I love these shoes! They are comfortable and cute. I have bad knees and have only been able to wear sneakers for the past three years. I can wear these and my insoles fit!

I love this shoe. Great looking. Comfortable. True to size. Takes an orthotic. I only wish the strap could be tightened a little more for my very low volume foot. But it works.

These are great! I bought them for travel, and they're easy to take off and put on at airports and very comfy!

Finally, a truly wide shoe! I have a wide toe base and it is impossible for me to find shoes. This one is very comfortable and can go with either a nice outfit or jeans. You can't go wrong with this shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable. Like walking on pillows. It looks great from the sides but the front looks bulky. I do have wide feet so maybe that's why. So if you are all about the comfort buy them if you care about fashion then don't. I love you Zappos. Thank you for the great service!

This shoe really delivers. It's comfortable right out of the box; sizing is exact and it fits your foot like a hug. Absolutely will buy another pair in a different color.

Awesome shoes! I'm on my feet all day teaching. These are just dressy enough to work with my suits, but I love them with my jeans, too. I have all 3 colors and would like to see them come out with another.

Unbelievable shoes. I bought them in every color available. They accomodate my bunyons, no need for my custom orthodic with these. I highly recommend them.

I ordered an 8 wide and it was small both length and width wise. I think it would have been comfortable if it had fit, though.

These shoes are great. I was used to wearing tennis shoes all day and when I got my new job I needed a comfortable pair of black shoes and boy do these fit the bill. I love them.

Great looking, nicely fitting. I have a very low volume, narrow foot, and this is almost perfect: the strap is not quite as it looks, but for almost every foot it would be great, no doubt. For me, it still slips a little in the heel, but not enough to return it. It's such a great color and very comfortable.

I loved the shoe, but I thought the heel was just a bit higher from picture. It is a flat. It is difficult to put on without a shoe horn.

I bought these for my 93 year old mother-in-law. She loves them. She says it is like walking barefoot. She has a narrow heel and the fit is very good.

I wear orthotics, and they fit nicely inside the shoe after removing the footbed liner, which slipped out easily. The shoe is a bit roomy for me mid-foot. I had to pull the velcro strap tighter than designed. This worried me at first -- I was afraid that as the shoe broke in that I would not be able to keep making it snug enough -- but so far it's okay.

Zappos service is outstanding! Your order comes before you hardly remember that you placed it. Returning an item could not be made easier. And - if you are due a refund - it shows up on your credit card billing very soon - not a whole month like many companies. Zappos is the best place to buy shoes!

These are really comfortable! I have Morton's neuroma and bunions and these shoes do not hurt my feet. I usually wear a regular width, but I had to exchange my regular width for a Wide. So I think these run a little narrow. Zappos is so great with exchanges, I got them so fast! I would recommend these shoes!

Bought these shoes to be comfortable, cool weather walking shoes for travel, walking my dog and doing errands involving carrying bags of groceries up stairs. While I wouldn't wear them with a skirt under any circumstance, they totally do the job and look great with jeans and cords. They are very well made and have done well in rain. Also have great arch support which is hard to find these days in anything but sneakers.

This is the first time I have ordered a Clarks shoe. I like the quality, but I have a very hard foot to fit, so if I can find the right size, I will be a steady customer.
