I love this shoe. The problem I've had is that I've gone through 2 pairs and had the same problem twice. The bottom of she shoe gets a huge crack on the ball of the foot area all the way across the shoe. I can't justify buying a third pair of them because of this, even though they are the most comfortable shoes I have EVER worn. It makes me sad. I've asked others and they have had the same problem with this shoe as well. I'll try the more expensive alternative, Dansko.

Well made and true to size. Mine was size 7.5. Unfortunately the right shoe looked like it was already worn so I had to send it back.

I wanted to love these shoes, but while they have a decent arch support they are too big. My heel didn't even touch the back of the shoe.

I bought a pair of the shoes loved them, I work on my feet all day. They look great with all dress pants and jeans. I was very disapointed when I found that the sole split all the way across the sole of both shoes. I will purchase the shoe again because of the comfort and style.

These shoes are very cute, but ordered a bit larger than my size due to Born running a bit smaller than other brands. This time I was wrong. I will have to return for smaller size. Great arch support.

Loved the look of shoe and quality, but just couldn't handle the shallowness of the heel bed - my foot lifted out substantially each step I took. Sadly, have to return.

I really liked how lightweight these were, and a little less clompy than Danskos. They fit snugly on the foot, not a traditional "clog fit" where your foot moves around. That said, they got extremely hot without socks, leaked terribly when they got wet, and that toe shape was all wrong for my foot. If your second toe is equal to or longer than your big toe in length, stay away!

I've had these shoes in black for about a year now, and they are very comfortable. My feet feel great after a full day of work on my feet. However, the leather did not hold up very well. The shoes looked scuffed and shabby in a few months of wear. I would not buy them again because of that.

I was so disappointed in this product. I love Born shoes and keep them for many years. They fit me much better than other brands. But this style was too short and a little too wide. It was very tight across the top of my left foot, which is slightly larger than my right. The heel was slippery and the shoe looked cheaply made, not the usual Born quality I am used to. It was not comfortable to walk more than a few steps in them. Sorry, I'm returning them. I do appreciate Zappos' great service!

I have many Born clogs and love the brand; however, this shoe was very disappointing. I normally wear a 7.5 but I needed a thick sock to fit this shoe. I tried the 7.0 and the toes touch. The heel material also looks cheap - I like the old material better.

This is my first time ordering from Zappos. I normally wear an 8.5-9. I ordered these in Cafe 8.5. My foot slid down so that my toes were touching the front, and I could put a finger between my heel and the shoe. I exchanged them for a size 8 which are too small, so I am returning these as well. I wanted to exchange these for the Lina style, but found I could only exchange once per order. Bummer. Cute shoes but this style doesn\'t fit me.

Cute shoes. Lost the cushiony feel after a month. I'll add them to my casual wear pile. They didn't hold up well for walking all day at work.

I love Born shoes and did like everything about these but this particular pair wasn't for me couldn't get them on - never had that problem before. Not for sure if they run narrow or not but had to return them...

I got these clogs about four years ago and loved them. I would have worn them forever except they finally wore out. I was so excited when I saw that Zappos still had them. But boy, I was sorely disappointed when they arrived. The leather was not as good quality as four years ago, and the lining was not as substantial, but I was willing to live with that because I love the shoe. However, Born has changed the sizing of their shoes. They are now way too narrow. I could barely get my foot in the shoe, and my feet are by no means wide. You can see how narrow the shoe is when you compare it to the old model. A clog should not be that narrow. Regrettably, I will be sending them back. I do not know what Born is thinking with this new sizing.

This shoe is so comfy. However, I have owned this shoe less than 6 months. Worn it approximately 10 to 15 hours per week alternating with another pair for a part time job in a bookstore. The thick sole has split into two separate pieces across the footbed on both shoes! The upper of the shoe looks nice and the sole has minimal wear. I have never had this happen with any shoes. I expected more from Born. I have some Born that I could have worn for more than 10 years (had they not gone out of style)

I like the style, but I need a w for the width, and I guess the 37.5 in Euro, which I suppose will be a 36.5 in USA. This time I am keeping the Alegria's Seville.

I bought 3 pairs of these and finally gave up. The first pair I bought was a 6. Returned because it was too small. Got the 6.5 and after a couple times wearing them they were huge! Zappos was kind enough to let me return them. So I tried to go back to a 6. It was slightly smaller, but still too big just like the 6.5. I went to try a 5.5, but they don't make this shoe in a 5.5. I gave up. I loved the look of these shoes. If you can find your size, good luck; they are awesome shoes just didn't ever fit me right and for them being this price, I want them to fit.

At first I thought that I liked these shoes, but was I ever wrong! They are so tight around the top of my feet! I actually have pretty narrow feet so I do not think that it is me. By the end of my work day, I take off my shoes at home and there is a deep mark on the top of my feet. It is so painful and very annoying because they were quite expensive. I was told by several people how comfortable Born shoes are. I am very disappointed. Also, the front of the shoe gets scuffed very easily so they look tattered pretty quickly. I am returning them and trying Danskos. I really wanted to love these shoes.

I'm very disappointed with this shoe! Can't even get it on my foot! I'm a size 7.5 or 8 M. Since this is a closed-back shoe, I ordered an 8 to be safe. This shoe is nowhere near an 8M in my experience. More like a 7N. Cannot get my foot into it. I have had several pair of Born shoes over the years, but none purchased recently. Seems like the both quality and "quantity" are being economized. I wouldn't know what size to guess at for an exchange (a 9?!!), so I am returning and heading to a store.

I hate to say it but it's going back. I loved the way it looks online but the shoe is huge! there is little support and the sole is very slick. I wish Born would go back to the non-slick sole they used to put on their shoes. The upper is just the color I wanted but the rest of the shoe is not for me.

Disappointed, so wanted to like these, like them on other people. Fit was tight, very narrow. The bottoms were very plasticy, almost hollow-like, expected them to be more rubber. Love so many other Born shoes, but these are going back.

Very unconfortable....these shoes shift all of the weight onto the toe bed. My feet really hurt after about an hour. Tight around the bridge of the shoe, no give there. My other Toby shoes are well fitting!

These shoes fit my feet perfectly and I have bought four pairs in the last two years but every pair now has a cracked sole and I cannot wear them. I took them to a cobbler to see if they could be fixed but they cannot. I am now on a search to find a pair of clogs to replace all of my Borns. I am so sad! I wish that Born would change their sole to prevent this from happening. If you have purchased a pair and the soles have cracked please post a review so they can know how big a problem they have with their soles.

I love Born shoes and have many pairs I have worn for years. I bought this pair for work, and unfortunately they have split on the soles in less than 10 months of wear. I am very disappointed in the quality and durability of this shoe.

I purchased two pairs of the Born Toby shoes. They were on sale and I was in stock up mode. I absolutely loved the fit and when I say my feet were not tired. They felt great all day! I even started wearing them on some weekends. The problem is, I had to start using the second pair after only four months because the first pair had a break in the sole of the shoe, on both shoes, which ran through the design on the bottom of the shoe in the exact place! I knew right then it had to be a defect of some kind. sure enough four months later, the same exact thing happened to the second pair. I did notify the Born company and they did offer to replace only one pair. No thanks. They are comfortable but you know I do not like wasting my money. I should be just getting ready to break in the second pair but instead I am shopping for other shoes.
