These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. I had to get two pairs. I will never leave home with out them on!

I can’t say that I noticed a huge difference when I walked, but since I walk a lot, I didn’t expect to have the sore muscles I’ve heard about. But my daughter, who has a pair, started pointing out certain muscles in the calves, I noticed the subtle tightening I get with the shape ups. They are oober comfy and are as cute as a button. And I do believe they throw me forward a bit forcing me not to slouch. I’m glad I have them.

I wear these shoes all the time. Bought a half-size up and they're just right. They offer very good posture support and are easy to get on and off. Not running shoes, of course, but good everyday, all day shoes. I only worry that the velcro strips may not last as long as the shoe, we'll see. I also own a pair of these shoes in the "fitness junkie" style. Since wearing these two pairs of shoes all the time, I have not had a sore back which was happening frequently before. Don't know if the shoes get the credit for this, but I'll keep wearing them!

The Bad - The velcro on the shoes is a bit temperamental. I cannot use these shoes to walk the incline treadmill. They just seem to come open if I am walking on an incline. Best for wearing at work where I walk a lot, not really great for working out in due to the temperamental velcro. Style: Well, they are kinda fun in chunky, Mary Jane sort of way. Not very sexy, but how many sneakers/athletic shoes are. The Good - Broke them in walking the Las Vegas strip. No blisters, no sores, no problems in the knees and hips. Comfortable. Can be worn all day and night, no problem. Can go from work to gym in them.

I own two pairs of Skechers Shape Ups and will buy more. These shoes have completely erased years of back, hip, knee and ankle pain. Don’t know how they do it, but it seems like a miracle. This model shoe is extremely comfortable and stylish. My only complaint is that the velcro strap often comes loose while walking, which is a bit of a pain. As others have suggested, I do recommend that you buy a half size up from your usual size - maybe a whole size if you regularly wear a wide width. I usually wear a size 10W, but purchased an 11 in the Shape-ups and they fit great.

Loved except for the strap. It's not the prettiest shoe in the world, in my opinion, but it is super comfortable and has great arch support. Unfortunately with the pair I ordered in this style, the thin velcro strap kept opening whenever pressure was put against it, sometimes even when walking. I've exchanged the shoe for a similar one with a wider strap and ordered a lace up style as well. Hopefully the strap issue was a defect, but I was given no grief returning them which is one of the reasons I used Zappos over and over again. Our family doesn't buy shoes anywhere else and we send Zappos gift certificates to almost everyone now as gifts. Prices and service just can't be beat.

Love these shoes! Not only are they very comfortable, but they are nice looking for a casual dress shoe! I made the right decision in purchasing these shoes. You cant go wrong with them.

I have had this shoe for almost a month. Am 62 and do a blend of power walking and just fast walking. Read lots of reviews, tried one sneaker style on at a local store. So comfortable, ahh. Cushy for my picky feet, plenty of toe room, which is a must for me, and this style looks good with skirts, jeans, whatever. Couldn't find this style anywhere around me, so turned to Zappos, who have unbelievably friendly service. Am impressed with their service, although the prices are right up there and sometimes above our local stores. This style gets four stars only because the velcro seems like it might not be as strong as it should be, time will tell. Also, this style does, like others have said, seem to make my feet pronate, which is weird, because I tend to walk in most shoes on the outsides of my feet. Final word, these are very comfortable for walking on cement, i.e. malls; my legs and feet simply do not hurt after 45 minutes. Did a very fast walk around home (lots of hills) for a half hour and again noticed less muscle pain the next day than in my Natural Balance walkers. I just simply love them. Thinking about ordering a pair for my husband for Christmas so he can enjoy the comfort, too.

These are the best work shoes I\'ve ever had. I\'m an antique dealer and stand for hours and hours a day on concrete floors, and back pain has always been a problem. Not with these.

I have had my Skechers Shape Ups Physical for approx. 3 months now and I am disappointed that my shapeup physicals are now squeaking as I walk. I bought these to wear in the office and now everyone can hear me walking... Not good. These shoes are very comfortable, but I feel the quality is lacking.
