Great classic jeans, in my larger size, at a good price.

I've always liked Levi's 550 Jeans. Comfortable. Durable. Great academic professor look with shirts, ties, and cotton-wool vests thrown in. Or great outdoors survival and traveling look, with sweaters or t-shirts and caps. Zappos is awesome because not only do they have the quality products (at great prices) that I want but they get it to me fast, and with free shipping. You cannot beat that kind of combination.

The right size without legs being too wide. Helps slim. I use for everyday around the house.

I've been wearing these jeans for years. They fit great and are comfortable. No pinching or binding. Only problem I have is I need a 27" inseam. I know..."get them hemmed." That's just not the same for me.

Pants were exactly what I ordered and were delivered right on time. I would not hesitate to buy from Zappos again.

My experience with Levis 550s from other vendors has been disappointing. 550s give me a perfect fit, yet every pair I've purchased elsewhere came with oddly set-in factory creases that become more and more obvious with every washing. Zappos sent me Levis 550s without the weird creases that turn white just off-seam or worse. Hurray, good quality control, Zappos!

They're Levi's, what more can be said. Of course they fit as they should. Of course they're durable, just as they're supposed to be. Here's the trick: never put them in the washing machine. If they get dirty, throw them over a fence and rinse them off with a hose.

These jeans are definite Levi's. The 550 fit me well and my concern was the color. The color "rinse" is blue, almost the old fashion original blue. As far as Zappos, shipping was fast. I have bought a few things from them without any problem.

Perfect. Right size, right material, these are real. I had bought on-line from Amazon and got thin material knock-offs; threw them away and ordered from Zappos. I will buy from Zappos from now on.

I wear these Jeans everyday. I also ride a motorcycle and they are just the right Jean for sitting in the saddle for long periods of time. Most comfortable Jeans I have ever owned.

Yes, I needed the size 35 waist. Looking for this size everywhere, found it on Zappos. Perfect fit.

Excellent service: I am writing to highly recommend them because the service and their products. I ordered two pairs for my husband, UPS sent a notice said products being delivered which I didn't get, so I contacted ZAPPOS, they sent me the replacement right away, after that UPS finally sent that two pairs in another 4 days, so these two pairs are gifts from ZAPPOS. As always I expected to get exactly what I ordered - And as always I was not disappointed!! I've ordered Levi jeans from other stores, only to get what seems to be Not what I ordered ie instead of 550 100% cotton Levi Jean, I received what seemed another Levi type polyester blend!! This is the color you expect "normal" new jeans to be (without the "feels like cardboard" new-jean feeling. Zipper more comfortable than button fly, but otherwise a completely traditional pair of jeans. A little more room through the thighs is nice; note that the extra room carries down through the leg, making them a bit wider at the hem than true straight-leg, but not nearly as wide as boot-cut.

I've been buying these jeans for years, fortunate enough to wear the same size for the last 30 years or so. The jeans are great, well constructed, consistent fit, color and quality of material just what I expected. But this review is more about the service and speed that Zappos has to offer. Outstanding!

I bought 2 shirts and 2 slacks. Sadly...nothing fit just right. Sent them back the next day. No questions were asked. Zappos is my favorite internet store. (Period.)

Buying Levi's can be a real experience now-a-days if you don't happen to know which of the 5XX models might fit you. I found these 550s a great fit and I also found that Zappos.com was the only place the Black color was even in stock in my size. The price was great and the delivery was speedy. Thanks Zappos.com!

I love shopping on Zappos.com. They offer great products I can't buy local and with their free shipping both ways you can't go wrong!!! This is my third pair of Levi's I have ordered in the last two months.

Love the jeans - Levi has quit making the 550's for women but I discovered the men's jeans fit me just fine.
