I love the style of Clarks Sugar Spice! Great heel height, works well with pants at work. Only problem is after about 5 hours or so my feet begin to hurt. Not sure why...I just slip them off at lunch and give my feet a break then good to go for the rest of the day...Strange?! But true! I wear a 10 1/2 or 11 WW, I bought these in an 11 WW, just slightly large on me. Maybe I'll try thicker socks next time.

These are very stylish and comfortable shoes. I wore them with office attire, jeans, and dresses. My only complaint is that the leather on the toe seemed to wear quicker than usual.

These are such good looking shoes...I only wish they were a good fit for me. I ordered a narrow, but they were just not narrow, enough. I have this problem with a lot of shoes. I often have to have adjustments made with pads, etc. but that has to be done in a shoe store that offers that service. It is difficult for me to rate this shoe...if the fit was good for me, I would have given it 5 stars all the way!

I love these shoes for work, and can walk all day around a large campus in comfort. Price was higher than what I had previously paid for this same shoe, but Zappos only had one pair left, and I couldn't find them any where else.

I ordered this shoe in 9B and 9.5 B. The 9.5 fit quite well. I love the look of the shoe in the ad, but not so much when it is on my foot. It seemed clunky and made my foot look wide. It was relatively comfortable, but it did not wow me enough to keep it. I will try other styles from Clarks because I think they make high quality shoes. I just need to find the style that flatters my feet.

Liked the style; goes good with business dress pants; pinched a little on the left foot, but overall satisfied; would recommend.

Ordered size 5 medium but felt a little tight. Replaced with 5 1/2 medium for a better fit. Shoe is comfortable with decent arch support.

These felt so comfortable, but they were way too big. They didn't have the size I needed.

Love the shoes! A little too wide in the heels (I wear a 10N), but no biggie! Very comfortable and dress up jeans or work clothes.

My new favorite work shoe. Totally comfortable - no "break in" period, just slip them on and go. I am usually a 7 1/2. I chose to get the wide and had to size down to a 7. Stylish, comfortable, very well made - worth the money.

Shoes are very comfortable but if you have a job that requires you to be on your feet long, these may not be for you. I receive a lot of compliments on them because they look so great.

I love the style of this shoe, but it's tight across the toes. I take an 8 WW and keep hoping the shoe will stretch. I've worn them about a half-dozen times and still, they're tight. I think I was spoiled by the Munro American Cindi (similar in style but much more expensive) that I was hoping to replace.

The shoes were tight. I felt like Cinderella's stepsisters trying to squeeze in a shoe that was supposed to fit. I love the style. In the end, I gave up and returned the shoes.

When I first wore it, I found it extremely comfortable but after a few hours of walking my little toe started to hurt. I wear 9W. So I recommend breaking into the shoe slowly before packing in a full active day. I will update this review after I wear it again.

Clarks tend to run large -- on me at least -- and these are no exception. But the reason I won't reorder in a smaller size is that one of the pleats on the outer edge is uncomfortable.

Beautiful shoe that runs small. Sadly, this had to go back. I might try a half size up but it ran narrow and I'm already a WW.

A nice looking shoe. If you have a WIDE foot then go for the extra-wide and maybe 1/2 size up. Not a lot of support and not cushy. When you are in your 50's you look for a well made, supportive, attractive shoe and willing to pay the price. I ended up returning it because it was just OK for me. I am a fan of Zappos and always try to give them my business! Excellent service.

Nice style in a comfort shoe, so despite the price, I thought would give a try. Am a flight attendant on my feet many hours a day, so although the shoe is rather cute and can be dressed up or down, they just don't live up to the true comfort demands of my job. This does have a soft cushioned insole, but the shoe feels narrow in the toe and pinches severely by the end of day. And this is in a size half larger than what I normally wear. Have a less expensive pair with a higher heel that I usually have to switch into mid way through the day. Bummer because they are well-made.

I ordered these and I am a narrow but can sometimes fit into M width. They were too wide and so I would say they are true to fit for M width if that's what you order. I also think they were a little longer in than a true fit, maybe a 1/4 size longer.

I have now worn these shoes several times and for some reason they seem to pinch my toes on the right side. It is not something I notice until I have been wearing them for several hours, but several hours in they start to hurt. Otherwise, the style is cute with pants and I am going to keep on with them. I will try trouser socks to see if that is more comfortable.

This shoe gaps at the top on both feet; otherwise, it is a cute shoe but has to be returned. Looks like a flaw in how the pattern was made.

These are not the most stylish looking shoe, but they are comfy. I have a small wide foot so finding shoes that fit properly has always been an issue. And as a result I have a slight bunion issue. My job requires me to look professional and be on my feet for 10 hours at a time. Because of the wide width and soft leather upper, these shoes were forgiving. However, I wish they had a more cushiony insole and that they were lighter. After a 10 hour shift my feet and back felt fine. However, the next day my knees and shins hurt. I think the shoe is too heavy. If it were a lighter weight shoe it would be perfect.

Right foot was so comfortable but it hurt my left foot's arch after walking on my carpeted bedroom floor with the TV on to see if the bigger left foot would soon feel better. I loved the roomy toe area, the heel height and the look for business pants so I was sad to finally give up on these shoes. Buying business shoes is so much work for me while buying shoes for everyday where is so much easier since the shoes usually have more room in the toes and the heel height is lower. This shoe would be comfortable for someone without a problem with one of their feet. I broke the metatarsal bone in my bigger left foot many years ago and it never healed properly. I used to have a higher arch but now it fell a bit which I think is the problem with finding a shoe that fits comfortably that has a heel on my left foot.

I ordered 8.5 N. Loved the look and its quality, but it runs 1/2 size too short, and the heel is too loose. Sorry to return it.

I really liked the styling on this shoe. Without the removable insole, I was able to fit my full orthotic in. However, I wasn\'t able to walk it them without my heel slipping with my orthotics in. Not the most comfortable shoes, but the wide size and original orthotic are bearable for me with limited standing. The heel is nice and solid, which can be a bit clunky for walking, but feels quite stable. Good for wearing with dress socks and slacks.
