I bought 9.5, which is what I usually am in flats, it was a little snug at first but I am glad I didn't exchange them for a bigger size as the leather stretched out a bit more and now they are perfect. I have difficult feet and I love flats but usually I cannot really wear them as they have not support at all and I break them down super easily and my feet and legs suffer a lot from it. So I am always looking for shoes that are well made and have support. I found them here! Whoo for that!

Very pretty, but just doesn't fit. Tried a 10 last time - too small; the 11 is too big. I think I could really enjoy the Born label, but not enough size variety in larger sizes. Why do shoe manufacturers refuse to make a 10-1/2 size?! Have to send it back.

These are super comfortable, they fit your feet so well. There's some great padding support on the bottom too. And they're super cute! I got 1/2 size smaller than what I normally wear.

These are very comfortable and good looking, but the heel is a little wide for me so I use a pad in front to keep my foot from sliding (I have a very narrow heel). The first pair I ordered was too short. I had them in another color, so I knew the size was right. Zappos had a different pair to me in no time.

I have these in black and just recently bought the light grey (aka: Glass). For a flat they have great support, provided by a steel shank. I will look for this feature whenever buying flats because it makes a tremendous difference. No break-in period needed - they're comfortable right out of the box. The wide toe box also adds to the comfort. The pleating is more noticeable on the "glass" pair than on the black. These are already my "go to" shoes and can be worn with jeans, capris and skirts beautifully.

A very comfortable shoe right out of the box. I was looking for a flat that was both stylish and comfortable. This met my needs. I would definitely recommend this shoe.

I have bought this shoe in black at Nordstroms so I was very excited to find them at Zappos. I would recommend them to my friends and family members. I wear them with pants, skirts and dresses.

I saw these shoes in a local shoe store, but they did not have my size. I wear 11 medium - I am 5ft 11in. tall. Our local stores never seem to have my size! I told the salesclerk that I know they come in size 11, and I could probably go home and order them online! I did just that. This was my first experience with Zappos, although I was familiar with the name. I am now a Zappos friend for life! Such service! And I love the shoes! I have since placed three more orders for other shoes! My niece went to the same shoe store to buy a pair if Ugg boots -- they did not have the color she wanted in her size. Zappos saved the day! I am a very pleased customer.

These are super cute! I was looking for a solid pair of work/walking shoes that do not make my feet hurt after walking a few blocks and these are perfect! They seemed a bit tight at first, but stretched out to make a perfect fit in no time. They are not the type of flats where you can fit in tiny thin socks, so I added in a mini foot insert to absorb moisture.

Best investment for walking! I had terrible blisters on my feet from walking daily in 100 degree temperature in sandals. Even with painful blisters on my feet, these shoes made it seem like they were practically nothing. I wish all shoes came like the way this one is padded. If they had more colors I would buy this shoe 2 or 3 more times!

This shoes is comfortable and even though it is a bit more narrow than some of my other flats, it has enough room in the toe box. I also like that it covers all of my toes completely, so you don't see toe cleavage.

Extremely comfortable, buttery soft with good cushioning and support for a flat shoe. And the Cielo Blue color was perfect for my dress. The reviews say they run large. Normally I wear an 8, there was no 7.5 in stock, so I ordered a size 7. But they are too small.

I like these shoes a lot. I usually take. Size 10, but the 9.5 is best for me, maybe because my foot is a little on the narrow side. I love the fact that there is an arch and good cushioning. I may buy in another color soon. My 15 year old daughter loves them too and has asked if she can share them. We have the same sho size. They must be cute if the teen approves!

These took 1-2 days to break in but then they were really comfortable. Very pretty too.

I wanted so bad to like these, but they feel narrow and long at the same time. This is very rare for any shoes I bought. I am sorry to send these back because they would have been perfect. But I know they'd give me blisters.

I am very please with this little flat. They are true to size and have more footbed comfort and arch support than any flat I have tried. I've compliments every time I've worn them.

This is a nice flat. I stand all day and am quite comfortable in them. The Glass Scrunched color is not quite white but close enough to wear with white. I bought my regular size and they fit nicely. I've had compliments on the style.

These shoes are so comfy! Well made, leather is beautiful and soft which can create dimples, but any leather this soft can have that problem. I only wish they were as white as they look on the website. They are white, but a little on the gray side and I am looking for a wedding shoe so we were hoping for a whiter white. Still, these are so comfortable and classy that they might be the ones! Love Zappos-will always buy from here first!

Great shoes! Thecolor goes with everything and the style is cute. They aren't a true white so if that's important you'll be unhappy.

Very comfortable for barefoot summer wear. Like them so much I bought two pairs. The toes are roomy and the leather soft. They needed no break in time -- amazing. Couldn't be happier.

I love how these shoes look and generally how they feel. I bought them for my wedding and felt very beautiful! However, they are sized large--I have another pair of Borns of similar style which fit about the same, but are a 1/2 size larger (my usual size).

These shoes are super comfortable, easy to wear all day. They seem true to size. I love the color and the simple styling. Be careful about getting them wet. The red dye leeches out and water stains are impossible to remove. This is my second pair for that reason.
