Loved the shoe, but the heel height is 3 inches (not 2). Had to return it - too high for me!

I love these shoes! I wore them for 8 hours the first day. I was on my feet all day and they were perfectly comfortable. They're so pretty and go with dresses or pants. I have a wide foot and ordered my usual size and the fit is perfect.

This is a very pretty dress shoe that is just as comfortable and it is pretty. Would like to see a nice bone or taupe for spring.

I own a lot of Dansko shoes, and I love these. They have a nice heel, go good with jeans or dresses, and stay comfortable all day. The only odd thing is that they sometimes make noises while you walk, but that's the only thing. Truly great shoes!

These are the MOST awesome and comfortable shoes. I wore them to Breeder's Cup on the hard Churchill Downs concrete - my feet were not a bit sore. I love the elastic on the strap - it gives nicely for swollen feet. I liked these so much I ordered another pair of Dansko. I also like that they are NOT made in China (made in Brazil).

I find this shoe very comfortable. I wear a 9E in most, and bought these in a 40. It does require some break-in and is a very structured shoe, but I like that. I did take it to the shoe shop and have them ease the leather across the top of the shoe box as it seemed to dig a little at the top of my foot. Stylish enough for dress, strong enough for work, great under long pants too.

These are outrageously cute shoes. I usually wear a 37 in Dansko, but need a 38 in these, since the 37 felt too tight across the width of my toes (I have regular or maybe slightly wide feet). They are more comfy than most heels by far, but not as comfy as a flat, which makes sense. They are so cute, and comfortable enough for walking around the office and doing errands that I am going to get the black ones too.

A beautiful shoe. I rarely wear heels, so I ordered these thinking they would not hurt too much or put me (or others!) in danger. They work well for that. But the best part is that they are a great "sculpture"; they actually express my artistic interests.

As usual, great customer service. I ordered at around 10 pm eastern last Thursday night and they were delivered about 12 hours later! Regarding fit, I ordered a 40, which is the size I take in Dansko Professional clogs and this was a good choice. I usually take a 39 in Dansko shoes (other than the clogs) but these shoes run a bit smaller. Major pros: Removable insole so it can be replaced with an orthotic or a new insole if needed, although the insole that comes with the shoe is impressively similar in quality to most orthotics. When wearing the shoes, my weight distribution seems to be concentrated on my heels rather than the balls of my feet, which usually hurt when I walk around in heels for a while. At the same time, it doesn't bother my right heel, which is bugging me thanks to 12 years of step aerobics and a problem with plantar fasciitis. These shoes are exactly what I need when I need to dress for business but want to be able to walk around sightseeing when I have spare time.

I love these shoes! I purchased them to wear with my work slacks and I must say they are the most comfortable shoes I have purchased in a very long time. The kicker is, I\'ve worn them twice and have not yet gotten a blister (which is something I get with every pair of shoes I purchase.) They look really cute with jeans as well. I\'ve never paid this much for a pair of shoes, but in my mind it\'s a great investment, because this shoe will never go out of style. I would highly recommend them.

Wow, Wow, Wow...Dansko branched out to the shoe market. I have 2 pairs and wear them daily to work. I wear US 7.5 Wide. The 38 is perfect. These shoes have great sole and heel and the strap covers top of foot great. I reeived many compliments on these shoes. First of all you get the great (unseen) suede foot liner. I wear a fuzzy, sock. This liner wicks away all moisture. I have had athletes foot issues for years...Since wearing these shoes daily, its completely GONE! I now know a "plastic" liner is not healthy for your foot. There is not a great deal of arch support, but the foot bed in these shoes is firm but conforming. I did have to stretch these a bit when first bought, but now perfect. The toe box is truly excellent. A tad bit taller, but you can flex and move your toes with no pinching. They are a truly ergo shoe. All I can say is save up for quality and excellence! They cost more, but if you wear daily, you'll have the best shoes ever, and the cost of wear is nothing. Not a better daily work shoe. They look fantastic with work pants, and jeans. They are so cut with jeans. Double Duty...You won't be disappointed with trying a higher priced, superior quality shoe...Just like Zappos, delivers every day.

The Danskos are ultra cute and comfortable. The heel height is perfect! High enough, but yet so comfortable to walk around in. I highly recommend these shoes. It’s awesome when you can get a comfort shoe with this amount of style! Love them! Order your regular size. The fit is absolutely perfect.

Excellent service by Zappos. I got my shoes within 3 days and they are great, just as pictured. Very comfortable, do not feel like I am wearing heels. I have to be on my feet for work and there are not any shoes with heels that I would recommend but these!!

Beautiful shoes. Very comfy and exceptional for a higher heel. These are the nicest Danskos I’ve owned and would recommend these highly for people who need a dressier shoe that you can wear all day. Mary Jane strap ensures good fit to foot.

Love these shoes. Much thinner than clog style Dansko which works great for me. I am a size 11 and so ordered the 42, but it was really tight. So I returned and got the 43 (quick returns best part of Zappos). Very stylish and comfortable. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day and needed a nice looking but practical shoe. I love showing them off to my Dansko loving friends!

I usually do not get along well with shoes with a heel height of more than 1.5", but there was something about the great look of this shoe that tempted me to purchase it. And I am glad I did! It is the most comfortable heeled shoe I have ever worn. It required virtually no breaking in, and it looks great with trousers and skirts. I can't believe how long I can wear it and still feel comfortable. I think its high degree of comfort is due to the great overall support the shoe offers, including the arch area.

These shoes are awesome. They are cute and so comfortable and true to size. I wear them with a skirt or jeans, and I get many positive compliments on them every time I wear them. I love and would highly recommend.

Save your feet, get some Danskos - I love Dansko shoes. They are comfortable and so well constructed that they have outlasted all my other shoes. I have a job where I am on my feel all day. The Brooke shoes are possibly the most stylish Daskos that I have ever owned and are as comfortable as my loafers (but way more fun!). Lovely. Worth every penny.
