Excellent service from Zappos.com. Received the shoes on time and in excellent condition. I have been wearing my Shape Ups at least thrice a week for the last one month, and so far I have not seen any reduction in weight or muscle toning. Maybe I need to wear them more often or for a longer period to see results. But they are very comfortable, and in my recent trip to Chicago, we had lots of walking to do, and while everyone complained about their feet hurting, I had no complains even after 8 hrs. on the foot! I work in a professional office environment, but the color is perfect for me to wear it to work all the time.

I tried this shoe because I have plantar fasciitis. The minute I put this shoe on, the pain was gone. After suffering for two years and only wearing Birkenstocks as my doctor advised, I switched to these shoes and they work. No pain. I bought a second pair in white and I have worn no other shoes but Skechers Shape Ups for the last month. No break in period, no learning to walk in them, they were perfect for me from the beginning. Try them; you will be happy that you did.

Ordered my shoes - perfect fit. By the way, I have problems with my knees and lower back. Skechers walkers have helped me tremendously...my knees don't hurt. I wear them regularly because they help my back also.

Excellent support shoe and soo comfortable!!! I don't have to wear my orthotics in them. My orthopedist recommended them for my arthritic feet. I did get leg cramps after the first half day of wear--should have taken it slower, and I did purchase them a 1/2 size larger. Right now, these are the only shoes I can and want to wear, because I walk better in them (fun to), and because of their comfort.

I have been walking 45-60 mins/3+ days a week in my Shape-Ups for the past 2 weeks. I can say honestly that my legs do feel like they have toned up faster than usual. However, I would buy these shoes for comfort alone. Very soft and cushy.

I am very happy with these shoes. I used to have a pair of MBTs, which I liked, and these have a similar feel at half the price. The shoes are cute, which Skechers is usually good at, and they're great for days when I know I'll be on my feet a lot.

My Skechers Shape Up's were true to size and extremely comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet (for many years) and live with pain. These shoes have allowed me to move around daily without constant pain (no heel pain!). I liken it to walking on marshmallows or mini mattresses. Great quality as well. I also am impressed with the service provided by Zappos, delivery time, email follow ups and great product. It was heartening to know that if I wasn't happy or the size was wrong that I could send back at no charge. These folks are very flexible and value their customers! Will do business with them again...soon!

What a lucky find. While walking, before purchasing Shape-Ups, I always got shin splints in the lower front part of both legs. Since wearing Shape-Ups I am not experiencing the pain anymore. However, I do feel pain in my upper legs but that is due to the tightening of the muscles. Did I have trouble adjusting to the contour on the bottom of the shoe? Absolutely not! Since the first time I put them on I have been walking and walking and walking! My 9 year-old grandson tells me I look younger when wearing them; no wonder I wear them all the time. I talked my husband into buying a pair but he did not receive the satisfaction I got so he returned them. Thank you, Zappos, for your wonderful return policy!

Skechers Shape Ups make a huge difference in my walking routine each day. Before wearing Skechers Shape Ups I experienced lower back pain towards the end of my walks (uphill especially). Since I've been walking with my Shape Ups, I've been pain free. They work for me!

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. I bought a pair locally and liked them, but didn’t care for the style. When I saw the ones I really wanted on Zappos, I immediately took the others back to the store and got what I wanted. I am definitely pleased with them. I have high arches and these shoes are very supportive. They are like walking on clouds, very soft and comfy. I work at a hospital, so spend a lot of time on my feet; I would come home and not want to walk for several hours before I got my Shape Ups, now I even go walking after work. I can feel the burn in my legs, butt, and thighs when I walk long distances, which tells me they are working. Buy a pair, you won’t regret it!!

A friend told me about these shoes so I ordered a pair. They were delivered the next day! It was a little funky the first few times wearing them but I soon got used to it. I can feel the difference from my calves all the way up and my posture is improved. I highly recommend them. I just love mine.

Love my new Shape Up Skechers! They are everything they claim to be. Feels like walking on a cloud and yet exercising the muscles in my legs, thighs, and back. I bought them in black nubuck. I normally wear 7.5, but in these I had to go up a half size. My feet are very narrow and these fit perfect.

The Skechers feel really weird at first, even longer. But I notice that when I wear them all day, my legs get really tired, which means they must be working. I like the looks of them, too. I bought the tan. My physical therapist was planning to buy a pair as well, since he apparently thinks the purpose of them - to make your feet and legs work as they would if you were walking in soft sand - seems reasonable. Bottom line for me is that I like them.

These shoes are super comfortable and easy to walk in. I also like that I get an extra inch of height in them. I am not sure; however, if I buy the claim that they shape your legs. I really don't feel much of a difference.

It takes a few minutes to get used to walking in these. Once you get the knack they're quite comfortable. I have to take them off a few times during the day because they make my feet very hot. Even with that I would buy them again and again.

I just love these shoes! I did order a 1/2 size larger and they are a perfect fit. I workout with my Wii daily, but the exercise video that came with these shoes is wonderful and I really get an additional workout. I wear these shoes whenever I know I am going to be walking around a lot and my feet never get tired! My first ordering experience with Zappos was great - the shoes arrived sooner than expected and in excellent condition. The guarantee and free shipping was a bonus! I will definitely order from Zappos in the future and have recommended both Zappos and these shoes to my friends.

Very easy website to shop and place orders. Love the Skechers Shape Ups. Have been wearing for about a month now and have started to tell a difference in the toning of my legs. My lower back pain has even eased up a bit. Would strongly recommend shopping with Zappos and purchasing these shoes.

I almost sent these shoes back after wearing them around the house for short while. They seemed to make the bottoms of my heels hurt and they also rubbed on the inside of my ankle. I decided to give them a second shot, however, and now I love them! I think it just takes a while to figure out how to properly stand and walk in them. They are great when using the elliptical. I like the style, as they don't look like as casual as tennis shoes and I can wear them to work.

For anyone who’s skeptical about these, don’t be, they work! I suggest starting off using these while you’re doing things inside your house. You will get sore if you use them longer than what the dvd/book says. They feel great on the back and the knees, too! I’m seeing muscles in my legs, rear, and stomach, that I haven’t seen in a while! I requested a pair of Skechers Shape-Ups for Christmas. My daughters did all the work including selecting the style. I had been informed that buying a 1/2 size larger was a good idea. My first two pairs were a style that had one velcro fastener. The first pair must have had defective velcro on the left shoe. It would not stay fastened. I returned them and received another pair of the same style. It became evident very soon that that style was not for me. I called Customer Service and explained my dilemma. They are always so helpful. I had a pair of Optimize selected with LACES to exchange for the velcro style. They are great! I would highly recommend this style over velcro fasteners. No fear of an unexpected "undo" with the Optimize.

Love these shoes!!! Didn't know what to expect, but I have to say that wearing them while walking has been amazing. They are comfortable and you can certainly feel the difference the very first day you wear them...Zappos Rocks!!!

I love the support that I get from Shape-Ups by Skechers. Before my body was all slumped over now whenever thanks to the Shape-Ups by Skechers I have good posture. The cost that I invested in these sneakers was definitely well worth the money spent.

I only have one problem with these shoes-- they are a little wide so they feel a bit sloppy. So to compensate I just lace them up really tight and off I go. They really give you a good workout once you get used to walking in them. I am gravitationally challenged (I don't where heels) so my 1st few walks were a bit off balance. With a lot of concentration and a slower than usual pace I have found my center of gravity and am now walking tall and fast. I love these shoes!

LOVE these shoes! I have about ten or so different pairs of Shape Ups now. After years of wearing platforms for style and height, I developed foot problems and had to stop wearing fun shoes and start wearing shoes that would accommodate orthotics. Searched and searched for comfortable, cute shoes with some height with no luck. Put on my first pair of Shape Ups and was sold... orthotics fit in ALL Shape Ups and the comfort is beyond belief. I wear the Mary Janes to work and the other styles to work out or just wear at home... love the way they look and feel. Do buy a size larger.

I really like these shoes, I bought these thinking the heel would possibly help with my plantar facittis. The air in the heel of the shoe aids in shock absorption. What I did not consider was when I had the pain in my heel that I would be able to roll forward and relieve the pressure. The first day I took these out on a walk I really felt it in the calves, so be sure to stretch. They feel strange at first so you will tend to focus more on the shoe than walking. As you become more assured you will not fall in these you will walk normally and start to feel the shoes working your leg and butt muscles.
