32” inseam is short for me. 34” inseam is waaay long for me. Why don’t they sell a 33” inseam anymore? This is very discouraging!

I ordered bayberry stone and I received distressed blue. I am extremely disappointed wth the way you did this!

Ugly wrinkled "whispering" the top of this pant. You can't see that in any of the web pics. Returned! Zappos clean up the description and the picture please.

Fit was OK. Levi's are known to not be exactly the same size even though tag states the same size on different pairs. I didn't notice the flaw of on leg opening being almost an inch larger than the other till after I washed them. My mistake and cant return because the washing. I will be donating these and seeking an alternate place to buy my jeans.

dark charcoal garment dye jeans were terrible. They are not at all monophonic gray. They are so before the first wash. And then they turn pink. Otherwise, these would be great summer jeans made of light (10 oz.) fabric. I threw them away these pink-tinted jeans.

After wearing these jeans a few times I notice that the otter seam on the right leg is not strait. When I sit down the right otter seam is in the from middle of my shin. I would hope that I would get a replacement pair, but I do not beleave I can send them back now after being washed.

They were perfect until I washed them once and now they are skin tight.

These were tighter in the waist than other pairs. It also has a button down fly instead of zipper. My husband didn't like that at all. Back they went.

Felt a size small. I didn't really like the color either.

I know and understand, I truly do, that it is rather spoiled child of me to insist that my most beloved and favorite jeans of all time remain the same. But that is exactly what I am going to do. I am older than the hills now but I will wear Levi's 501 black button fly jeans until the day they toss me on the pyre-and even then I will be wearing them. Why you ask? These jeans have always fit me perfectly. They are like my super soul uniform. With my favorite black jeans on I can conquer worlds, visit exotic locations, and befriend the masses. I can work backstage, walk dogs, and write novels. Over the years I have tried many other brands and many other styles-finally I faced facts, donated all of my other pants and only wear Levi's 501 black button fly jeans. When I am bucks up-I order a new pair. When I am playing the struggling, poor artist-I wear each pair until they are grey with time and more patches than jeans. Trauma #1: Levi's went from five to four buttons! They told me it was because of customer preference. Wrong. It was a money saving move on their part. I got over myself and kept wearing them. And until my last order with the mercury of all shipping companies - Zappos - I was still pretty OK - even though they would never again "be the same." I anxiously awaited my big splurge - the only money I can spend until August: 2 pair of my favorite jeans! They came overnight, or maybe even quicker. Ahhh! Such glorious new. Black. Levi's. But heartbreak was to be mine once again when I put the damn imposters on and realized that they were cut a full inch bigger. Did the world come to a screeching halt? Did life as we know it cease to be? No. But to someone who has faithfully worn 30/30 black 501 Levi's five button fly jeans for close to 40 years - this is nothing less than a travesty. Levi's told me that, once again, customer preference demanded the "fuller cut." You already know what I have to say to that. And to those of you who are prepared to yell at me about this? Yes, I know I could order 29/30 but it is not the same. Zappos, however, remained the solid customer support helpline they always promise to be. They even sent me 2 new pairs to try. Believe you me, I am no Pollyanna-and I truly do not romanticize the good old days-Levi's 501 button fly jeans were perfect and I simply wish they could have stayed that way. Yes, for always.

The jeans were so tight and I ordered the correct size that I always wear and have not gained weight, matter of fact I list 34 pounds.

I ordered a pair of these pants. It took Zappos 3 days before they even shipped the item. I have to say that I was fairly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had expected better. I will be returning the item as soon as it arrives.

Well this is a first for Zappos. The jeans arrived with holes in the front - BIG holes. Also looked VERY worn, as if someone had kept them for a while. They are not supposed to be a distressed jean. These Jeans where VERY distressed! :) After all my years of Zappos, this is a first. Still love Zappos. Great company. Easy Shopping and returns.

These are Knockoff Levi's! I am shocked that Zappos is selling this crap. All you have to do is look at the leather on the right hip. Then google "How to tell Fake Levi's."

I will stick to only buying shoes from Zappo from now on. Both times that I have bought Levis the size has been wrong, they have been labeled correctly but both length and waist size have been at least two inched greater than, labeled. I have ordered from other sources and the size has been correct. Good and prompt service otherwise, but if size is wrong all the service in the world does not help.

I want to order a pair, but cannot get beyond the poorly designed website. Ideally, users should be able to select a color and see the display. However, all I can do is guess at the picture and hope this is what I am ordering. Please consider the color description to the graphic. Then I will know what I am buying and will make my purchase!

None of the website pictures show this item as "distressed", i.e. with rips and holes. Deeply disappointed with this product and will be returning it.

I do not know why I keep buying Levi's. When I was a kid they lasted for years and that was wearing them almost every day. Now good luck if they last six months. One word: crap. But shame on me for buying them again. I must have a loose screw.

501's are the original!!! When you have a good thing, DON'T mess with it! Leave our 501's alone!

While I am satisfied with the Zappos service, I find myself horribly disappointed with the low quality produce Levi has put out here. The jeans I wore ten years ago would last for several years, the current pair I bought was notably thinner, cheaper and didn't make it 6 months.
