8 and the 7 is perfect with thin socks. I'm going to get a lot of use from them. They’re not too hot for cooler Florida days.

Very nice color, not TOO purple, but soft lavender. Comfortable as always with UGG. I wear a 7.5, but in UGG 7 always fits.

The boots are great - easy to put on and take off. The fit is perfect (I'm a 7.5 and I ordered a 7). Zappos is great. The boots came in two days even though I did not request next day shipment. I will always order my UGGs from Zappos!

I love these boots. They are very comfortable. They are so cute with their button and semi fitted top. I really love the grey it is great to wear with jeans.

These have been my winter staple. They are warm, soft and unbelievably comfortable. I have tried the "faux" Uggs but they just don't cut it. Bit the bullet & paid for the real deal and it was totally worth it. I love this particular style & color. The only down side for me is I wish there were better cleaning options for Uggs. They do get kind of grungy and I'd like to throw them in the wash but I don't have the nerve. I took a full size DOWN as advised & they fit perfectly. No regrets.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable and warm. I usually take a size 8, but I purchased these in a size 7 and they fit perfect. If you go to the UGG stores, they will recommend you get a size smaller. I exchanged the "Classic Cardy" boots for these, because even after buying 2 sizes smaller, the Classic Cardy kept slipping at my heels. If you are considering getting Uggs - this is a great style to purchase. I wear them around in my apartment, I love them so much.

I love these Ugg boots! They are the warmest boots I have ever worn. They run big, I normally wear a size 9 and I bought a size 8. When you put them on brand new, they feel a little snug, but after just a few wearings, they loosen up. The Ugg Bailey Button Boots are warm, comfy, and stylish. They are easy to put on and easy to take off. I purchased an Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit separately. It contains sheepskin water & stain repellent/sheepskin freshener/sheepskin cleaner & conditioner/and a sheepskin cleaning brush. The water & stain repellent really works. I haven’t had to freshen or clean them yet, so I can’t say how those products work. Love Zappos! Great boots & super fast shipping!

I really love my UGG Bailey Button in Chestnut. They are very warm and comfortable not to mention cute. Since I usually where a size 5.5/6 I took the recommendation of others and ordered the size 5. They fit just perfect. Anyone that gets these will love them as well.

I love these boots. I initially ordered the tall UGGS, but did not like them. Zappos is so amazing at returns! They paid for me to ship my tall UGGS back and they priority shipped these Baileys out in 3 days! I love them so so much. I wear them almost every day. Just know that if you roll them down a few times they will get trained that way- so if you want the straight up- don’t roll them down. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Zappos and these UGGS! =) PS: I wear a size 10 womens shoe and I got these is size 9 and they fit like a glove.

My second pair of Uggs, these are very cute, warm and comfy! As others have mentioned, these Uggs are great to keep your feet warm, but they do not work well in wet or super snowy conditions.
