The side of one of my shoes rubs a lot, but that is likely because of my wide feet. This shoe does provide good width as compared to some flats. Really cute. I'm hoping they wear in and the rubbing improves, or maybe I'll try a piece of moleskin to smooth it over.

These are the best ballet flats I've ever owned. I first purchased the brown leather and liked them so much I just got the gray suede. For some reason the gray feels tighter than the brown leather, but maybe it's because the first pair has already stretched out a bit. I have wide feet and these are wonderful. Super comfy, no blisters, can walk for blocks and blocks. Hopefully the gray pair turns out as great as my brown pair!

Love these shoes. They were true to size, and so comfortable I could probably run a marathon in them. I love that I can wear them without hose or socks, as the leather lining is soft and supple. They look great with a suit or jeans--I just ordered a second pair in a different color!

Great flat you can dress up or down. It's has good padding under your foot so it's comfortable to walk in all day. I wore my first pair so much I had to replace it.

I love these shoes! Soft and comfortable for all day wear. I actually bought these as a second pair of exactly the same shoe because my college-age daughter STOLE my first pair when she came home for a visit! Thanks to Zappos for having the right color\/size and for delivering them so quickly.

Very cute shoes. I ordered them in the chocolate color, but apparently the wrong size. I got an 8, but I needed to size up to an 8.5, I guess. Very supple leather. Great comfort. This all coming from a woman who spends years looking for worthwhile comfortable shoes.

These shoes are great! I am a pharmacist and stand 10 hours a day and these are very comfortable. I originally ordered a size 9 and had to return them for a 9.5 and now they fit perfect. I just ordered a second pair in brown!

These flats are very comfortable, cute, and true to size. I could walk all day in them and my feet wouldn't know these shoes were new. Very nice.

These are comfortable shoes with good arch support.

Very comfortable shoes, soft leather, well made. I wear them with casual/dress pants, capris and dresses. Has a pretty good arch support which most flats do not have and overall good padding. Great for walking--love the shoes! The leather is so soft that it fit true to size and needed absolutely no breaking in.

I love these shoes! I stand 12 hours a day 6 days a week for work and these are very comfortable. Zappos customer service is wonderful like always! Good buy.

I have a wide foot from standing all day at work, so it is difficult to find flats that are comfortable to stand and walk in for hours. I wore them on vacation, and walked in them for hours. They were comfortable, but they still cut me in the back. A bandage cured it and all was fine. Haven't wore them to work yet, too cold outside.

I love these so much that I bought a second pair to have on hand when the first one wears out. It is so hard to find a flat that provides adequate support without being clunky looking. But this dainty little shoe accomplishes that. It's sturdy too--good value!

Love these shoes! When I took them out of the box I really wasn't sure ... they look a bit like they could be Lucy and Ethel's house slippers ... but I have grown to love them. Part the appeal is just that -- the 50's gathered turbin style toe, and the real flatness of them -- but I have come to love these now mostly for their comfort and the structure of the design. Somehow they look and feel much nicer than the typical ballet flat. They really flatter the feet. So, yes, they are a tad retro, but retro can be nice sometimes. You\'ll feel like baking Desi a pie!

LOVE these shoes. I have the army green and just bought the black. They are an extremely comfortable staple to any wardrobe. I wear them with leggings, dresses to the knee, and slip them on if I have to run errands after the gym. I’m thinking of going for a third pair and eyeing the distressed gold for the summer.

I needed a pair of delicate looking shoes to wear with a dress. I have bunions and frequent foot pain... not a good combination for a dainty shoe. I tried many attractive flats, but most just did not work. These work well and I love them. Now even I can wear pretty shoes!

Love these shoes! I had been looking for over a year for comfortable gold flats. I already own several pairs of Born so I was very pleased to see this style being offered. They display the Born quality and comfort and I can wear them for work and dress-up. Kudos to Born for making such a fine product!

These shoes are comfy right out of the box. The leather is supple and soft. The only issue I had with these shoes was that there is really no arch support, even less so than other flats. Putting in an insole is a little difficult, especially if it is really padded. If you have to walk a lot during the day, I would suggest another pair of shoes. Aside from that issue, the shoes are adorable and look fantastic on the feet. They are also true to size.

This is my third pair of Born shoes. I am very satisfied with the comfort and styling of this little slipper. I have found that I need to try each shoe to determine which size to purchase. In this case, they are true to size. Style and comfort are the name of the game here. These babies are going dancing!

These shoes were comfortable the instant I put them on! They have wonderful cushioning and fit the shape of the foot very well (such as no pointy toe). They are low enough around the ankles and don\'t rub on any part of my foot. I have narrow feet, and though these are medium width, they aren't too wide. These Born shoes look so cute on my feet. The gather on top is very cute and the color will go well with many things in my closet! I highly recommend!
