I love Zappos and this style and comfort of Levi’s. My husband has been wearing 33x32s for years. He tried one pair on as I wouldn’t wash them until he did. They were too long and I’m thinking perhaps he is shrinking as he ages and faster than I think! ?? All 6 pair that I ordered had an I seam of 34”, not 32. I’m returning and reordering. I hope the 30” inseam works for him! Thanks for your easy and speedy ship and return policy Zappos!

Husband did not like them as much as the 557 which I don't think they make anymore. Other reviews said they had open bottoms and more room in the seat but he didn't find that. Returned them.

The size was off. I purchased a 32x32 and the length was significantly longer than other jeans that I have purchased in the same sie. I returned.

These are a classic cowboy/rocker look. Nice and wide at the opening, slim and slender up the knee and thigh, with a low-rise that can either show off those sexy hip-bones or allow a bit of hang for yer taco gut!

Ordered the midnight stretch. More of a relaxed slim than the other 527's not super thin more of a medium weight.

I ordered the "Bebop" color and they are STRETCH fabric. No where in the description does it say that this is 2 way stretch material. Ugh!

My husband is tall and thin. These jeans are made of quality material. Very heavy, good for winter. But, they are pretty baggy for slim cut jeans.

My husband ordered this as he was looking for some boot cut jeans - not overly impressed as style was not flattering.

Crotch rips out a lot.

I'm 6'8" and can't find much for myself in store... been ordering the same pair of Levi 527 36x36, (which I LOVE) for a few years. However for some reason each color runs a different size.. and this color might as well be a 34 inseam. I thought they would relax after a few washing, but no.... my friends think it's hilarious when I wear them... Me; not so much... :-(

Great pair of 527! Very nice style. Tight on the hips. Not recommended for men with big thighs. Wash with shampoo. Color will fade if you wash with Tide.

Not what I expected. The material is the same as in the picture. But the stitching is different. Also the jeans in the picture are worn and lighter down the middle of the front of the jeans and also in the butt thighs and calves. Not so with the jeans I received. I did make the decision to keep them as they fit good and looked okay. But not the way they look in the picture. Levi's you should be ashamed. You are selling jeans, not big macs and whoppers. It looks one way in the picture, and in reality it looks totally different.

First of all,I love the gen 7 wash, beautiful indigo color, though it does fade kind of fast so wash inside out in cold.....but I'm kind of tired of trying to get Levis to feel like they fit - these are ridiculously snug in the thigh, and I think Levis should follow the trend among designer brands to add a little lycra if they're going to make such restrictive cuts. I SO wanted to like these jeans, and they looked gorgeous when I was standing, just couldn't sit in them. Also got tired of pulling them up in the back. I've owned a few pairs of designer jeans, and decided it's worth the money for me because they just....fit. I'll keep trying to find Levis that feel good- they're so iconic-but I don't have much hope. anymore

The waist of these jeans is more like women's jeans in that it goes in which cut into hubby's little belly -- the Levi's 514 is a much more comfortable fit.

Usually a nice fit, pretty decent quality. The fit of the Levis is all over the place, sometimes I need to order 33 Waist, others maybe 34, or the length will be too short. At Zappos your order already comes with a return shipping label so if they don't fit well you can send them right back for refund or try another size.

517 jean fits great in the waist, but legs & thighs are a little snug. This is the only Levi jean with a higher waist. Wished there were more selection with higher waist. I don't know who can wear the low waisted jeans except the young people. I have worn Levis for over 50 years and now its hard to find one the fits right. Right now I'm wearing 517 waist perfect legs and thigh to tight not really comfortable. But that's all they have. Everybody is not so slim anymore. A jean with higher waist like 517 and with more relax leg and thigh would be great. Zappos is the best place to get your jeans. Not there fault Levi doesn't make jeans for everyone.

I have purchased several pairs of these jeans and the consistency is very poor. I have received the wrong colors, fabric varies and as well as the length. When they come as described they are great, but so far it’s hit or miss!

Like others have said, you are playing the lotto on the fit you get. I bought three pairs of 527's and one fit perfect, the other two were not even close to fitting. I wear a 33 x 32 and the two that did not fit might have fit a 30" waist size if lucky. Good thing for Zappos and their awesome return policy. If you do want to buy these jeans online, you almost need to buy a few different sizes to ensure you get one that fit. The one pair that did fit is great and I would recommend these jeans as long as the size is correct.

wayyyyy slimmer cut that shown in the listing. very low rise, pockets sit on lower half of butt. felt like skinny jeans which is not what I was looking for.

Native Cali is very Black which is what I wanted. I ordered 31x32 same as my blue ones which fit great. They fit like 32x33 with a stretchy waist band and loose thighs?? Returned.

They are different than all my other 527's

I ordered a Levis Mens 527 and Slim Bootcut instead I received a 505, not the size I asked for, not the color I asked for either!

The jean quality is really poor. I got this 01/4 and it is now mid March and there is a hole in the crotch of the pant due to wear? Jeans are supposed to last. This is unacceptable. Design wise and comfort is fine but what is all that if the product last less that 3 months?

The sizing is inconsistent, and sometimes the stitching down the pant leg is way crooked, so much sometimes that it looks like your pants are twisted. don't know if its just the batch that zappos gets or what. So i usually have to buy multiple pairs, even in the same size just to make sure i get the right fitting one. these used to be my go to jean, wearing them week after week for work, but only lasting a few months, i cant even remember the last time i had a pair of Levis that lasted close to a year. I'm not super hard on them, i cant really understand how or why. but maybe the levi QA is sending zappos their 2nds. the jean feels to have a nice thickness, and i always wash them inside out but something tells me that i may soon have to find new jeans for workwear. I'm not a jean snob, and i really only wash my jeans weekly, or when they have an excess amount of noticeable dirt, or start to stink... sounds weird, but i know that good jeans aren't meant to be washed often, if normal wear and use is considered weekly washing, you think these jeans wouldn't have holes on pockets from my wallet or phone within 3 months. i miss the good ole days... :(
