I bought these for my husband and they are very sexy looking. Just enough curve from knee to calf to look really nice. Unfortunately they are a bit snug in the thigh for his comfort, so I will be returning them. If you don't have big thighs, then this is a great jean!

These jeans fit true to size and well over boots, would score five stars, but I have not owned them for long enough to see how these hold up.

Love the fit on these jeans - snug in the thighs and waist. They ran a little long on me, so I find it necessary to fold up the bottoms to avoid fraying them. They ended up being a little bit of a lighter shade than I thought I was getting, but no big issue there. First time I wore them I got a compliment, so can't complain!

I have ordered two pair. Overall I like them. The fabric is a little more polyester feeling than denim but the fit is good. They do fit differently, so be sure to try them on. You wouldn't confuse them with designer jeans but they are not bad for an every day pair.

Ordered these thinking it was the old, regular 527 bootcut jeans. Come to find out, they were the Slim Bootcut. I didn't read much about the details or I am sure I would of found that, was just going off the main description. They still fit well, but not like the Old 527 boot...

I wanted these to be comfortable and ordered size 32. Couldn't even close it! Returned for 33 (ridiculous) and still very tight. What's going on with the sizing here?

Great pair of jeans! The only reason I'm giving them only 4 stars is because I like my jeans to be a bit thicker, and I typically like some distressing. Goes great with a button down dress shirt!

These jeans are great. The waist was a good fit but I guess my thighs may be a bit big. The jeans look and feel great while standing but a little snug around my thighs when seated. Over all a great set of boot cut jeans.

Great pants. Very comfortable from the first wear. Get even more comfortable the more they are worn.

I am the wife of the guy that bought these...these fit nicely at first, then tend too sag (perhaps just too big for him). In any case, they are fine and look good, but the denim is for around the house and not doing anything particularly nice.

Great jeans. The waist size is a little issue in these jeans. I run about a 34 in other brands but in these always have to go up a size or two. Otherwise they fit and look great.

I bought the Fume and Highway varieties of Levi's 527s. As has been stated in other reviews, the sizing and materials were different for each pair of jeans. The Fume jeans are a bit lengthier -- which is great because I'm tall -- but tighter in the thighs -- nearly uncomfortable. They look awesome, however. The Highway jeans fit perfectly. The denim in the Highway jeans was softer as well. Although I don't like the look as much, they fit me perfectly. I bought 36x34s in both styles.

Fit great in the seat and legs and and the jean material is quite comfortable. This is the first pair of Levi's I have ever been able to wear. The waist is a little big, but nothing a good belt can't take care of!

After spending $200 for jeans for several years I tried these on whim (so easy to do on Zappos!) and they fit very well. They still don't fit as good as 7's, but for the price they cant be beat. This is my 2nd pair and I am very happy with them!

Great jeans They are long I always wear a 34 inseam but these are long so just get a shorter inseam size they seem to be about 2 inches long and I got 2 pair and they are both the same but the price is right and they are great jeans!

The jeans are ok. It's a little bit more tight than other 527 pairs that I have.

I wish Levi's offered a low rise, boot-cut, slim fit jean, but these are a great compromise to the more expensive alternatives.

The fit and size were spot on, but the pattern/color of the Jeans did not match that in the picture

Zappos web site says these jeans sit at waist. Sticker on jeans says jeans sit below waist. And they are more stretch than I expected. Should have bought a waist size lower.

I had just purchased a great pair of the 527's at Kohl's so I sought out the same style. The wash color on this pair, "Overhaul", arrived a bit darker than I had expected; the photo displays the stitching more prominently but in reality, it's not nearly as visible. That was a bit of a disappointment. The fit is good, but one could never really call them "comfortable", merely okay. Style? Four stars on that because the slim profile of the garment and the Levi's details (red tag, faux-leather brand/model patch) are of course iconic. .. One big heap of praise for delivery, I received the parcel about 18 hours after ordering, nothing short of phenomenal.

Ordered inseam 30; after measuring when realizing they seemed long, the inseam actually measures closer to 32 inches.

Tight. Guess I’m not made for slim.

My usual size is 34W-32L so that’s what I ordered. Nevertheless, Zappos sent me a pair 30L. The i noticed the tag saying these are to be worn below the waist, so I thought, “maybe the firendly Zappos people are doing me a favor by giving me the two-inch-shorter pair because I’m supposed to wear them lower.” I tried them on with boots and sure enough, they were the right length given that they rode below the waist, and wirh western boots you want the ankle area to show a tad higher. So I kept them. However — I doubt very much if I’ll wear them with any other footwear than boots because the hems on the legs are a bit higher than you would want with regular shoes AND the “boot-cut” legs are SO wide they look like those 70’s bell-bottoms. Sure boot cuts should be wider than a usual cut so pants legs won’t be hanging up on the top of your boot every time you get up from a chair, but this is excessive. An additional note: I bought a pair of straight leg slimfit levis about the same time in my usual size, 34W32L and they fit just as expected and my western boots will actually fit under them, but obviously not as loosely as the “bootcuts.” I notce another reviewer says that the fit of the boot-cuts seems to vary all over the place. With that input I won’t takea chance on ordering another pair
