These have rapidly become my favorite shoe for work. So comfortable, I can wear 'em all day with no foot pain.

It is very hard for me to find shoes that feel good. This shoe is very comfortable. I wear an arch support and there was enough room for it. My foot is narrow, and with the Velcro straps I can pull them tight. I gave the style rate a 4, since my foot is a size 10. I always feel shoes look cuter in the smaller sizes; however even with a size 10 these shoes don't look big and clunky. I would recommend them.

Few brands offer a narrow width (I wear a 9½ N) but these were available in narrow and fit perfectly (a small miracle). I needed something to wear to work that was comfy (I'm on my feet a lot), simple but with a little pizazz, but didn't look too corporate. Inner liner can be removed to accommodate orthotics. My only small complaint is that the leather is a bit shiny, but perhaps will tone down over time.

A great traveling shoe. I bought these last spring for a cross-country book tour and many, many airports, many cities of all types of terrain, partnered by my Golden Retriever. These shoes are comfortable, easy to slip on/off at airports, a great on-your-feet shoe and stable for walking a dog in all kinds of weather across different surfaces. This was the best choice I made for all that travel, and I'd repeat it again in a heartbeat. Note, the store was out of my size and I bought a half size down. This was tight at first, but after a couple of days, these relaxed to a totally comfortable fit. I'm not sure what my actual size would have done, how it would have stretched, in all this walking. Half size down was ultimately perfect.

My feet are narrow, with very little arch. In other words, difficult feet to find comfortable, well fitting shoes. Clarks Showstopper is the most comfortable shoe and best fitting shoe I have ever worn! I have worn this shoe for hours with absolutely no discomfort. Thank you Clarks for offering such a variety of widths & styles for those of us with hard to fit feet. And thank you Zappos for providing the ultimate in customer service.

These are marvelous, comfortable, stylish shoes. But, folks, they are not grey, as stated. The photo shows the color correctly: it is a slightly metallic taupe, much more tan than grey. I love them with khakis, jeans or dressier slacks.

I love these shoes. They have the comfort of a tennis shoe, but are more stylish. The best of both worlds. I'm a Clarks convert and have 4 pairs of different Clarks shoes.

I bought these shoes for a trip around Italy. I walked forever on stone streets and stairs. They shoes were wonderful. I have a narrow foot and I'm so glad that Clarks offers a narrow size. Also the extra velcro strap allowed me to really tighten or loosen the shoe. I was right in style, as many shoes shown in stores in Italy have similar styling. I just order a second pair for future use.

Sleek and sporty, great all day comfort. I wear a narrow and they all don't fit the same. Clarks are one of my favorites for a great fit.

My 12AA feet are very difficult to fit with a shoe that is both stylish and comfortable. This is the best shoe I've worn in a long time, and it doesn't make my feet look real long. I can walk for long periods of time without irritation. Thanks, Clarks, for making this shoe in a narrow beyond an 11!

Since I wear 11 narrow, my foot is never going to look very dainty, but I still like the look and feel of my new Clarks Showstopper. They hug the foot very nicely and seem very well made.

This shoe makes my size 12 feet look much smaller! It is extremely comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend in New York City.

I love the look and they are very comfortable yet classy. The heels are narrower than I would have expected, something to consider if you have weak ankles - these are not particularly stable shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable, & classic in their good looks. I have been looking a long time for some shoes on the dressy side, that are also kind to my feet. These are the ones!

Great shoes. Comfortable and great for walking and standing all day. Sporty yet dressy enough to wear with slacks. Great with any color.

It is difficult for me to find comfortable shoes, which I finally found in these. They are perfect for my wide feet. I highly recommend them. I am trying to find comfortable boots, now.

I work in retail. I work 13 hour shifts and walk approximately 15 miles per shift. I had to buy gel inserts because of the cement floors, but these shoes saved my knees and ankles. It took only 6 months for me to wear them out, so now I am buying another pair. They're well worth the price.

Wonderfully comfortable shoes that seem to hug the feet. The fit is to size and the style is attractive. They can be worn as either casual dress or as sporty.

I love these shoes and had such a hard time finding a good brown slip-on shoe in my hard to find size 11 AAA. These 11 AA fit great with the strap helping to snug it in a bit. They are very comfortable and nice enough for casual dress. The service from Zappos was also great. Thank you.

This is a great pair of shoes! I have them in black also. I am a middle school teacher and on my feet all day. These shoes are a great alternative to oxfords! The inside footbed is greatly improved from older models of Clarks. I have been wearing Clarks for at least ten years. I would like to have this shoe in navy also. For me, the shoe could use more arch support. It has more support than most shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes. I’ve been a big fan of Clarks for years. They are so very comfortable. I bought them in brown, and the first time I wore them, I wore them with some brown corduroy pants and received many compliments. I wear a size 12m and the crossover design gives the appearance of having a smaller foot. With that said, I should probably buy another pair.

These are simply the most comfortable shoes ever worn, and are a classic. Perhaps not as trendy as the boxy-toe casual shoes currently in fashion. These will always be in style. They are also amazing. These shoes arrived on my doorstep less than 24 hours after I ordered them!

This shoe is comfortable from the moment you slip your foot into it! I often have trouble finding the small size shoes, and not only did I find this one at Zappos, but it is a perfect fit! I would like to see it in a navy color, too.

I fell in love with this shoe in the store but they didn't have it in black so got on Zappos and got them cheaper and what liked best was didn't have to pay freight. The shoe is very comfortable. Have plantar facetious and it is a shoe that I can wear.
