Cute black flats-reminds me of a ballet shoe. Somewhat tight across widest part of my foot, but I after I broke them in, they are comfortable. Very cute fabric inside the shoe. Good summer "run around" flat!

This shoe is really cute and more comfortable than your average flat. However, for a company that I associate with cushy-walking-on-clouds shoes this pair didn't quite measure up. They do have some support, but if you're looking for the most comfortable shoes ever these aren't quite that.

Very soft leather and good arch support for a flat. I usually go down a half size when I order flats, but these fit true to my street shoe.

Good shoes overall. I usually wear a 6 1/2 in Born flats, but my toe was hitting the end so exchanged for the 7. It is a little big, but I wore in winter with thick socks and they were fine. Comfortable and no break in required. I wanted more colors, but since I had problems with the sizing I decided not to.

These shoes are super comfortable and true to fit. I almost want to buy them in every color. The only complaint I have is that the gold finish has worn on in a few places pretty quickly. It’s mainly on the inside of the front where my feet would occasionally hit when walking. It kinda works with the worn look and won’t stop me from wearing them.

Cute comfy shoe. Runs on smaller side. I fluctuate half sizes depending on the shoe and ended up having to return the larger in exchange for the smaller.

I tried these shoes on at another store to get the sizing right but they didn't have the gold color. I typically wear a 39 european and 8.5 US. I felt like the 8.5 at the other retailer was too big and ordered the size 8 in gold from Zappos. Of course when I got them they were too small so I exchanged for the 8.5. They are awesome! My only compliant is the back heel edge really rubs against my heel so I've been using some moleskin on it right now. Hope it gets better. They are comfy other than that and very cute with jeans, they dress up a simple outfit.

I love the shape of these flats. They are very comfortable to stand and walk in and I do a lot of walking with that Springer Spaniel of ours! The color is quite odd, but it goes well with so many different outfits. I can't think of another color which would be so flexible. I ordered the shoes because I liked the shape and find I a really enjoying the comfort and fact that they go well with most anything!

I've had several other Born shoes so I had high hopes for how "cushy" they would be. While they certainly have much better support than more flats, I doubt I would feel comfortable standing in them all day long like some reviewers have suggested. I had a bunion corrected on my left foot and the left side fits perfectly. On my right side with an uncorrected bunion, the shoe pinches on the outside edge by my little toe. I considered sending them back but am instead hoping they do stretch with time.

My previous Born shoe experience indicated I wear an 8 regular in this brand, but the reviews I read on this shoe suggested I should go a bit bigger. An 8.5 was the right length, but this shoe squeezed my foot too much in the ball-of-the-foot area -- my bunions would feel the pinch very quickly, I'm sure. The heel ran a bit wide, with perhaps a bit too much room to wiggle there but it could be easily fixed with a heel insert. Wish these came in wide sizes!

These are pretty but I needed to use Foot Petals' Heavenly Heels to get the shoes to hold onto my heels and not murder them with scratches. I do have narrow heels so this is a common problem for me. But with the Heavenly Heels in place, these shoes are awesome - comfy and pretty.

Looks nice. Not sure it's fully hand stitched, though, there may be parts glued as well. Overall, a nice shoe.

A good shoe, but not what I was looking for. I ordered in black and think one of the colored shoes may be better; the pleating detail is lost on the black shoe. The front of the shoe is also a bit long and looks awkward on my size 10 feet. Seemed to be fairly comfortable after wearing around inside.

These shoes would have been fabulous except that there is not enough room at the toes. I don't mean to say that it runs short, but rather there seems to not be enough fabric/leather over the toe box. I could see my big toe pushing up on the leather. I really loved the style and color, but I had to send it back. I would have even tried a larger size, but they don't have it in stock!

I did not care for the look of these flats upon arrival. They are much more weathered and antiqued looking. A lot of dark staining on the front folds of the toe. I was looking for something comfortable but dressier. Returning.

These flats are very cute and stylish. I do like the soft, cushioned arch quite a bit. I would imagine that helps a lot with standing for long periods of time. However, these shoes are so stiff. They've eaten up my heels like no other. I am hoping to break them in a bit more, but it gets pretty painful even after a quick trip to the mailbox.

Not for me! Love Born - but these feel like a torture device. I couldn't wait to send them back. The material is too rigid.

I love Born shoes but this one fit strangely. The toe box felt slightly short but a half size larger was too large. The sides also gaped slightly. I usually don't have too many problems with shoes fitting my feet but I guess this one was an anomaly for me. Other than that, the style is super cute and better in person than in the online picture.

I love Born shoes, but these ran a little long and a little wide. They are well padded and have a nice rubber sole and are very comfy. I usually wear an 8.5-9 and would have needed an 8 to have them fit better. But even with that, they would have been too wide, esp. in the toe area. My foot just fell out of them. Can only imagine they would stretch more with time. Sadly I am returning them, but if they fit you, they would make for very happy feet.

I'm a Born loyalist, but was disappointed in these flats. The size fit fine, but the width wasn't what I expected, since Born shoes typically accommodate my somewhat wide feet. The leather was beautifully soft, and the shoes were well constructed--but the sides cut into the front of my feet just trying them on. Going to try some other flats by Born, hopefully with better luck :)

I purchased these last summer and wore them comfortably while on vacation walking all over the south of France. They were true to size and comfortable right out of the box. Unfortunately, by the end of summer they had stretched so badly in the width that I had to put in insoles to keep them on.

I loved these shoes. It is comfortable right out of the box. I have them in both navy and brown. I have a medium width foot and can hardly keep them on my feet now as they have stretched!

Don't wear these in the rain, or if there is even a threat of rain! I wore these and it rained a tiny bit, and now the fronts of them are stained. I have not had this problem with any other shoes I have ever owned, and I was surprised when the stain didn't go away when they dried. Otherwise, they are cute and comfy and I would like to buy more, but not sure I will.
