These are my everyday jeans. They wear well through lots of washings.

Levi's are Levi's you already know their story or you wouldn't be here buying them. Zappos = prompt shipping and no issues. 5 stars!

This was the second pair I bought from Zappos. The first pair was defective (I guess the quality of Levis isn't quite what it used to be), but Zappos was great with the return and credit. Not a problem with the replacement pair of Levi's. Zappos' next day shipping and return policy are excellent. I have started buying all my family's shoes from Zappos and now starting to buy jeans from them! Can't say enough about Zappos' excellent customer service.

Levi's have always been my favorites. It would be tough to improve on a classic.

I wear these everyday, so having a good fit is essential.

I am one of those people who wants a 31" length, not 30" or 32". Zappos carries some of those (although not a lot). I like the Levi's 550 jeans, and I have typically had to get them in a 32" length. The 31" length is just right for me. This was my first purchase from Zaapos, and I am very pleased. Of course you might pay a little more, but it is worth it to me.

My husband is quite pleased with the jeans that I bought for him. (Two pairs.) The convenience of this one day delivery is Fantastic! No leaving the house, and poof! Next day the goods are at the door. These jeans are very cool, true to size and look really good.

This review is about Zappos itself rather than the Levis ordered. It has been quite awhile since I have come across a company that has such excellent customer service. There were 2 issues that came up, the first was a change I made to the shipping address. The Zappo representative was not only accomadating but friendly and polite, the birthday Levis arrived the next day, The second issue was an error on Zappos part. When I called them about the error, the representative went above and beyond what most business' do these days. They immediately took care of the problem without making me jump through hoops. The replacement arriving the next day!! This was my first purchase from Zappos. Because of their professionalism, courteous and helpful staff, I will continue to look for ways to do business with them. Thank you Zappos!

Levi's are the best and buying them from Zappos is by far the easiest purchase and exchange ever. The Zappos rep was so helpful and professional. I will for sure keep using Zappos in the future.
